Came here for a mani/pedi on a Monday. Surprisingly they only had 2 employees working, I had a brief wait. The gal who did my pedi was nice but it was the quickest pedi I've ever had! Polished and done within 24 minutes. Both done in 54 Minutes and cost $56. The mani just as fast, didn't use any cuticle softener or warm soak. Went to town with the Dremel tool. I selected a nice gold gel polish color for a holiday party the color was old, she added something to it and shook it up. The color is orange not gold the way it looked on the color palette. But the colors sometimes change when old. I won't go back. read more

6/11/2021 I brought one of my closest friends with me excited to show her my favorite nail salon today. I was so disappointed and embarrassed at my salon today. Firstly, there was a complete new staff working should've been my first red flag. So they told us they could take us in 15 minutes. It took way longer than that. The man that did my nails was a bit more aggressive and more heavy handed than was needed. My friend also got her nails done by the same man but her nails didn't turn out so well, and when she asked for him to make them more sharp or thin, it just annoyed him more and more. Another man working looked so annoyed while my friend and I talked as well. When we went to go pay, my friend was trying to figure out the amount she needed to pay and instead of answering her with an exact amount, he ran her card and then said he had to charge her extra as well. She was not happy they ran her card without even letting her know how much it cost. I was also charged extra but at this point it was the least of my concerns. I am so ashamed to have put one of my closest friends through such a terrible and expensive experience. I've come to this nail salon for so long but I guess it's time to move on. What a disappointing and embarrassing experience to put my friend who could've been new business and for myself who has come here for years. I hope they get new people. read more

The lady spent 10 MINUTES on a personal call while doing my nails ( and messing them up ) NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

This salon changed hands a while ago. Loved the previous owners. I tried under new ownership three times as everyone deserves a chance. Today was the worse. I did not even ask for polish just pedicure. My nails were not even cleaned properly, still dirt under the nails. I observed him spraying the tools with something which would lead me to believe they are not sterilized properly. The drain was not drained properly and gloves were thrown in the tub. Not very clean. He walked away, I have to chase down the person to pay. I will not be back. read more

This is the best nail salon I ever been to. I've been coming here for 5 years and not once have they failed me. I love this salon so much that i drive 45 mins each way just to get my nails done by luan. He's amazing and has always taken care of me when i stop in to get my nails done. it sucks that I'm moving out of Florida because this salon has always been another home for me and i wish i could bring you all to NYC with me. Once finished I noticed that there was nail polish around the sides and the paint was uneven. When I told her she offered to redo the coat which was fine. Once she was done, it still did not look professionally done. After paying I said thank you and no response. Will never go back! read more

This is my favorite place EVER to get my nails done. It is family-owned, and the staff are warm and welcoming. They remember the little details that some larger places miss, like my being ticklish, or how I sometimes have to fight falling asleep during a pedicure. :) I have never seen the staff be anything other than respectful to every client who enters. My gel manicures last for about two weeks at a time, which is a lot, considering I'm pretty hard on my paws. They take their time, and do quality work. I can't wait to see how their remodeling will turn out after this weekend! read more

I made an appointment for 6:15 after work knowing they close at 7. I rushed to get out of work to get there, I even got there a little early. I get there and the lights are off and they are closed. They didn't even bother to call me.. I called the next day for them to tell me my appointment was at 3:30 and I didn't show up. Told them that's not possible when I work all day. Tara did my nails and she did amazing! They worked quick because I was on a time crunch ,but it came out beautiful. She's very thorough and gentle. Price was great- removed my old acrylic and did a gel manicure with 2 polishes for $30! Going back for a pedi with Tara! Salon has many stations and is clean and nice layout in a good area. Definitely will be going there often! Pros: Decent job for fair price. Cons: Don't respect appointments; Unprofessional Behavior I've been here between 5 and 10 times because it is close to my office. Unfortunately, I will not return. I always call ahead to make an appoint and today was no different. I was flexible with the lady on the phone. I was advised to make my appointment at 1:00, which I did. I arrived promptly at 1:00 to a salon where it was clearly all-hands-on-deck so I inquired about my appointment. I was asked to wait and I asked for how many minutes. The wait time was guesstimated @ 5 - 10 minutes which was fine, albeit irritating. I told the gentleman that 5 - 10 was fine but 15 - 20 was not (basically asking for a little truth here because this is not the first time I've had to wait) to which he replied with "we cannot rush" to which I replied "you could have scheduled my appointment for later." I proceeded to select a polish color and wait. This is the point at which our fate was sealed. I'm standing 5 ft from him and can hear him loud and clear talking to his current client. He's actually talking about me as if I cannot hear what he is saying. "Everybody is paying" "We cannot rush" "Everybody is paying" After listening to this non-sense for 5 minutes, I returned to his station, advised that he should have scheduled my appointment at a later time and left the salon. I'm a working mother. I have no time for businesses who do not respect their customers' schedules. I certainly have no time for jr. high level of customer service. read more

Been going here frequently for the last 3 years on and off. No matter how long it's been between visits, they always remember my face and name. Yes, english is not their first language, but what nail place isn't these days? It's very clean! Staff are friendly and giggly, owners care about their customers if you don't treat them like they're your slaves or act like a pompous premadonna. They are gentle, quick and if you let them know ahead of time they you are on a tight schedule, they will get the job done. If you do not like a nail salon that will not tolerate snotty tudes, do not come here. If you want a place that will remember your name and respect repeat customers, I recommend them. I have been coming here for a couple of years and initially used the same girl which was fine. She left and had the experience of using another nail tech that did a decent job. I have come to realize that the longer you are a patron, the more they take advantage. When you book an appointment they rarely honor the time which leaves customers waiting. My last and final experience was with my nail tech, I brought in my nail polish for her to use and she forgot to use it, she used another color and complained that it was late and she was tired. She even raised her voice at me in front of other customers. The manager did nothing, so I am tired of crappy service, and I now take my business elsewhere. read more

I come here almost twice every month, to handle my womanly features (mani/pedi's & such) and it seems that every time i come in, they dont recognize me (i've been going to them for nearly a year now) and at this point, i've given wayyyy over my fair trade of chances. After already agreeing to wait the half hour for Nancy, I didnt find it appropriate to allow walk-ins, and when a request for a certain individual is made, the level of service drops to practical ignorance. Such as, you don't exist until the person you've requested is through with their current client. I did not like the fact that the atmosphere became almost thick with tension as I explained that I wanted a certain person and not the owner. Sandy (either the owner or second in charge) became very indifferent, pointed to a chair, directed me to sit while the rest of the technicians were rolling eyes and speaking among themselves in native tongue. Did not like that, but whatever. That's at almost every nail place. I just did not like being ignored until i had to ask to turn the foot bath on while i waited for Nancy to finish. I decided on doing the pedicure, and leaving. I still have to do my gel-fill in for my nails. Definitely my last time here. read more

Why is the concept of round nails so hard to understand! Grrrr!!! Left nails poorly finished (brittle edges/uneven), would have been better if they had not picked up the nail file at all. Only plus side is it's fairly cheap and they handled us as walk ins immediately. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service. Went in to get dip powder removed and a manicure. First, I was told a different price over the phone than in person. Took the nail tech over an hour just to remove the polish. Didn't understand anything I asked of him - had to ask twice for him to file the very sharp corners of my nails for him to file one nail and move onto paint. Painted fuzz into my nails that still had coarse dip powder on them! Had to ask him to try again with the filing. Finally after an hour and 35 mins - I had to leave mid service to get back to work. No paint at all on my fingers and corners so sharp I was scratching myself. Not only did they charge me FULL price for removal AND manicure after I expressed my concern, they had the nerve to suggest that I come back later to do the polish. I'd get a better job done doing it myself. Will not return here. read more

I don't know the lady's name, but the older women does an EXCELLENT job on eyebrows! Definitely would recommend. Horrible customer service!! I went yesterday and asked for a french manicure with different colors. After she did all the tips (30 min later) she said she couldn't do the colors I wanted. I was out of time so I asked to come back today at the same time for a redo. I got no apology, no discount. I got there today and 20 min later I found out she had forgotten my appointment and when I asked if someone else could do it they said "We're all busy, can't you see?". When I spoke to the manager he gave me attitude and asked me to come back tomorrow. This was my first visit and I will NOT go back. Stay away! read more
