I went in to get a basic pedicure of my toe nails clip, cuticles removed, and callous removal. I called this place previously asking if the place sterilizes the equipment tools for pedicure and the girl said yes they do with a clear understanding. I arrived and asked again to the girl who helped me over the phone and worked the front desk about the prices she said I wouldn't have to pay $28 because I am getting a basic pedicure and probably be cheaper but to let the worker who will do my nails about what I want. I told the worker exactly what I wanted. The worker didn't clip my nails she just filed them when i asked her to clip them. She looked at my toe nails and made a comment saying "what happen?" when my nails are just a little long and not evenly shaped when I cut them a month ago and the nails grew out. So she didn't cut my nail just filed it to be shaped NOT CUT. She did not file my nails in a nice shape. She clipped cuticles and the tools were NOT STERILIZED. She did a callous removal without the tool and used a sponge. I asked her when she was going to do my callous removal and she said she did. I was confused and she proceeded by asking what soap I want. Soap is what she said and eventually when it came to the payment the girl who assisted me at front desk said that I got the sea scrub and I was confused. The same girl who said I wouldn't have to pay so much. She proceeded to say it is $28 because I got the sea scrub. I was very upset with the service. It was practically a scam she first assisted me saying it will be cheap, the worker who did my feet didn't do the job right it was fine it wasn't what I expected but to pay for sea soap I was unaware of and when the woman said soap not sea scrub didn't warn me of the price I thought it was part of the basic pedicure. It was absolutely disappointing and disrespectful that she did not work on what I wanted correctly and the front desk girl who speaks and understands the most English scammed me. This is a honest review for my first time coming here. Also the massage chair did not work. Would not want someone to get a pedicure and then adding things to the service without proper knowledge! read more

Honestly, I have been jumping from one spot to another looking for a place that does a good job , is clean and offer their services for a reasonable price ! I came here after I looked on yelp and half the places that had a lot of reviews , I have been too and were not worth coming back . Small place, been there for 27 years I think .. Open 7 days a week and mon till sat they close at 8. Place is clean and the ladies their do a great job .. I had the pleasure of having Lisa and Mary and both of awesome. Ok seriously I've had some good pedicures before but this was simply amazing! Overall impression of the salon was just "meh" but I'm not really concerned how well your area is decorated I'm there for a specific service. Went closer to closing time with my friend and we both wanted pedicures. We had to wait about 30-45 mins but most of our wait time was spent in the massage chairs with out feet soaking in the bubbles.. Not too shabby. Mary did my pedicure and she was awesome. I have very sensitive skin and I have admittedly disgusting feet (I work up to 13hr days all on my feet so I have lots of wear and tear to put it lightly) but she didn't complain like most places I go.. I had my pedicure done with kay and she did an amazing job. It felt good and my pedicure turned out great. On the other hand judy did my manicure with gel and dipping powder. I was Vietnamese and she didnt know so she made some negative comments to her co workers about me saying i was difficult and i kept moving. The reason why i was moving was because it was painful when she drilled my hands. I said ouch and yet she kept drilling my nails without saying sorry. I chose 5 different colors and she complained to her co worker i picked too many colors. Im paying for my service so she shouldnt complain about how i want my nails done. I wasnt even being picky and she told her co worker i was. Employees shouldnt make negative comments in front of their clients. After i told her she was Vietnamese and she was shocked. I hope she learned her lesson to not talk bad about others especially in front of them and assuming they dont speak your language. My 7 year-old wanted some fancy nail design and it was $14 including trimming her nails and a little hand massage. Very reasonable. I honestly don't know how this place has such good ratings. I was looking for a real last minute nail salon, being it was already 6 PM & most nail salons close at 7 pm. Out of convenience, I went to this nail salon. For the price that you paid, it definitely is not worth it all ! like at all. The workers are pretty nice, but the quality of their work is just terrible. For my pedicure, instead of cutting my nails, she just used one of those drill files. I have never seen that ever, instead of filing with one of the normal files or using a nail cutter. she pretty much just used a file and then started painting my toes. For my gel manicure, I picked a light neutral color and all she did was file my nail and then started the gel manicure. she didn't remove cuticles or anything at all. and she didn't even take her time. for the top coat she only had it not he dryer for less than 15 seconds. & I visually saw the 15 second button. i picked a light color and she was going to stop at two coats until i said i want another layer. i wanted a another layer since there wasn't even enough color buildup. honestly, go somewhere else. i don't even feel like i got my nails done today. for the little work they did, you're better off going to somewhere else. This place is even more expensive than where I usually got at cerritos nails & spa. And, cerritos nails & spa is hands down best quality for nails and cheap too. read more

Lynn is incredible! I have gone in twice to get a pedicure now. She gets the award for: Best foot/leg massage around. Love her. Sensitive with your feet, no pain. No hard sell or up-selling. They ask what you want at the beginning and then let you relax. Over-all: Completely relaxing, quiet, clean, massage chairs. It looks very unassuming from the outside and like a typical nail shop on the inside, but the ladies are so sweet there and the pedicure was affordable and fabulous. Highly recommend. This nail place is not the best but just OK. I went here because it was the only place open as late as it was and I really needed a mani pedi. The atmosphere is Bleh, the workers all talk to themselves and ignore the customers. They dress horrid (my girl had hooker shorts and a halter top). Ewe!! For the Mani- it was OK. They took their time until the end where she just slapped on paint, it looks like my 9 year old did it. The pedi was the same, it was OK, she was rough handed, spastic, and didn't do what all was told she was going to do. Like the mani, it looks like my 9 year old did it. They both kept getting up, answering their cell phones, texting, and going in the back. It took almost 2 hours. I won't be back, unless it's the last resort. They are pretty expensive too. This place is amazing. Everyone is always so so nice and attentive, and I can tell the owner really cares about her clients. They might not always remember my name but they know my face and always thank me for coming back! I work on my feet all day, so needless to say my feet have had many issues to begin with. I ran a half marathon a few months back and have had major issues with both my big toenails from bruising. Gross I know. Nail Studio took me in with no complaints and have had to replace both toenails after they inevitably fell off. This is my 3rd pedicure from here, all done by Tina. She is super patient and nice, I can't even deal with my own feet but she does it without any hesitation and always has a smile on her face. They all do actually! I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon. I usually just walk in and they're able to take me, but that's either been early in the morning or mid-afternoon after the lunch rush. I took my neices here to get their first manicure. The prices are decent and it was cool that they took us right away. I did not appreciate the fact that my neice chose her colors and the nail artist said no these colors would not look good on you and chose a color for her. I understand that covid has its challenges but if they didnt have a station we would of waited instead of having my neice hold her hands up and lean forward uncomfortably. Got my nails done by Lisa. She's really nice and she started off really well, but she started rushing when the salon got busy. My right thumb ended up being a bit crooked and my stripe design wasn't straight and well done, but it was still cute. My friend was getting hers done too, but her experience was a little less pleasant. Her nails were a little messed up from the nail polish. The girl who did her nails kept moving to another customer and had to wait awhile for another girl to continue her nails. THEN, that girl left my friend again and had to wait even longer for someone else to finish her nails. First time going here. Was looking for a place that opens late and on a Sunday. Wasn't expecting much, but wow Lynn blew me away. She was super sweet and explained everything she was doing. She worked over an hour and a half on my feet and they looked rejuvenated. No more dryness and calluses. She applied this amazing smelling lemon mint scrub and exfoliated my legs with such care. Super gentle and clean and neat work. The salon also had new massage chairs which were comfortable and super clean. Her cadence and sweet nature was so welcoming. Why does this place have good reviews? The only thing about it is that it is open later than other salons. Service is not good. Expect a wait of 30 minutes. On top of that I just wanted an acrylic removal and I arrived at 7:00.. I'm not leaving until 9???!!!! And then they upcharge you for using a card. My acrylics aren't all the way off! This has got to be the absolute worst nail salon I've ever been too. My friend and I came last minute the time was around 7:30ish, we both had nails from before but I needed a new full set because it'd be my 5th fill and I just preferred a new set since I was the one paying regardless. So we get there keep in mind we were the only 2 people there and this lady pretty much decided for me that all I needed was a fill so I said okay that's fine whatever, strike 1. THEN she tells me to sit and she began " removing " the gel nail color I had previously which was red. When she was done I still had some red and the ends of the nail but she sent me to some other lady anyways. I asked for a single color and then I changed my mind to pink and white, or French tip, and I understand it's frustrating I get it so I apologized but the lady who was going to finish my nails literally rolled her fucken eyes at me while I'm sitting across from her and started on them anyways. Keep in mind she didn't remove or even try to remove any of the red that the lady before her left and also you can see the my nail from before because it grew out but I didn't realize that. Being that it's pretty obvious and I'll post pictures just to show everyone you'd think they'd tell you you're better off getting a single color so it'll look better, but no this lady rushed through my nails finished in 15 minutes so that was strike 2. STRIKE 3 these fucken rip offs still charged me 36 fucken dollars which was charged before I saw the final outcome.
