Hands down (no pun) the best nail salon in Las Vegas. I used to see Katie for years to do my nails for I lived just a couple blocks away. I moved to the other side of town blue diamond area. There are many salons there and I could literally walk to the one next to my home. I went there for a full set and was disappointed. This chain of nail salons are the biggest in Vegas and the service was just ridiculous..Back to Nail tech. Service at the salon is amazing they do cuticles they make sure your nails are clean underneath. They listen to your needs and shape the nails how you want them .They truly care and Katie really puts her heart into what she does. She makes sure that she gives you exactly what you want. I adore her and herself, and Husband are such good people and deserve the business from our community. What I also love is how many colors they have. They have a huge selection and sometimes it's hard to choose because they have so many cat eyes, glitter all of it. I'm so happy that I came back to nail tech. I truly can't imagine going anywhere else I highly recommend this salon, with so many places to choose from in Vegas. They are the best. Truly a gem!

I decided to come to this salon because it's less than 5 mins away from where I live. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I wanted a gel manicure with glitter on the ends , gold. Jen took great care of me. She made me feel so comfortable as soon as I sat down with her. I haven't been to the nail salon for over 3 to 4 years I wanted to give my nails a break. So I wanted gel manicure on my natural nails since they were grown out. Usually I get really bad anxiety at nail salons but this was definitely a first that I didn't. Jen did such a great job on what I wanted , she even left my nails soft not like when you go and you have to file your nails when you get home lol overall I will definitely be back ! Thank you again Jen ! And the whole staff is amazing and super welcoming.

First time customer turned into frequent customer! Love this salon. It's clean, friendly, and in a quiet location. When you first walk in they greet you and kindly ask you to wash your hands before touching anything. My nail tech was knowledgeable and did exactly what I asked for. In the past, other salons I've been to never got the ombré right and ended up looking like a mess! But SKY is very friendly and knows his work well. Thank you Sky!

Love coming here! Most of their clients are regulars! Highly recommend Jen for acrylics, she's the best. Doesn't rush you and make sure everything looks perfect before you walk out the door. Her acrylics have never broken or lift on me and they go 4-5 weeks easily! I've been coming back for over a year now.

Nail tech is a hole-in-the-wall shop in a strip mall, next to a jiujitsu studio. I've been coming here for a few months, and I love the quality of work that they do. Sky and his staff take their time and produce awesome results. I've done full acrylic sets with gel, regular gel over my natural nails, and gel pedicures here. Polish does not budge, and none of my nails have ever cracked. They usually stay so well that I only have to go back because of grow-out. It's down the street from my house, and I'm so grateful to have found a convenient nail salon that I like.

The reply I received several weeks after our disappointment. Little to late.

I've been a customer for 7 almost 8 years. I love Sky and his wife and a few others however, the last couple of times my family and I came in for pedicures, we have received the worst customer service we've ever received. The new male manicurist asked me to next time "take your glitter nail polish off because it takes a long time to take it off". Later during my pedicure I asked him not trim the edges of my toe nails, because it causes ingrown toenails and it hurts when it grows back. Seconds later he trimmed the sides of my toenail. When he pulled it it hurt and I jumped. I said I asked for you not to do that but his response was "well I'm sorry you know I dig and I messed it up so you're going to hurt a little bit when you leave." My response was "I should not hurt when I leave from a pedicure, I asked you not to do that so, i'm going to be pissed if I leave hurt" We've also noticed we haven't been receiving the great customer service and quality they used to provide. My husband's and daughters feet have been cut do to staff being rough, in a hurry or not paying attention. As a former salon owner and licensed manicurist/ hair stylist, I'm very disappointed with these business practices. I find it's very awkward also when the staff speak Vietnamese to one another rather than English. My family of 5 will not be returning.

I'm so glad I found Nail Tech. I usually go to Erin, but everyone is great. I've been to Katie, Susie and Dennis as well. Nail tech is very clean, everyone is friendly, very reasonably priced and my gel polish usually lasts up to 4 weeks for me.

Yo!!! Son (that's his name) knows what's up with pedicures y'all!!! The massage, the treatment, he got all of my toes to pop, like really went the extra mile! I know you know what I'm talking about too. I feel like so many nail techs get you in and out and fast without the extra goodies that we look forward to when we get a pedi, like the length and depth of the massage (on my feet lol) and also the care that goes into it cuz these are not cheap to get. Visiting from out of town. My mother frequents this place and she said I would enjoy. Staff are very friendly and the chairs + services are top notch. I only received a pedicure but my wife enjoyed a manicure and pedicure and said both exceeded her expectations. We will be back! If you are in the Anthem or Silverado Ranch area, this spot is worth checking out. read more

I have always been on and off with acrylic nails, depending on my job position, throughout the years. At times I do decide to get my nails done, I have only ever been serviced by Nail Tech. Everyone is so kind, clean, & considerate. I've had different nail techs do my nails here and they have all done wonderful work, but lately I have been requesting Katie because I have known her the longest and she is familiar with how I like my nails to look. Don't have a go to nail shop so I decided to yelp. Found this hidden gem and I can't say I'm not disappointed!! Totally coming back to see lee. She did such a great job on my full set. Price is not an issue for me although their prices are normal. Maybe even cheaper than most places I've been to & I love it !! Only thing is, this place is miles away from where I live but it's nothing when there's quality. Nothing like a small family business to support. And their kids are so cute ! read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! After seeing a friend with cute Patriots artwork on her nails I decided to check this place out, despite living clear across town (Summerlin). After experiencing MANY nail spots all over Las Vegas I have to say that this one beats them all, hands down! I made a same day appt w/ Lee, a sweet young woman. She took her time w/ me, even though they were EXTREMELY busy. She didn't even skimp on the hand massage, which most nail shops do whether they're busy or not. She also carefully cleaned up around my nails, which about 97% of other nail spots don't do either. It might seem insignificant but I notice the small details (so does Lee) and I'm just thankful I gave this place a chance, especially after being so disappointed with others. Lastly, they are very reasonably priced. I've spent twice the amount at other places w/ less than half the service & results. She didn't try to up charge for every little thing. They just picked up another repeat customer. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed! read more

After leaving my previous nail salon for multiple reasons, found this little gem. Erin does a beautiful, restful pedicure without rushing thru it. With in-grown toe nails, you have to find someone who is not going to cause damage, but takes care of the issue. My feet are happy again!!! read more

I was very pleased with my experience here. I dropped in and waited maybe 5 minutes before my pedicure got underway. They had plenty of polish, the pedicure chairs and bowls were great, the tech was friendly and not rushed, everything was sterilized, etc. And all for just $20! Now, sure, it is far from a Strip spa pedicure experience, but it was definitely better than any other strip mall pedicure experience. The space is un-cluttered and nice and clean. And while the scrubbing and massaging left a bit to be desired, my toes look fantastic. I even opted for a design for an extra $5. And hands-down it is the best design my toes have ever been painted with. I will absolutely be coming here again. read more

I have been coming here for pedicures since they opened over 10 years ago and the owner Katie has been doing my nails for the past 3.5 years. She is awesome!!! Very friendly, sweet and super talented with nail art. She is very patient, doesn't rush and takes her time to make sure your nails are done how YOU want them, not how she thinks they should be. I'm very anal and picky when it comes to my nails and how they are shaped and she gets it right every time! All the staff is very friendly, they remember your name and always say hi. I love it here! The business is very clean, which is rare for a lot of nail spots. Although I prefer Tina or Lee to do my pedicures, the whole staff here is EXCEPTIONALLY good and professional. The prices are good and not overpriced, like most nail salons in this area. The staff pays close attention to detail. They are very meticulous with pedi's and mani's. Ok so I'm very much pregnant! Due tomorrow actually. All I wanted was a nice relaxing manicure and pedicure. I should have listened to all the bad reviews for this one guy, but I thought ok, I've had my nail license for over 15 years now and I know how hard it is if one person is unhappy with the service you provide. So I thought I would just walk in and see what happens. Hoping not to get 'that guy' Ok first off, all the polish is so dry. But I get it. Everyone gets gel now days. Fine, I'll let that slide. This guy is OCD forsure, the way he needed my feet in the bath from where and how I sat them to be worked on. It had to be comfortable for him! Anyways. He took about 30min on both mani and pedi. No massage at all. I'm so thankful I didn't end up getting the deluxe $65 combo. I walked out a unhappy customer. Wish I loved this place because I live so close and would have been the to go place! My friend Michelle recommended me here and to ask for Henry or Angelina. I called and they were both busy but they got me in an hour after I called with Henry. My appointment was at 6pm & they close at 7. I was worried that they were going to rush and get crappy service but not the case! He took his time and did not rush. I loved Henry! He did a great job on my toes and gel nails! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he mastered it. I'm very simple with my nails and I'm in love!! His massage was bomb! I want to go back just to get massaged again The gel seems good, I hope it holds up & lasts! He even picked my cuticles just how I like it. And most htx salons don't have 1 beverage per service policies, because most nail salons pretty quickly (of course all dependent on type of service and level of design) and want you comfortable. This didn't live up to the real level of service I've come to expect in Las Vegas.

I am completely dissapointed with this place. I can't believe it takes 3 people to finish my nail service. I absolutely hate it because i wouldn't know who to actually tip is the first thing, not only that, why should I have to explain how I want my service to 3 people instead of just 1. I just found out that the girl that has been doing my waxing is not even licensed for waxing. she is only licensed for nails! I recently met a guy at this another nail salon nearby that used to work there and he told me that the girl that owns the salon is actually being investigated on for illegally purchasing licenses for this profession from her uncle in florida. I decided to call the nevada state board of cosmetology and they in fact told me that they are currently investigating fraud on a few people in the valley and nail tech does have an active investigation opened. however, they can not share the names of the individuals until their investigation is complete. Oh, this is bad........not only is it bad but it is so unfair to the other techs that are out there struggling. I was told that that owner have allowed her friends to run the place now because of this problem, but I heard the friends are cheaters themselves! This is horrible, I actually gave business to this place! read more

Called to book an appointment today on a busy Saturday with Katie because of her great reviews on Yelp but she was fully booked. I ended up getting Sky.... He was very sweet and professional. He took his time and did not rush he made sure everything was to my liking. I loved the way my nails turned out! I posted a picture, h did my nails coffin style and they look amazing! All even, perfectly shaped and polished. The staff is very friendly and kept friendly conversation making the time fly by while I got my nails done. Got referred to the Nail tech by my Manager a few years ago, after looking at how amazing her nails always looked. She told me to go to SKY and I have never looked back. I have been in Las Vegas a very long time .. (won't say how long LOL) and hands down "no pun intended" Nail Tech and SKY is the BEST salon I have ever gone to. The owner of the salon is a cheat, produces illegal cosmetological licenses and cheat on taxes. I have worked there for years and I have knowledge of this. They try to treat their customers nice and then when the client leaves, they talk about them. The owner thao and her cousin bi tran bought their licenses and did not have proper traning. New operators are friends of theirs and are not any different. read more

Leena did my nails and feet when I was in town for vacation. I have to say it was as good as what I get back home. She was very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Pleasantly surprised. The salon is a bit cramped and it does get packed with walk-ins, so I highly recommend calling for an appointment. On top of it all, the women who work here are so nice and great to talk to. Make sure you make an appointment in advance because this place will fill up! read more
