My toes look perfectly fine, I was only looking to get my money back for my manicure because there is an imprint on my thumb from the paint not drying correctly, you can see the layers from the gel color peeling in every single finger, and a chip in the nail. I have never been so disappointed as I always come to this salon and they do an amazing job. I thought they would be more understanding about my situation but the lady who I talked to at the front didn't even want to look at my nails at first, she just said "that's it. A regular manicure lasts days." Which is honestly such a horrible response because my toes look nowhere near as horrible as my manicure and they are both regular which I am expecting to last at least 7 days as I take good after care to maintain them. Will not be coming here again.

I come in for walk in soak off's and full sets every couple months when my regular nail tech is fully booked. I came in July 1st, to get the same set I always get and was charged the extra long nail fee and the extra shape fee which I never have been charged before. I understand raising prices but I was never informed that it would be extra, therefore didn't give me the option to choose something within the base price. With so many options to pay I chose to do Zelle as it was easiest especially since I wanted to leave a "cash" tip. It showed as sent through my bank (I even showed them the confirmation) but it was taking a long time to show up on their end. They said they couldn't let me leave without paying so I then paid with card (no tip was gonna come back another day with cash.) They stated they'd "send back" my Zelle if it went through and of course it did, so the next day I called and they said they had to wait for the manager to do a refund. I called again after my work day and they told me they refunded the card and not Zelle which took days to come back so extremely inconvenient with how much it was. Not to mention, I'm sure they noticed one had a tip and the other didn't and did it on purpose. The WORST part is on July 13, only 12 days later (not even two weeks) I have one nail about to come off and others starting to slowly lift. As someone who gets their nails done every 3-4 weeks, these look like a 3 week grow out already.

I took it as a sign and decided to stop in and give it a try. Saturday afternoons can be hectic in the manicure and pedicure business, so I wasn't sure what my chances were. The chairs were full, but I was pleasantly told the wait would only be about 15 minutes. I had barely sat down when I was escorted to one of their new, comfortable vibrating chairs and invited to soak my feet in a perfectly warm, whirlpool bath. The shop isn't large, but it is modern, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My hostess, Ellie, soon began what turned out to be the most enjoyable and comforting pedicure my tired size 14 1/2 EEE feet have ever experienced. I relaxed through the massage and pampering, nearly falling asleep from the sheer comfort of the treatment. Next came my manicure, which was equally impressive--without question, the best I have ever had. During my visit, I enjoyed a refreshing conversation with Ellie.
