They were livid and the lady kept asking ME to clean it up. I not only work there but when owning a business they should expect to clean up an accident. They also made me pay for that half empty bottle of nail polish. They were THAT hard up for 15$. I would have left if I didn't have kids with me. What they use to remove the dead skin from the bottom of the feet is like the sand paper thing that you buy from target that doesn't actually do anything . Their pedis are basically a nail polish change . Also their pedicures and manicures last 1-2 days if that. There are such better nail salons in hinsdale to go to just shop around! Avoid at all costs

Customer service: 4/5 Both of my visits I was able to get in without an appointment. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. My second pedicure felt rushed. It only lasted about 20 minutes. I did not feel like they tried to upsell me. Choice of polish: 5/5. They had plenty of regular and gel colors. They also offer dipped powder. Quality/Value: 3/5. On my first visit, I obtained a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I was very happy with the time the staff spent on my nails for the first visit. However, I think she could have done more scrubbing on bottom of foot. My no chip manicure lasted 13 days until first chip. This, I was very happy about. However, my first pedicure started chipping after 5 days. This one, did not chip badly. As I had a 2nd trip planned, I went back for just a pedicure. I went with the hot stone pedicure and I just felt like it was not worth the upcharge. Now, this is where I was a little upset/annoyed. This pedicure chipped after 2 days!! And not just flecks.
