Nancy and Tina were great. They gave me a beautiful gel mani and gel pedi and they were very gentle. I also got some calluses removed for my feet. I have sensitive fingers and toes and for the first time, I was not sore nor achy. Their foot and hand massages were also very soothing. My mom got a fill french manicure with Amy and a gel pedi from Hachi who were also great, my mom really enjoyed the massages from them too. They helped us right away, and they were very flexible and accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. The space was also very roomy and super clean too. Callie is the best! I just got my nails done with her and she was so awesome. My pinky nail had split in half and my pointer finger nail had popped off, honestly I thought all hope was lost, and I was going to have to cut all my nails down. Callie problem solved and fixed both nails. She was so patient with me, and took her time fixing my nails and making sure I was happy with the finished product. After bouncing around trying to find a new nail salon that I really like.. I'm happy to say I've finally found it! I've gotten my nails done here 4 separate times with a couple different people. But I have to say Vanessa is hands down my favorite! My nails grow extremely fast. So my problem has been trying to find someone that can make them last longer than just a week before they start looking like they've gone 2 weeks. Vanessa is great at this! She's detail oriented and cleans up the cuticles so well my gel manicure not only looks like perfection but actually lasts me longer too! I've gone to this shop a few times and everyone is absolutely lovely and very attentive, and the shop itself very clean. Twice I've gotten my nails done by Callie and I have been absolutely in LOVE with my sets, she does amazing work, takes her time to make sure each nail is perfect. I don't get my nails done often, so when I do I like to go all out. If you love getting detailed sets or just want perfect nail art, I'd recommend asking for Callie, but again everyone in the shop is amazing! read more

I've been going to this place since they opened. It's conveniently located to my house but I had to take a break because it seemed like they were experiencing growing pains. I had a few pedicures and manicures that left me with ingrowns... However, I recently came by to try it again and the last two manicures I've received have been top tier. Qlee (kee*ley) and Huki were my technicians, and both were fantastic. Qlee did a stunning job on my gel manicure, and Huki's massage during my deluxe pedicure was incredible. Went to get my nails done with my girlfriends for my birthday--we live nearby and I've always been interested in checking out this nail salon. So glad I did! Tracy did mine and absolutely nailed it. She helped me go through all of their color selection books to find the colors I wanted, (their nail polish selection is HUGE!) and took the time to shape them to how I wanted. Tracy was super accommodating and made sure I got my nails exactly the way that I wanted them! The price was great for the quality and time put into the nails, and not to mention how beautiful they turned out! The manager, Kaila, was super friendly and was always around to help answer any questions I had. I felt so pampered and taken care of! The inside of the salon was very clean and welcoming. I would recommend that this business provide customer service with staff who speak English clearly and can assist clients properly, especially when customers are paying for services. Some of the technicians seem to get upset when you don't allow them to do whatever they want. When visiting a nail salon, the goal is to relax and leave satisfied -- not to feel like you're the problem for simply asking questions or expressing preferences. The owner really needs to hire or train someone to manage the staff more effectively. There have been multiple times when I've gone in and ended up sitting and waiting for assistance while employees walk back and forth between the office and the front, ignoring customers who ask for help. Not every worker is like this, but many seem to expect to be paid just for you sitting in their chair rather than for providing quality service. I've given this place more than three chances, but the main worker I remember consistently gives dirty looks even when you greet her politely. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon unless you're comfortable letting someone take full control over your service and your hard-earned money. read more

Hi! We (2 adults and 2 kids) went this past week, which was their first week open! We have been waiting for it to open for awhile so we were excited to check it out! So let's break it down! Parking... Not great. There are spots but it is a rather small parking lot for a few small businesses. Assuming some are employees of the businesses so there's not much parking. We got lucky to snag a spot as someone left. It's on a corner of a busy intersection so I don't believe there's street parking. There's a parking lot behind this parking lot but I am not sure if it's available to use or not. Atmosphere As you enter immediately can tell it's brand new and everything looks just beautiful and modern. I was so excited to see how beautiful it looked, it seemed like the owner truly wanted to create a very aesthetically pleasing and calming atmosphere. The manager (I believe) was incredibly warm and nice. Once she knew your name she continuously used it throughout your appointment time. It was taking a lot longer to start then expected, we had a pedicure seat but the technician for my kids and I hadn't started and my mom had started. The manager made sure to top off our sodas etc and tell us it would be a few more minutes and checked out water temp etc. Service My disappointment was a few things... We called and they told us to come right over, we were there in 20 min (which I told her it would take. They weren't really ready and when we sat, like I mentioned my mom although also delayed began her pedicure while my 2 kids and I waited for quite some time. Then my technician came and honestly, she didn't seem thrilled to be there which was kind of a bummer. I paid for the signature spa pedicure specifically for the scrub and "extended lotion massage." The scrub is truly my favorite thing about pedicures. I actually couldn't have been more disappointed in the scrub. It was basically lobbed on my legs and she with no pressure rubbed it up and down 2 times and then rinsed it off. Like I was shocked. She started the massage and same lack of any pressure, I asked for it to be stronger and she made a scuffy sound but did increase the pressure. It wasn't very long so I'm not sure what a normal amount of time vs extended amount of time. My recommendation would be a longer scrub treatment and more specific description of how long of a massage so customers know. Tom came over to do my nail repair while my lady went to do one of my kids. Tom did a good job, was nice, friendly and attentive to my kids and I. After the nail repair he went over to my other child. My mom had the same signature spa as I did but she said they put a scent and petals in her water, I did not have. Overall it took 1 hour and 50 min from the time we came it until we paid and left. I was getting a little frustrated because that was a lot of waiting in the start, my kids had kept asking when they would start. They didn't start for about half an hour after we got there. I've easily spent 1.5 hours other places but that was for gel manicure and gel pedicure at the same time with minimal wait time. I would go back and try again though. I think this is brand new and they havent worked out all the kinks quite yet. They were fully comfortable with the register either. They need more staff but I assume they don't have a ton there until they have a better idea of clients etc. It is beautiful, includes a drink, several packages and most of the staff seemed nice. I'll come back again and give it another try, I really think this is going to be a great place and definitely would be fun for a girls night with friends!! read more

Honestly this place is VERY hit or miss. Everyone is super polite and respectful and easy to get along with but the nail service itself is either really good or sub par every time I go. All the artists are good for a basic full set with one color but if you're expecting any design I wouldn't recommend this place. The prices are okay so I would come back for a pedicure/basic manicure but other than that I'm definitely going elsewhere for a full set! read more

She's always very helpful and takes the time to make sure everybody is having a positive experience. This makes a huge difference for customer satisfaction. I have seen a few negative reviews but honestly, I feel like no nail salon can ever be perfect but I do know that nailoscope is really good at fixing it right away free of charge if there was a mistake or a broken nail within a reasonable time of just getting it done so if you see a bad review, I wouldn't bother with it. She had a bit of a wait to get someone while I was getting my nails done, but we were able to sit with each other and chat for a bit. I wanted a design and asked my tech if she was able to do designs, which she showed me some of her previous work. She did an amazing job, and was so fast! We were able to move to get our pedicures done pretty soon after I finished, and that tech did a great job to match the nail color.
