I tend to go back-and-forth between their deluxe spa pedicure, aromatherapy pedicure, and signature pedicure. Their signature pedicure is really awesome, I tend to do it for special occasions because you come up with how you want your treatment to be done, they let you look at a variety of essential oils and herbs and pick what you want, and they show you all of the benefits of those herbs and oils. It's really cool! They have really nice massage chairs in their pedicure area, and they're pretty new I was one of the first people to use them when they got them in and I think they've only had them maybe a year or so? I can sit there all day. Lol Super comfortable. They have so many varieties of nail polish! They have tons of examples in the front of the different colors and nail polish variations. Tiana and Ti are my go-tos is when I'm there! They are both so sweet and so fun to talk to! Tiana does my eyebrows and Ti does all of my pedicures! I highly recommend them!! To my surprise, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The nail salon was large, beautiful, and well kept with lots of seating for customers. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mostly, I'd like to mention how Julie did an amazing job with the pedicure I wanted. I needed a fix with one of my toenails, and she shaped it perfectly with some acrylic gel. Unfortunately, my experience changed after I simply asked for clarification on pricing. I was charged $70 for a full set, then $82 when I returned for a fill. I wasn't arguing about the cost or saying anyone's work wasn't worth the price. I simply asked what the base price was for my services so I would know what to expect going forward. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, the owner became extremely defensive and hostile, repeatedly talking about what her work was worth. That was never the issue. The issue was consistency and transparency. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I had recently referred her business to a group of approximately 150 people because I believe in supporting and promoting local businesses. I would never expect special treatment because of that, but I do expect to be spoken to respectfully when asking a reasonable question about what I'm being charged. During my visits, I also witnessed the owner speaking very rudely to employees in front of customers, which made me uncomfortable. Afterward, I saw a reel posted joking about clients questioning inconsistent totals at checkout, including a scenario where a customer says they were charged a different amount the previous time. Considering what had just happened, I found that incredibly unprofessional. I have no problem paying for quality work. I do have a problem when pricing seems to change without clear explanation and a simple question about the price results in hostility. Customers should be able to ask what a service costs without being made to feel uncomfortable for asking. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer comfortably refer people here.

Warning this place is a health hazard! This place barely gets 2 stars because it was extremely…read moreunsanitary. Although the gel manicure I had done looked ok initially, they reused the tools without sanitizing between clients (have you seen those giant UV machines or the sealed packets they pull out with a freshly sanitized set of tools - that was no where to be seen) my technician (who was very friendly - hence the only reason I didn't give this place 1 star) pulled out the tools from her drawer and the nail buffer and file from a plastic bag that held several of them with different usage. The floor also had stains, you could probably find nicer furniture if you went dumpster diving, and the smell of incense was overwhelming! They dilute the polishes with acetone to maximize the amount of customers they can use it on - the technician did it in front of me. I'm not familiar with the health codes for a nail salon but I have to imagine this place was violation. I immediately canceled the pedicure and blamed it on forgetting that I needed to be somewhere. Again, I feel really bad destroying an establishment with such friendly technicians but I feel compelled to warn folks before they get an infection or fungus. I hope they see this and make some much needed changes.
