Before coming in, I spoke with Jenny about whether the salon was wheelchair accessible and ADA-friendly. From the very beginning, Jenny was incredibly kind, positive, and accommodating. She immediately reassured me that they would figure things out and help wherever they could. That conversation alone made me feel comfortable choosing this salon. They walked us to our pedicure chairs, and there was plenty of space for us to transfer comfortably. The pedicure chairs were also wide enough to accommodate my wheelchair if I needed to back in, which was reassuring. My daughter had her toes done by Tammy, and she was AMAZING! Yenny knows my style of nails and I always get compliments! I read that there's a CON at this location and that's parking. I never once had issues with parking. You can park behind the other shops nearby in the alley or in front of the spa and nails that many don't know about. What I also love is that Yenny is ALWAYS available for me.
