She was so gentle, really listened to what I wanted, and immediately understood the look I was going for after I showed her a few inspiration photos and explained that I wanted something more neutral. Had an appointment for 530pm on a Wednesday. Wasn't a busy day. They had 4 people in there. I didn't get served until about 10 minutes after 6pm which I thought was unacceptable. Usually they get to me within 15 minutes. Regardless, it's a 3 star place. Conversation is pretty basic with them. They do make it a point to remind me everytime I go in that my cuticles are grown out and that I need to stop in more than every 2-3 months. So that doesn't make me feel great, however, the Spa Pedicure I get is pretty cheap, and they be putting in real good work. So it sorta balances each other out. Prices for some of the more deluxe packages seems to be a bit higher than I've seen in other places. The place is always clean, music always playing, and has a nice solid energy to it.
