I really like it here. They are fast, friendly and do a good job. This is my second time, first time took over an hour and a half do to fixing my nails from a different place that had them WAY too thick and lumpy. This time was in and out in about 20 minutes. I had to get arcylic fills, originally when she saw my nail she thought they were gels, cuz they were done really nicely and thin, so they looked like my own, but she did them too thick, and It took her an hour without nail polish to finish them. Given that there are not that many well rated nail salons within the area, I think that this place automatically wins just by observing the way they treated their customers. I received a gel color change. I did not have to wait for long ~10. Great and reasonable prices and nice people. I would recommend ignoring the poor review about the customer asking for the baby's feet on her nails. Rude ! The older lady rushed through my soak off. Kept filing my nails instead of letting them soak and sit like they are supposed to. Then an old client walks through the door and she goes oh you're done when there is clearly still acrylic on my nails. When I told her what she did wrong she wanted to argue with me rather than do what I asked which was get the acrylic off without filing because my nails were so thin they became sore from the filing. The only reason I am giving this three stars instead of one is because of how kind the lady giving me the mani/pedi was. I got gel nails and the powder is cheap and the shape was completely off and uneven. The pedicure was okay and she took her time on the massage. The whole thing took an extremely long time and after a week 3 nails broke (I usually get them done by my university and they last 3 weeks). I appreciated her conversation and friendliness and the place itself was pretty well kept but the paint job and gel nails were poorly done. read more

I too wish that I could give this place 0 stars. I walked in for a mani and pedi with 1.5 hours left until closing. I was told that I could not be serviced because the time would exceed 8pm closing time with the 2 people waiting before me. Never ever had this happen before. EEK! Where to begin. on vacation from Chicago...my sister and I got our nails done here, eyebrows as well. My lady did my acrylic set in a timely fashion, however upon completion I look at them and see the tip is not fully on the covering the nail--on 8 fingers...I flipped the hell out, the lady 'fixed' it and said it would be fine...four days later, my nails show the signs of a bad nail job. My sisters were messed up by another lady hoevr the same way. Her lady took 3 hours to do a full set, and 45 minutes to wax each of our sets of eye brows. I was really excited to get my eyelashes done. I purchased a Groupon for a full set. I booked my appointment for Monday. When I came in, the woman at the desk said that my appointment was cancelled because the eyelash girl was sick. No one called me, and I had to drive 25 miles to get there. Reluctantly, I rescheduled for Today. My Appointment was at 10am and I got there at 9:45. When she took me back it was 9:58. The extensions took 10 minutes from start to finish. (It should have taken much longer). She asked me if I drank coffee that morning because my eyes kept moving, they were moving because of how rough she was with the tape. She then said that the Groupon only covers the "natural" length which is the shortest length they have. It didn't say anything about that on the Groupon site, so I was expecting to choose what I wanted. Long story short, not an hour after I got them done, they started falling out. If I touched them, my finger would have lashes on it. I will never come back here. No compensation was offered, the woman does a fast and sloppy job, and she was rushed. I was told on the phone the appointment would take up to 2 hours. It took 10 minutes for her to do both eyes. Sloppy. read more

I've had both a pedicure and manicure done here. They were both excellent jobs and I was very satisfied. I had the shellac on the french manicure and it lasted for over 3 weeks. It didn't chip and if my nails hadn't grown out it could have lasted longer. The staff was not rude as you find in a lot of other nail salons. read more
