My fiancé & I had an incident a few nights ago with the total immersion sterilization jar. She was cleaning her tools off after use per usual, but as we settled the tools in the jar gently with the immersion lift, the jar broke from underneath, causing all the barbicide to spill all over her station and soak some of her product that was resting in the drawer. Fifty dollars in unused nail files and buffers were damaged and some air bubbles were left on her wooden desk. Of course, we were more concerned about our safety rather than the damaged product as a WHOLE GLASS ITEM broke on us after only 3 uses when our last sterilization jar lasted over 10 uses and was only replaced because it was the smaller one. We called the store asking to speak to the manager and the manager suggested we call the owner who will be in the next day. The next day comes along and we of course call because we are still upset and in shock over the situation. I explain to the owner what happened that night and made it clear that the glass broke very easily and even slightly cut us both, even though we immersed it with the lift very gently like we usually do. She pretty much tried telling my fiancé & I that we were too aggressive with the way we put it down or that we intentionally broke it but as many would ask, why would anyone do that if the the jar is essential to keeping the tools clean & ready to use for future use? She even told us that she cannot compensate us in any way for what has happened because it "wasn't defective" and then proceeded to tell us that if it were a nail polish that wouldn't dry or any electrical item that wouldn't start or was bugged out in any way, that she can do something about that, but she said that since it was something that wasn't either of those that she can't do anything about which is utter and complete bullshit. Faulty electronics and polishes is one thing but when an entire GLASS JAR breaks on you, that's a whole different story. This could've seriously injured us if we weren't aware that the glass had broke and we continued using it anyways, there should be compensation when something that can hurt you breaks, rather than fucking polishes. Business owners or employees of whatever businesses shouldn't be blaming customers for faulty hardware and material as they should be the ones checking if the product is working or sturdy enough before putting in on the shelves and attaching a price to it. All in all, Nails Blinged has it's image tainted in our minds for not doing anything about this situation we had and trying to blame us for it when they were the ones liable because it is a product THEY SOLD to US. We will be a lot more mindful of what we buy and don't buy from this store from now on and will also be looking for other stores to shop at. read more

Bad costumer service. Barbicide jar broke on me I'm assuming bc it was bought from a cheap manufacturer. It cut me and my fiancé and ruined my station and a lot of product was damaged. I called the business owner about the situation and she completely ignored what I had to say and said it was my fault that her cheap product broke on me and cut me. I only put my drill bits in the container with the barbicide solution to clean my utensils and slowly put the lid down per usual and it broke as soon as I put it down. She was trying to tell us we broke it on purpose or we slammed the jar lid down for that to happen which wasn't the case bc who tf would do that with an important product ? She said she only compensates for defective nail polishes and glue but obviously this this was a defective product considering the fact it was brand new and only my 3rd time using it. She didn't even care about the fact her product cut us she was only concerned about keeping her money. Before they sell products they should really check them before giving it to the customer. Real business owners don't sell faulty items to their customers. read more

I think it's ironic you find it important to be professional publicly but flaunt your children's ethnicity as if they are your tokens in private and to customers. I will certainly not be giving you business again. It would be understandable if this was your first response but instead you made my experience worse by flaunting your ignorance and lack of regard for your customers after my sister and I spent $300+ in your store. Some people just don't need to be in customer servicing. There is another review here on Yelp for this same business claiming they were being watched and racially profiled as well. I recently ordered two nail polish colors because of positive reviews on Tik Tok. I'm extremely disappointed that my items did not arrive and I will not be receiving a refund on the shipping I paid due to this. Why charge me for something outside of my control? I would not do business with this brand as they don't seem to value customers at all. Responses via email were slow and not helpful at all. I don't usually recommend it, but just find a dupe on amazon with a company that has solid fulfillment and customer service. Don't spend money where you aren't valued. What a letdown. read more

I was pleased to see that staff were all wearing their masks correctly and that the business provided hand sanitizer at the entrance and encouraged every customer to use it before further entering the store.
