WRONG! Get a clue and learn from REAL NAIL SALONS. (I've been to them and they NEVER take over 2 hours.) Hey Tyler, perhaps you should take a course in CUSTOMER SERVICE while you're figuring out how to run a proper business. As I've explained to him, I only went there out of location convenience. And for anyone reading, don't bother going there for even that! Take your business anywhere else where they treat you with respect and ACTUALLY WANT TO do things right. Poor Tyler. His management skills are as terrible as his customer service is and he doesn't even recognize it. Also, they only use CHEAP nail polish. They don't carry the quality polishes. Little shopping center parking kinda tight. When I walked in this place was packed Which is always a good thing. Was told to take a seat and wait for a chair. I got the dip power and at other places they crack but here thEy last a long time. Very happy I came here for the second time today but for a gel pedicure and arylic full set. I am completely blown away at the results. Tyler did my nails and showed him a photo on Pinterest and never did I think my nails would look better than the photo! I've come here a few times and I am impressed every time. Sometimes I'll go elsewhere if I can spare a few bucks but nothing compares to the quality I get here. This place is also very clean and well sanitized. I've had Tyler twice now and I've come to notice that he really takes his time. He's very detailed and a perfectionist which I love. He always makes sure that you are satisfied before he moves on, and will continue adjusting until it is perfect. I FINALLY came back to get my nails done. I got a great gel pedicure and got a fresh set of acrylics. Tyler did a great job, as always! He gets the coffin shape right every time. I was surprised to know that their prices didn't go up despite the times. I honestly wouldn't have minded because I know opening back up puts them at risk, but they're taking Covid seriously and are well protected. Everyone is asked to sanitize their hands upon entry. All of the workers had masks on at all times. They have plexiglass shields up at all of the manicure stations and they had some rolling ones by each pedicure chair. I was so happy to be back at my favorite salon and even happier to see that they are taking measures to protect themselves and their clients. read more

I got my very first full set (ever!) here for an upcoming vacation. I didn't know what to expect, but I LOVE it. My new nails look so natural but luxurious. I didn't get his name, but the gentleman who did my nails was super nice. He explained the full set process to me and recommended dipping powder vs acrylic. I went with dipping and do not regret it. He was sooo meticulous and really took the time to perfect the shape and made sure my nails were smooth. I'm not gonna lie... I'm still getting used to typing with such long nails. Also, everyday duties are a bit of a drag now that I have long claws. But they make me feel fierce and glamorous for my upcoming trip! I miiiight come back to shorten them just a bit haha~ Other than that, I've gotten my nails done here a few times already & I've never been disappointed! I usually get a gel mani & pedi, and those are always perfect. I don't have a particular person that I usually ask for... I think they're all great! All in all, everyone is super friendly here and they all make you feel comfortable. It seems like they're VERY BUSY every time I've been here, so I would definitely recommend making an appointment. Can I give Tracy 10 stars??? So since my first review, I've been back a total of 3 maybe 4 times to get my dip done with her. (I think she knows me now :D) This time she helped me pick my colors. I showed her a picture from Instagram, and then she gave me the options closest to the pic. It just a light pink color on my pinky, pointer, and thumb, and she did this darker pink chrome on my ring and middle. I can't stop staring at my nails. They're so simple and pretty!! Once again really good job, thin and even, nicely shaped, and very meticulous with everything. I even told her this last time, "do you know how long it took me to find you?!" I was attended right away so that was good. I asked to see their gel colors but there wasn't much to choose from. I asked the lady for matte for my fill and pedicure. The lady working on my toes was super rough and every time she applied alcohol it would burn really bad. The lady doing my nails cut my finger. I also wasn't allowed to use the massage chair so that sucked. When the lady doing the pedicure said she was done I realized she didn't apply the matte coat so I pointed it out and she got mad and started talking in her language. No massage on the pedicure. Super cheap though, as I only paid $62 + the tip. Overall would not come back. First and last time for me :P read more

So I've been here before pre-covid since I work in the business plaza across the street. It was the perfect place to stop by on my lunch for a quick pedi. They were always awesome and accommodating! I stopped coming here since I worked from home for the past two years. Fast forward to this Thursday. I wanted to try this place out again. I wasn't sure if it was under new management.. but I had such a great experience before! Why not try it out again?! I stopped by at around 11 for a pedicure and removal of gel since I was in a rush to get to work. There was no wait and they took me right away! They convinced me to just get a gel manicure and that they'd be able to accommodate my time constraint. They had two people working on me and I was in and out within 50 minutes!! Aside from that, the quality of manicure/pedicure was amazing! I will definitely be back! A couple tips: -definitely call before you head over. Or make an appointment if you can. I was lucky enough to walk in at a non-peak time. Once it got closer to lunch time, it got a little busier. -tip is cash preferred. -$1 charge for all credit card transactions read more

Terrible. I asked for French manicure and got this, see pic. This only took 2.5 hours!!! I had to get back to work. I also asked before if she can add a color prior to the white mail part she said yes but didn't do it. Then I had to tell her that she was suppose to add color but I guess she didn't understand so her mgr came and explained. They charged me an additional $5 for the color but never finished the French cuz it was already 2.5 hours and she still didn't finish! But they added $5 for total $36 for terrible French manicure!
