I really love her speedyness but it seems quite busy today so she was rushing and distracted most of the time. I know her art and nail work is awesome but I think she can do a lot better if she slows down and take her time. I love my 2nd set nails from her. I gave her an inspiration example of what I wanted. She do business so expected you to know what color you wanted from her book. She doesn't really help or guide you what to get even if you show her an example. No one is perfect but by far, i know she's still my favorite nail tech so far.

I was hesitant to make this…read morereview because I think the nail tech worked hard, but I ended up dissatisfied with both services I received- considering one affected the integrity of my nails I came here for my birthday nails, and was already aware my inspiration could be turned down since it is a complicated, heavily detailed style. When I showed the first nail tech the inspo pic, she told me it wasn't something she felt comfortable doing- which was totally fine since I had other nail ideas with simple art as back up. However, another tech said she could do it and let me know it wouldn't look the exact same. I think this should've been my sign to do a different set, but since it was for a special occasion + she was confident, I thought it was going to be alright. But there was two things I ended up not liking which were the length and the design itself. When it came to the length, she only asked me if my pinky was good before cutting all the other nails, and they all ended up too short for my preference. And with filing, the nails ended up even shorter. Then with the design itself, I think I initially gave a lot of grace and complimented her since it was so time consuming and detailed. But I ended up not being happy with the finished product sadly, even though I really wanted to feel genuine about it. The colors used and the art were completely different. I regret not speaking up but it felt pointless since she looked proud of her work and my own birthday celebration was in three days. Something I did appreciate was the acrylic base application, which was she was very attentive to and she spent a good amount of time making sure everything was even and not bulky. For transparency, I paid $110 What turned my experience into a bad one was when I came in few weeks later for a soak off, completed by a different nail tech. It was a quick service, but within that amount of time my nail health was honestly not cared for. I have a high pain tolerance and thought maybe the discomfort was only from heat spikes. However, after going home and really looking at my nails I realized all of them were severely raw and had rings of fire. It's been a few weeks and my nails are still splitting, breaking, and aching from where they were filed basically down to my skin To summarize: their skills are good, but it's fine to decline harder designs that cannot be similar to the original. I'll have to be blunt and say I wouldn't come here again after what one soak off did to my nails. I'm still healing and having constant pain and sensitivity in your fingers, for a month and a half, is an awful way to remember a nail spa

Adorn was open and had avails, good reviews, and affordable to boot. Each of us got one of each pedicure service - bday girl got the Adorn, mom got the basic, I got the deluxe. All the technicians were so kind, sociable, and their work was excellent. The salon was empty (Super Bowl time! Prime time!!) - which showed us how clean everything was. The receptionist was such a pleasure to chat with, and even helped out the technicians when needed (we had Lynn, Jennifer, and one more! I'm sorry I forgot her name!). Massage chairs are always a plus, and they didn't rush us out. Super considerate and a lovely place to spend some pampering!

Upon entering you're greeted by their receptionist who has all the keys to the gel nail kingdom and by that I mean all the nail tech schedules. I was a walk in, no appointment and the majority of the tech were busy with clients. One client was getting what I call the Hollywood treatment. She had two nail techs working on her at the same time. That's my kinda pampering. I did have to wait about 40 minutes. No problem because I kept myself busy looking through their books trying to pick a color. I was having a hard time, going back and forth picking the right lilac, purple mauve cat eye glass color. You just never know if it's going to be dark enough or the correct shade. I picked my color and was taken care of in the back. I will say this place needs to do little more vacuuming as nail dust was everywhere. They do a lot at this salon. Eyebrows, eyelashes, hair shampoo massage and of course all these pedicure chairs and nail tables. My lady was older with great head of grey hair. She was quick and very savvy with the magnet. I loved the way she filed and shaped my nails. I like the curve. The only way to tip is by cash or Venmo which I don't do. What the receptionist suggested was go to Walgreens (a very short email away) and get some cash back, so I did. Tip: make an appointment or you'll be waiting an hour or so. 1/21/26 Pedicure…read moreneeded!! Bad!! Lol!! Called to see if they had availability and the worker said they coulr take me now. Arrived!! Greeted, checked in, picked a color (#102) and the worker was very kind, sat down & the worker got to cleaning toes up. Technically, it's a new nail salon. They changed ownership since June and remodeled it. Looks classy & Very nice! Calm with music playing. Clean & safe. He did a GREAT job cleaning up my toes. Cleaned up, scrubbed up, lotion with massage(Amazingly GREAT!!), warm towel wrapped around massage too, RELAXING.... and polished. Before you know it, it was complete. He put my flip flops on after drying and putting my jeans pant down. Checkout after that chatted with owner. Very kind she welcoming! Paid for it and wished a good day! I tried to read same menu and my nail tech placed a 10$ more different menu on top of mine while I was looking at it haha which she didn't even follow. First menu for # 1 was 36$ second menu was 45$ was the price on new one charged me 5$ extra at the end I guess you add your own tip but didn't make me want to add any extra gratuity which I usually do.
