I booked an appointment for myself for Friday at 4:30 and my sister booked 8:30 on Saturday. i received a text from Debra on Friday late morning saying that she needed to reschedule my appointment, i replied asking her when she wanted to reschedule and gave her stipulations to my own availability. she asked if i could come in on Saturday, i replied that i couldn't because of another appointment. there was no reply from Debra, but i decided to give her a couple of days before asking again(in case of an emergency). my sister continued to receive reminder emails and texts about her appointment the next day. my sister is 6 months pregnant and drove 30+ minutes from Sacramento. when she arrived on time to her 8:30 appointment, she was told by the other ladies there that Debra no showed her 7 AM appointment and probably won't show to the 8:30. the ladies were not apologetic that my pregnant sister drove so far. they gave her Debra's number. my sister called and texted a few times and gave her 30 minutes before she ended up leaving. this is wholly unprofessional and i am embarrassed that i recommended my sister. i WILL not be rebooking, and neither will my sister.

Her studio was easy to find and parking was easy. It's her own little studio, so you don't have to worry about the excess chatter like all the walk-in nail places. I showed her what I wanted and she even offered to custom the color for me. I normally don't talk while I get my nails done, but I had a great conversation with Linh. She noticed how thick the previous nail place laid on the polish. Anyway, I couldn't be happier. Typically my nails are squared off even after I tell them I want a rounded edge. I didn't have to say anything Linh shaped my nails perfectly! I couldn't be happier.

Tammy did such a good job that I am seriously considering driving up from out of town for a monthly pedicure! She gave the best foot rubs, and polished my toes to perfection. The only negative was there was no air conditioning, and it was a little warm inside the shop. But I would still come back.
