Venue: clean and lots of chairs for both mani / pedi Staff: friendly, attentive and helpful. They offered us drinks. Mary, Yen and unfortunately, we didn't get my sister's nail technician's name we're all attentive and have good massages. Yen and Mary took our I gown out Price: very reasonable for the service we received Private parking is available. I suggest making an appointment since they do get very busy. I have never left Kelly's unsatisfied or unhappy. They just did a complete remodel with new spa chairs and added a point system for customers to check in to accrue points towards money off. They offer you a complimentary drink and continue to check in on you throughout your service. Staff goes above and beyond to make you happy. I very highly recommend visiting this nail salon! You will not be sorry!

The girls at the front are full of life and have been kind the four years I've been coming here. I've had an issue once with the polish and after calling to let them know, they were immediately helpful in fixing the issue. I can tell that they do their best. I normally just walk in but when I get the chance I love Tony for pedicures, he gives a great massage! I try to avoid the weekends and am usually seen right away. I absolutely love coming here on my days off and plan to stay here! Highly recommend!

I don't usually wait that long but I got busy in between sets. This visit my nails were exactly what I asked for. I showed her a picture of my inspo and she grabbed the exact colors. First painted then airbrushing the center. It was an almost perfect match to an inspo picture if not exact! I can't wait to be back. Service: I came in on a Saturday at 10 am for an appointment. I did have to wait quite a while over my scheduled appointment time to which the staff was apologetic. The staff is very friendly and helpful in getting you to the set you want!

I knew there was a little place in the Platt Village, so I decided to drag a friend there. Tons of parking, loads of natural light and wide open doors letting in the breeze. We walked in 5 minutes before their normal closing time, but the manager Debbie and Sandy (the only other employee left) stayed behind to take care of my friend and I. It's a pretty straightforward setup. Tons of spa chairs on one side, and manicure stations on the other. The chairs are comfy, equipped with a drain system and nice massager thingies. Debbie took out a plastic packet with all the needed implements in it, so I was totally at ease, knowing bacteria wasn't an issue. The spa pedicure was $19, and very nicely done considering that it was the very very end of her day. Prices are really reasonable considering it's el valle.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK !
