The fact that she can hand draw or hand embellish pretty much anything you can imagine (sea shells, diamonds, stones, skulls, holograms, etc.) can be a bit overwhelming but Anri is a pro and will help you figure out exactly what shade of nude goes with your skin tone. The work comes at a price - steeper than standard but you're paying for quality. The price is broken down to reflect the complexity of the design and product used so I've always found it to be reasonable and worth it. The manager was only available on one specific day to fix the nails, and unfortunately I was unavailable that day. Instead of trying to accommodate me or work with my schedule, they were completely inflexible. Not only did they refuse to work with me, but they also made me feel unappreciated as a long-time customer. After five years of loyalty, I expected much better customer service.
