He offered me bottled water and a mimosa while I waited. The salon is exceptionally clean, bright and elegant. I came in for a fill and two replacement nails. Tracy did my nails and I am VERY pleased with the way everything turned out! If you haven't been to this location, you should absolutely make them your new favorite go-to nail salon! The technician spent over an hour trying to do a simple French tip on my toes. All I asked was for her to fix one corner, but she was just doing whatever she wanted it took so long that my pedicure was never even finished. After waiting and being patient , I politely asked if someone else could finish it, but my request was ignored. And tbh they didn't even come out even. She spent over 35 mins trying to fix the sides when all I asked was for thinner and she kept doing them thicker. A guy tried helping but still didn't bolt out good. I will have to go somewhere else to fix it. If a technician isn't comfortable doing French tips, they shouldn't be assigned that service. To make matters worse, I was still expected to pay the full $70. I explained that I wasn't paying full price since my pedicure wasn't completed, and they only offered a $10 discount. Considering the service was incomplete and I spent over two hours there, I don't feel that was fair. Overall, I left very disappointed and won't be returning.

I left to run an errand and came back within 30min and my mom was done. however, they didn't soak her feet and just started cutting so it went fast. for my mom's purpose (she can't bend to reach her toes), this is a fast and reasonably priced service.
