I never post reviews but beware. I cannot emphasize enough, you need to ask for the cost of nails before going here. I called and made an appointment and they stated it would be $60 for gelx, however, it ended up being $160 for "gelx" and a regular pedicure. When I asked the reason for it being so expensive it was because of the "color" and "new nails"... adding an extra $35 to an apparently a $90 set. Second, the quality is subpar to say the least, when we did gelx they did not cut cuticles or do anything that would typically go with a manicure. Beware, this gelx is not the standard practice. When I asked if this was gelx she simply stated that "this is how we do it here." Finally, with the automatic filer, they consistently put pressure on my friends nails, eventually breaking skin. read more

What can I say? I had a very relaxing mani/pedi, was offered bubble water, music was soothing and the manicurist was super friendly and held a conversation with me. I went in for a gel manicure and removal of a previous dip manicure. The removal took so long and my nails felt thrashed. I have really healthy nails and don't usually get dip or gel but wanted something a little different. The gel manicure I got was just ok. The top coat was way too thick and uneven but strangely the tips of my nails weren't fully coated in color and began to chip within a couple days. After a week they were all chipping and I may as well have gotten regular polish. It was also pricey for what I got. $65 for gel with a little glitter and no actual manicure beyond polish removal and filing. No cuticle trimming or anything else. That said the mail tech was not very fast and my super basic gel removal and polish took a full hour so I wouldn't have had time to sit much longer for a real manicure anyway. When I went to pay they said cash only. I pointed out the credit card signs in the door but they said no, cash only. I didn't have cash and ended up using Venmo. read more

The services here are extremely over priced with horrible quality. A basic pedicure is $50 and acrylics are $90 when market prices are typically $25 and $45. I wish the prices were justified, however, the experience was unpleasant. My friend and I were there for 2.5 hours and still our nails turned out horrible. The glue underneath my nails was not removed, the filing was aggressive leaving a burning sensation for every single nail after saying "ow" multiple times, and the nails are lopsided. They LIE about the price and the payment methods! My job gives me a $100 wellness stipend and I use my company credit card to pay. I called and asked for their prices over the phone before I went and they gave me a total of $89 for a gel mani and pedi. When I actually went, they charged me $136!!! What the heck?! So sneaky. THEN she tells me they are cash only. They literally have credit card symbols all over the front door. She tells me I have to pay cash but I ONLY had my company card. I kept telling her she had to disclose that they are cash only in advance and I only have that option to pay. After making me wait about 10 minutes while she disappeared in the back, she comes out and brings out the credit card machine from the hiding place behind a plant near the front. I debated about writing this review or giving them another chance but my appointmemr was an utter debacle and my experience warrants this review. I go in for a pedicure and fill. The appointment already starts off bad when the tech asks me to turn off the massage chair so she can remove the gel polish from my toes. I tell her I have never heard of such a request before. Yes when they are polishing the chair should be turned off but when they are removing polish?? The tech straight up manhandled me during the pedicure. Cuts my cuticle pretty deep. Barely gives me any resemblance of a massage. Go to get my nails done. I tell her I want them cut slightly as they were too long. She takes off 3/4 of my nail and at this point i get very upset. So what's the fix? Taking all of my natural nails off and putting tips on. So because she didn't listen properly, I walk in with all my natural nails and leave with all fake ones. They didn't charge me for my nails. I still walked out of there unhappy but the tech begged me to tell the owner that I was happy. I walked out of there with longer tips than my natural nail when I first went to my appointment. Now I have to go somewhere else to have this fixed. I wanted so badly to like them. I came back here after months at @nails...I had visited them when they first opened and loved it, but once they got more popular I noticed they weren't as thorough and thoughtful so stopped going. Either way, when I wanted a mani pedi for myself and a little polish for my 4 year old (mommy daughter date) and we were on that side of town, I decided to pop in. What a mistake that was! I've been getting gel dip on my nails for months. This is by far the worst I've ever gotten. By the time I got home, the top coat was basically peeling. Less than a week later and it looks like I got my nails done a month ago. They totally up charged, the tech was nice but insanely inefficient--when she asked if I wanted to pay extra for callous removal during pedi and I declined (I have no callous) she took the pumice and basically grazed each foot for 3 seconds....um what? I pointed it out and she said "you should do callous removal!!". I could look all that over but in the end, they upcharged massively and even charged me $14 for my little one to have polish on her fingers (no mani, just some polish because she is FOUR) and, get this, $18 for polish on her lil toes!! If you're going to get a pedicure, make sure you ASK what the options are, or they will automatically give you a $70 pedicure! After two weeks one acrylic completely split and others started to lift. While my nails look fine, the experience was pretty bad. I had five issues: 1. When I asked for a design straight from their Instagram page, I was told "no, only color" with no explanation why. 2. There is huge buckets filled with gel and dip color selections. The first one I chose they didn't have, the second and third didn't match the swatches. 3. Appointments don't mean anything. I waited about 20-30 min for mine and four people left while waiting for their appointments just in the hour I was there. 4. The mani/pedi was rushed and the actual service was very minimal. 5. They're only accepting cash and check because of COVID (which doesn't make sense since most businesses have done the opposite). I told my technician that i was looking for a new place because the last place i went to was really rough and i have sensitive fingers as i have psoriasis. I was told it was $45 for a full set with regular polish and $55 for a full set with gel polish. I thought it was a little pricy but figured it would be worth it. Then when she asked me why shape i wanted and i said almond it was an extra $5. For any shape besides square it is an additional $5 which i think is ridiculous.
