But WHILE I'm getting my pedicure, the nail tech started doing the manicure. no hand washing or exfoliating scrub or cuticle care AT ALL. dude is coughing and coughing, he's wearing a mask at least. but it was SO AWKWARD. I'd ask questions, he wouldn't answer. just intermittent coughs. dude should have stayed home with that nasty cough. so my no frills pedicure is over, I make it to the table to get paint on my nails but now I can actually see them and they look like crap. A lady whom I assume is the manager comes over and asks if all is ok. I show her my nails. she says something to tech and he starts aggressively removing the paint. the paint wasn't the problem-- my cuticles looked lIke crap and should have been pushed back and trimmed so that my manicure could look right. basic manicure 101, right? that's step one. The person who did my pedicure comes over and goes "oh that's normal, cuticle push back would have been $10 extra". I'm like ok so $10- no one told me that. Captain coughs a lot apparently was so ill he couldn't tell me that. The guy at the main counter is right next to us. he's so busy scrolling his phone he never says a word. I assume he's the owner...he was useless. the fact that they charge extra for the basics is wild, but they never bothered to tell me that for $10 more I could have had a normal, nice looking manicure. The brand new nails already looked like they'd been outgrown by weeks and already needed a fill in BEFORE I EVEN WALKED OUT. I was super upset to hand over almost $200 for the 2 of us and my nails looked like garbage from the start. I have never in my life had such a busted ass set of nails. here's what they look like less than a week later. DONT GO HERE. If I lived anywhere near there I'd have pitched a fit until they were fixed but lucky for them I'm 500 miles away. This place obviously doesn't give 2 sh1ts abouts their customers. the ONE star is for my no frills pedicure just because I liked the person. if I could give my manicure person and management -100 stars, I would. on future trips, we won't be coming back to UNhappy Nails. zero stars. do not recommend. Update: this place actually lashed out at me on social media and tried to blame me for this, saying we came at closing time and they told me up front it would be rushed. A- I called ahead. I asked if there was enough time he was very casual and said yeah come on down we have time. But that was not the case. He also tried to say his employee wasn't sick. Ok? I guess he's just a mask wearing mute who coughs a lot? Odd. And no one told me about $10 upcharge to do a nice job- clearly I would have chosen that. And had the guy just been honest WHEN I CALLED AHEAD and communicated that there wasn't enough time to properly take care of us, we'd have simply gone elsewhere. Now I'm on day 11 of crappy nails. First pic was day 3- which is exactly how they looked as soon as they were done. Which I expressed before I left and it was never fixed. Now at day 11, these nails are almost off, my hair keeps getting under them.... They should have looked awesome when first done and lasted at least 3 weeks before having any kind of worn out look. So not only did they fail my nails, they failed at customer service- TWICE. Oh-- and did I mention they referred to my wife and my sister, for no apparent reason? Homophobic maybe. Idk. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. What could they improve? Everything. Vibe? Haphazard.

I had an appointment at Blush after my regular salon didn't have any last minute weekend…read moreappointments. My appointment was at 11a. My nail technician sauntered into work after 11. I got the aloe gel pedicure. We got seated in the chair and he got to started right away. The chairs have massaging capabilities, which was kind of nice. My tech's name was Dan. He struck up polite conversation while he was giving me the pedicure. It was hard to hear him from the music, sounds of the chair and other sounds in the space. Dan did a good job, however I feel like the description of what the service I booked was different from what I actually got. I think there were some steps missing. When I noticed he walked in, he was talking to the front desk clerk and it sounded like they were talking about what I booked and changing it up. When it came time to pay, I received the bill and took it to the counter. When the clerk told me how much it was, there was $10+ more dollars added. I asked if it was for the tip and was told no the tip is additional and can't be added to the bill. You had to Venmo or pay cash for tips. This was a huge surcharge to the stated amount. Then to have to Venmo was annoying. There are hundreds of colors to choose from. It is a bit overwhelming. Overall, I will be finding another salon if my regular salon is not available again in the future.

They were ready when we arrived and were patient as we picked our polish colors. We all had a great experience! Linda did my pedicure was very attentive - I had just finished training for and running a half marathon, so my callouses and feet were in rough shape. She shaved down the callouses and but left a little bit there, just like I asked. She was also careful to avoid the 2 almost healed blisters I had from the race. They treated our group so well, from not rushing us to start or to leave, to making sure everyone liked our colors, water temps, massage chairs, etc. They were friendly chatting with us and overall the mood was positive and relaxed. I don't get pedicures often, but next time I do I will be returning!

I have always enjoyed by nails, most of the time LOVED them. There has been an occasional time where I have had to be firm with what I wanted, to love them. However, I often receive compliments on my nails and it's always followed by, 'where do you get them done?' I really enjoy the pedicures here as well - they have a variety of packages with the ability to pick your scents of lotions and soaking salts. I am very hard on my feet.... so, I always need a lot of elbow grease to get to feeling smooth! ;-)... embarrassingly so, tbh. iNails will always be my choice!
