I am glad because then I wouldn't have experienced such a warm and inviting space. Both my friend and I got very good pedicures, the massage chairs are literally worth the trip by themselves. A lot of salons in the area rush through pedicures and just try to get through it, the two amazing ladies took their time, ensured we were comfortable. The one downside for me is that all three times my service has taken a long time. I don't love sitting still (ADHD!) so for me that's a downside. BUT the results have been great so I'll choose to go there when I'm not in a hurry or on a day off. This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and it will definitely be my last…read more I came in for a manicure and originally wanted French nails. The technician who attended me had tattoos; unfortunately, I don't know her name because she never introduced herself. While doing my nails, she was speaking to the other employees in their language and commenting about the fact that I wanted French even though my nails were very short. The length of my natural nails should not be an issue. If a customer is paying for a service, the technician should either be able to perform it or professionally explain why she cannot--not make comments about the customer to her coworkers. I also noticed that the salon was very dark and, in my opinion, looked poorly maintained and not very clean. What concerned me even more was the condition of the nail polish. The products she was using looked old, thick, and clumpy, and some bottles appeared almost empty. As she applied the polish, I could literally see thick pieces and lumps of product going onto my nails. I didn't immediately complain because I wanted to give her the opportunity to finish the manicure. But she continued adding thick layers of product, and when she put my hands in front of the fan to dry, the result was terrible. The polish wrinkled, developed lines and bubbles, and was thick and uneven. The application around my cuticles was also messy. The photos attached to this review show exactly how my nails looked after the service. This was not a minor imperfection or simply a color I didn't like. This was poor-quality work that I would not expect from a professional nail salon. I requested my money back and received a refund. However, a refund does not change the quality of the service I received. I'm posting this review and the photos so other customers can see the actual result and know what my experience was before deciding to come here. I can only speak about the technician who personally worked on my nails, not every technician at this salon. But this was my first visit, and after this experience, it was also my last. I will not be returning.
