After years of not getting my nails done, here I am. The tech asked if I had any inspo pics and I showed her exactly what I wanted. I asked her if she could do it and she said absolutely. While she got the idea...she did not execute! She was very nice and so was the other staff but my nails are not the way I thought they'd be. Even the shape on a couple of them are not good. While I don't expect perfection, I needed them to be better than they are. Also, why are they point up?! To be clear, during the process I kept saying "I'm not sure about that." "Is it supposed to look like that." And she kept telling me to wait for the finished product. I am so disappointed. I wish I could get them removed.

They do offer actual cocktails while you're being pampered, unlike most places which only offer wine, which is a nice touch! The only drawback is it's in a strip center with several large businesses and parking can be a bit tight, sometimes having to walk from quite far away. The classic lasted ONE DAY. The polished began pealing away from my nail bed and chipping. The pedicure (to the date of this review -6 days later) has started to chip now. I returned on Monday (day 2) to request my fingenails be re-polished to be told theres no warranty on non-shellac polishes. However, I could pay $12 for re-polishing of my nails. My disappointment and need to share is because where the loyalty? If the polish is not warranted to last, then let it be known; throw it out and update your rates to include the $12 polish and let it be my choice to support your business or not.

I walk in to see a young man asleep on one of the chairs right in front of the door. It seems he was related to one of the owners because a woman walked up to him and told him to make himself useful before he moved to the front desk and slept there instead. This was just odd and tanked my perception of value for this place. Somebody starts working on my pedicure and by the way she's handling the tools, I decided I didn't trust them with a Russian service and decided to do a regular gel pedicure and forget the manicure. When I asked to see the colors , I was brought just a few. When I asked to see more, I was told a lot of the colors are 'bad polish' I just wanted a light pink and that just was not available. The pedicure itself was good. She did a nice job and was very friendly. However, I ended up spending full price ($70 after tip) for what really was a discount experience. I truly would not have left such a tough review if the price came out to be what it was worth which in my opinion is about $45-$50.
