Beware for dip removal- they will file just about down to your skin post soaking in acetone. I kept saying "my nails are really thin" but was still over filed and still paid for this removal and more damaged nails than I came in with. read more

Got a pedicure and asked for callous removal. Not only did the nail tech remove the callous, she removed the skin off of my heels! I left with painful bleeding heels. Very much hoping they clean their tools the way they said so on their website and my feet don't get infected. My other foot looks the same way, completely rubbed raw. read more

I had just eaten lunch in the area and needed to get my nails done ASAP (I was about to graduate college the next day, and my nails were lookin' rough!). I called Nails Labelle, and the woman on the phone was super nice, telling me they definitely had time for me to walk-in. It didn't look like much on the outside--it just looked like all the other nail salons on the block--but it was cute, clean, and quite spacious on the inside. I got a Next-Gen manicure and am extremely pleased with how they turned out!!:) Perfect. Way better than my last two experiences with Next-Gen! I also wanted to add a little sparkle/bling to the nails, so two of the ladies collaborated on ideas to add the bling, and I am SO in love with these nails. awesome place!! Took my girlfriend here to get pampered for our 2yr anniversary, and let me start off by saying; this was truly a great experience. Of course, you can walk down to the other nail shops on the block, but this establishment has been here for quite sometime with a great staff! The owner, tina, is always smiling and helpful! the shop is small, but the employees and atmosphere is what makes this little nails salon special. Finally went in to try this place about two weeks ago. It was a Sunday. I walked in and no one was there to greet me. The lady who seemed to be in charge stopped talking to her employee to ask me what I wanted. I told her and she pointed at me to go sit down at a table directly next to another customer... when every other table was open. The poor woman had to move her purse, so I tried to sit at one of the other 4 empty spots that wouldn't overcrowd this other customer. I was then told that I had to sit right next to this woman from the lady in charge. The lady in charge then dropped a bunch of color samples in front of me... and went back to her conversation at another table with her employee. I waited about 15 minutes for anyone to start anything with me before I got up and left... Not a great way to treat customers when there are 5 other nail salons within walking distance. I don't recommend this place... unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. read more

They use all natural products so it's better for your body, no harsh chemicals like other nail salons where you walk in and it smells crazy. My go-to nail salon when I'm visiting In Dallas. Love love love this place and the people who work here. They're all super friendly and professional and know what they're doing. It's super clean and they have a ton of OPI nail colors to choose from. People are always complimenting me on my nails when I get them done here. The price for a full set is also hard to beat for the quality that I'm getting. Usually my nails will start chipping after the first week at other nail salons, but when I get them done here they last at least for a good two weeks. I don't think I can go anywhere else. read more

I'm not sure how this place has the ratings it does. Maybe I just got lucky with someone really careless. I came here based off the reviews and thought I'd see how the pedicure goes and if it goes well I'll ask for a manicure. Within the first 10 minutes I knew the manicure was a hard no. Not one word was said to me the whole time my nails were done. She did the heel grater to one heel and forgot to do it on the other. So I have one heel that's smooth and the other isn't. She never looked down except to paint my toenails. She just looked around the room the whole time. I have never seen someone so disinterested in their job in my life. The only words spoken were '$30' when she was done. Extremely disappointed that I had to pay for this pedicure when I could have done it at home for free. read more

Two stars because I have previously had good experiences but after this most recent experience I don't know if I'll ever get my nails done at a salon again. It's just too much of a hassle to deal with. The woman who did my nails did a horrible job, it looks like a child painted my nails, and I have weird sticky stuff all over my hands now that's dried onto them and I can't get it off? The pedicure went well. Both women seemed very unhappy to be working there, which kinda bummed me out for them. They didn't speak to me at all and seemed upset to have to do my nails. At the end, I was paying and was told by them in a very rude way that I should tip them. They basically pointed at a sign that said 'tips are cash only' and looked at me like I owed them big. I said I would gladly tip them but I don't have any cash on me, could they charge me more money to include my tip? They said no and I left feeling like the meanest person ever simply because I didn't have cash on me. Stores should be modern enough by now to allow cards to include tip, especially since they're already on a card system?? So weird and so rude and so not high quality. Never going back. read more
