Got my nails done by Mii a few times and it's been such a pleasant experience every time! She is very meticulous, gentle, and detail oriented about cleaning, shaping, and painting. I am able to show her an inspo photo and she is able to recreate it easily and provide color suggestions as well if you're indecisive like myself. Would strongly recommend this nail salon for gel mani and pedi, my new go to nail salon!

This Is my number 6 visit to Nail N Nail, and I'm really happy with the experience. Great spot for a pedicure, with clean and beautiful work. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and Mia is super kind dep and skilled. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has a great vibe ( The 3 nice ladies are awesome ) I came back again about 18 days later (Dec 24/25) and the service was still excellent. Bonus: there's a milk tea shop right in front if you want a drink before or after.

This is my third time coming to Nails N Nails. Hannah always does my nails and Mia does my friend's nails. They're both amazing nail techs who genuinely take their time and want to provide quality nails to their customers. The prices are super affordable (every set of mine so far has been $70 - $55 for gel color plus $15 for design) but the quality isn't compromised. If you're unhappy with anything, make sure to speak up. Hannah is always happy to adjust your nails and takes your feedback seriously. She's super sweet! **Side Note: Nails N Nails prefer appointments. Sometimes they have walk ins, but I asked Hannah and she said she prefers appointments because she doesn't want to rush her customers' nails due to walk ins. QUALITY at its best!!

Mia did an amazing job at doing my gel x nails. I showed her what I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted. Even though it wasn't exactly like the picture I showed her, but it's 100x better than I expected. I usually experiment other places for nails, but I like how Mia was gentle with my nails. I randomly found Nails n Nails earlier this year because I needed to get my nails done for my brother's wedding. My criteria is cleanliness first and I prefer checking out new businesses too. I made an appointment for my 2 cousins and myself and they said they would have to stagger us since they only had 2 techs which was fine. Both techs turned out to be the owners and are so sweet and nice. I've been coming back periodically for mani and pedi and each experience has been wonderful. Clean and organized place. Whenever I show a design, they try to replicate it. If I ask for late appt, they are usually super accommodating. Thanks for the beautiful nails!

I recently went in for a gel manicure and was very happy with the results! Making an appointment was easy- just give one of their numbers a call to schedule in. I was taken care of by Lien. She's so friendly, nice, and really meticulously cleaned and polished my nails to look similar to the photo I showed her. The nail salon's atmosphere is clean, bright, and airy. It's been two years since they've been open and the two business owners are the only nail technicians. When speaking with Lien, quality is something they really strive for. I loved how my nails were taken care of, polished and cleaned to perfection, and at the same time, given such a warm and friendly experience from start to finish. OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++ Alas my search for the perfect nail spot has finally ended after much sorrow, woes, and tears. lol. I found this nail spot on yelp while searching for places nearby. I noticed that it had a full 5 stars rating on Yelp and I honestly thought it might be a fluke. lol. To my absolute complete surprise this is a total 5 STAR nail salon through and through. I was lucky enough to be accepted as a walk-in, but learned that you must make an appointment if you want to get your nails done. So please call ahead to book your nail appointments. I was greeted and helped right away. The nail lady that helped me was so nice, kind, and patient. She fit me into her schedule, even though I had no appointment. Thank you! I absolutely LOVEEEE my nails. They are so beautiful, shiny, and perfect! My nail lady did an AMAZING job. Not only that but this nail salon is super affordable. To get builder gel, plus glitter gel paint was only $50/$60 (I'm forgetting which) Great pricing for sure. :) I absolutely love this place. The nail salon itself is quite small but everything inside is brand new, super clean, pristine, and in beautiful perfect condition. I have never seen such a spotless and bright salon. LOVE IT! I can't wait to go back again soon. :)

This place opened about a month ago and have been wanting to check it out. Booked a same day appointment, I was so happy they had time to accommodate my sister and I. Lily and Hannah were so welcoming, they were so sweet and I loved the entire vibe they set. Wanted a natural set, lily gave me exactly what I wanted. They even gave me a free cuticle oil applier. Was looking for a nail salon closer to home. Found Nails N Nails next to Daybreak Donuts and decided to give them a try. I did a walk in and was greeted by Lily. Did a Spa pedicure with Lily and she did a great job, very attentive. Lily told me that she and Hannah have been doing nails for almost 20-years. The nail salon is simple, clean and elegantly decorated. Prices were reasonably. Will definitely be coming back for future pedicures & manicures. read more

This is a brand new nail salon on Sierra (right near Piedmont). The two ladies who own it, Hannah and Lily, are an absolute delight and strive to give the VIP experience to their customers. My daughter and I visited for pedicures and a manicure, and we were extra impressed by the service and the atmosphere. The salon is so clean and the aesthetic is modern and tasteful, and our nails turned out perfect!!! We are so excited that we have a new go-to nail spa in our backyard (practically)! I have been going to lily for years now, since high school and I have now since graduated college. I could not imagine anyone else doing my nails, she takes her time and really puts care into what she does. She never says no for any nail designs, even the ones she has not tried yet. Her tools are always clean and new with each of her customers. Look no further this is the place to go! Love getting my nails done by Lily. Everything is so clean and new here! Pedicure tubs are covered and replaced after each use. Love how they use individual sized packaged lotions and scrubs here! I don't gotta worry about who's dipping in a huge jar of lotion every time. I've been following Lily for some years now and I love her quality work. Nails last longer with her than other places. First time coming here & im very satisfied with my nails! I usually go to K3 but lately I've been leaving unsatisfied so I chose to switch it up & find something closer to me. So glad that it happened to be Hannah & Lily's nail salon. They did so well with my service that I'll definitely be coming back! Hannah not only asked what I wanted, but also suggested the different colors that would go well with my skin tone & what colors would be better together. I really enjoyed coming here to get my nails done! Lily took care of me and was so gentle and accommodating to what I wanted. After changing my mind about the design with my first set, they were so kind to take me in the next day without question to help fix/change my nail color & design. I'm extremely impressed by their hospitality and flexibility with me. The aesthetic of the salon also provided a relaxing & more intimate space which I personally prefer better! I came here for the first time two days ago, and i got a full set done by Hannah and the service was amazing! Throughout the manicure, she kept asking if I liked how the length, shape, and color was turning out. I really liked how she kept checking throughout the process, and even after she finished my ring finger design and cured it, she went ahead and redid it because she didn't like how it looked and it turned out so pretty! Absolutely fantastic. My mom and I went for gel manicure and pedicures at the same time and LOVED it. Lily took great care of my mom, and I loved my mani/pedi from Hannah too. It was relaxing, no loud TV blaring like is common at other places, just some light music, and Hannah and Lily were fun to talk to. My mom even had a painful broken nail which they helped repair (gently). We will be back! read more

Lily was a really great nail tech! She was really careful and cautious when prepping my nails. I just got a gel manicure with a chrome design which is absolutely gorgeous! I loved the atmosphere of the shop as it was small and cozy. Would recommend as the prices are much better compared to other nail salons! When we got there, we tapped the bell and a lady came out and asked what service we needed. We told her my daughter needed eyebrow threading before her senior pictures. She sat my daughter down and asked what look she wanted. We basically just said to clean them up and shape them to fit her face naturally. My daughter was nervous since she thought threading might hurt or that she could get nicked, but she said it actually wasn't very painful at all and there were no nicks! Definitely way faster and better than plucking. Her brows came out really nice and natural. We'll definitely be back for her next threading appointment. They also offer Henna, and the sample pictures they had displayed looked really beautiful and detailed.

They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. That's the reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the scheduling and appointment management have become really frustrating. Almost every time I book with a specific technician, I don't actually get the person I requested. On top of that, even with an appointment, I regularly wait 30-45 minutes past my scheduled time before getting started. What should be a normal appointment turns into me being there for close to 3.5 hours. I also feel bad for the technicians because they seem overbooked and overwhelmed. The salon accepts so many walk-ins that the staff barely gets a break, and it affects the overall experience for both customers and employees. I truly want to continue supporting this business because the work itself is excellent, but I hope management improves scheduling, honors technician requests, and stops overbooking appointments.

I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".

I started going to Lily about three years ago when she was in Castro Valley and I loved the way she did my nails from that first meeting. She does an amazing job and is a perfectionist. Her new shop is so cute and the amount of color selection she is awesome. If you're like me you can get bored easily with nail colors but trust me you won't at her new shop. I came back to Nails n Nails again to get pedicure done. I got the signature pedicure come with exfoliation, moisturizing mask, collagen socks , 12 minutes massage and hot steam towels. Its cost $65. So worth it. Great service, good massage and so clean. Also if you are a big fan of OPI , just come here. They are using opi colors from regular to gel colors. I cant find any nails salon using opi anymore. Definitely come back and highly recommend to everyone. read more
