I couldn't make an appointment at my regular nail place and because I was trying a new place out I asked for something simple just regular gel manicure. $45 for something that looks so bad. My nails are all different shapes and lengths. Didn't clean underneath my nails just was not worth the money and I thought I gave them a very simple task! When she was soaking my previous gel x off she gave me a dirty bowl also placed her tools in there to soak with my hands. Needless to say will not be back and don't waste your time either I am big on supporting small buisness but then need to work on sanitization and customer service

I was in the area and needed to get my nails done. The ladies here were super friendly and took me as a walk in. They were fast and efficient, and totally got the shape of nail i wanted. I liked that they were pushy on selling add on. I'm not sure if they are able to do different designs but I will ask next time I go.

Not worth the time or money. Bad service from the get go. Nail tech was unprofessional, so pushy. I asked for a regular mani, since I've never been and I was on my break I didn't wanna do a full service gel nail and pedi. She kept pushing me to get gel nails. I told her no thank you 3 times. Another customer came in and asked for gel mani and pedi. My tech kept stopping my service to say, see she's getting gel, it's better. I said no for the 4th time. And she stopped again & I said no I don't want gel nails, I was visibly annoyed that the other customer looked over at me. She then proceeded to say pay me now. I said ummm ok, I gave her my credit card that was already at the top of my purse. She spoke in another language and another tech came over and said I'm going to charge you 2 dollars extra, which I replied with that fine. She said no it's better to pay me with cash, I said I don't have enough cash, she proceeded to look down at my purse as I was now ruffling through my cash. The other tech was asking if I was sure. WTF. They still had my cc. I said just charge me. She said I could also pay via zelle. I concided and said ok, my nail tech then says pay me my tip like WTF you're already on my nerves and she wants me to tip her upfront?? I obliged and took the wad of cash I had only handed her a few bucks, she kept looking at me like as if to say I want more. (Tip isn't mandatory ppl) As she was applying my nail color I noticed the polish was lumpy and stale. She applied it to all my nails, I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt and I figured she would fix it somehow. I also noticed she kept missing my whole nail. Leaving the sides of my nails without color. So I asked her can you cover my whole nail. At that point she was annoyed at me too. Once she applied the top coat, I had given up, multiple nails had empty spaces without nail polish. she quickly stood up and walked away... Again bad service all around. WILL NEVER GO BACK! I've actually gotten better service at a beauty school where they are just practicing lol

They did such an amazing job!!!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she took her time and exceeded all my expectations. They look even better than the photo I showed her. Price for this was $60 I believe. It's a gel full set with colored tips. Definitely recommend.

I love this nail shop! Very clean and always friendly! They are always smiling and making me laugh! :) My nails are always what I ask for and pretty!

. NEVER AGAIN. I paid Over 100$ for these acrylic French tips (which I didn't receive a proper manicure for) and a French mani. I got there as soon as they opened on a Saturday once it started to get a little busy, she rushed so fast through my nails. She obviously wanted to finish my nails as faster as she could to attend other customers. Which isn't fair at all because I'm a paying customer. You can see where the lines of my French tips are UNEVEN. Only applied gel polish once. Such a poor horrible job. Never going back again evvvver! Don't bother wasting your time and money here

This place is horrible. I had requested callus removal with my Pedicure and the woman cut me, did not bother to say a word. I was getting a full set of nails at the same time as the pedicure ( which turned out horrible as well). I noticed the bottom of my foot was hurting when I got home, full blown injury on my heel. The customer service is horrible, the man that did my nails was rude and I do not understand how they remain open. I had been a previous customer a few times the first year they opened at the time the Owner Mai was very nice but I stopped going because the appointment times were not very accommodating for my schedule. I only came back because they had an opening yesterday at 10 AM. Big mistake!

I had to drop my car off across the street for repairs and had a 2-3 hour wait window. Since I had time to kill, I decided to stop into this establishment for a mani/pedi. There was only one other customer in so they were able to seat me pretty quickly and start. Once they started, I knew this was going to be a waste of money. First, upon removing the polish (clear on my hands, color on my feet), neither stylist removed it completely. It was more noticeable on my toes as the original color was a hot pink and I had picked an orange. I mentioned it to the technician who promptly stated that they'll remove the rest of the polish after the foot soak. It should've been removed properly the first time and I'm pretty sure had I not said anything - it would've stayed on. The manicurist half way through stopped all services and requested that I pay in full. I've never been to a salon that requires payment prior to services being rendered. With wet hands I comply so that I can have the treatment finished. It took a total of 15 minutes for her to complete my manicure. The woman doing my feet was another disaster in and of itself. I've been to several nail salons in my time. Rarely does an opaque color require three coats. I don't know how this woman gained an esthetician's license because she did a terrible job. She inaccurately removed the polish, cut too deep on the cuticle area on my right foot (the sting of alcohol always lets you know what a bang up job someone's done), barely scrubbed my heels/feet, and when it came to applying the polish - the coats were so uneven I had to stop and speak on it (remember - they made me pay in advance). Up until that point she had no issue speaking English. Once this was mentioned, she turned to the manager and started speaking in her native tongue. All of a sudden the Orly polish I grabbed from their shelf was a powder polish and always requires 3 applications. I have several Orly colors and never have I come across this issue. She had a bad attitude from there on out for being called out on her lackluster abilities. Fast forward 24 hours later. Half of the nails from my manicure have peeled. Why? For starters, the polish previously worn wasn't fully removed and the new polish was only applied once. My pedicure has what I call "steps" on my big toes because you can see where it was applied unevenly. Also, I have to go back and scrub my feet because the job done was inadequately. They were paid $44 for their services and I'm the one who has to fix their errors. They were empty for a reason. Of the 5 techs, only 2 had back to back clients. Avoid this place and save yourself the hassle.

Two stars as the staff was very nice. I got a regular pedi and gel manicure. Both are very messy, paint on my finger tips is not acceptable. My toes are not clean as well and after 6 layers of paint, I am unsure what they will look like in 30mins. They were kind when I pointed out the mistakes but, the manicurist has no problem indicating the job was done when anyone can see it was a sloppy finish. I was encouraged to come back, also a kind gesture; but this salon doesn't have the level of finishing skills I desire in a salon so why would I come back.

WOW!!! The reviews and photos looked really promising here. Plus, it's close to where I live so I thought I scored big. TOTALLY WRONG!!! This place is the absolute worst! I went in for a mani/pedi today. Simple one color polish, nothing fancy, no gel, easy peasy. Or so I thought. The lady who did my toes (don't know her name) did an acceptable but mediocre job on my toes. Whatever, I'll let that go. She must've been in a rush because right after she ran over to Panda and scarfed down fried rice. The lady who did my mani, however, needs to go back to cosmetology school because she did the worst mani job I've ever seen. I should've let my friend's toddler give me a mani because it would be done better than she did. The cuticle work was terrible. I kept asking her to fix it then she'd play with the polish then act like she didn't understand what I was saying. The polish work was uneven and sloppy. Again, I kept asking her to fix the paint job but she would ignore me. After 4 attempts to have her fix my nails, I gave up. She ended the session with "nice nail color right?" Actually, the nail color choice was terrible, but that's my own fault. I'm NEVER coming here again. See the photo for yourself.

I waited almost 2 years to get a manicure- due to the pandemic. I finally decided to go get pampered. Unfortunately, it has been the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The nail tech I got was pushy and careless. She started applying gel nail polish onto my nails, without wiping the dust off my nails right after filing them. The polish was coming on lumpy and she wasn't staying within my nail bed. There was polish on my cuticles and fingers. When I asked a couple of times if she could fix them, she would get bothered just try taking off the excess polish with toilet paper. Sad to say, I paid for the manicure but I won't be returning. I used to love coming here but the staff is diff. I will be searching for a new nail salon...save your time and money ladies.

Stumbled in this salon in desperate need of a mani. My nails turned out so great. Cuticles are fine and the nails are well shaped. Definitely will be back. It's $27 for a gel mani.

Bad service lady was rushing through my service even tho nobody was waiting then she proceed to file the gel polish off my natural nail with a drill instead of soaking them off so she damaged my natural nails. she gave me the worst manicure also never coming back paid 77 for a gel mani and pedicure not worth it!
