I had my nails done here by L She burned me and made me bleed because she made 3 small burn/cuts on the side of my nails, wile filing them. Also twisted and hurt my fingers while working on my hands. They get the second star because my pedicure was phenomenal. But my manicure left much to be desired. First, I asked her not to cut any of my nails. She began to cut my nails including the one that hasn't been growing after I cut it off in an accident, which is why I asked her not to cut my nails in the first place. And after I asked her to stop, she cut more nails anyway. She worked fast, but not well, she missed whole sections of my nail that I had to ask 2 times to get her to go back over. So that I wouldn't have an unfinished manicure. And then she painted too much. I let her know that she had painted a black speck in the polish, which was peach by the way, and she added one layer, and called it good. I used to come to this place in high school, but now I wish I'd let it stay as a fond memory. I definitely don't think I'll be back. Especially since it's been over a week and my nail still hasn't grown at all. She doomed me because she didn't want to listen and she she wanted to be able to sit and watch tv and get a manicure herself. Update: my GEL manicure only lasted 8 days. Took my two nieces for pedicures and manicures to this place for a nice girls day out. First of all 2 of the 3 of us sat for well over 30mins waiting for a place, which I was ok with since we hadn't made appointments, but annoyed me bc they said they would get us in right away. But then as they started working on us, the pedicures were good, but the manicures were rushed! They did a horrible job painting our nails, both of my nieces had half ass paint jobs (ie side of nails weren't painted, didn't put enough coats, very streaky). The paint on both our feet and hands were chipped within 3 hours on all 3 of us! Wish we would have went somewhere else read more

It was superior and amazing. They do still have a 20 dollar pedi. 60 minutes with apricot scrub, reflexology 35 min!, Hot Massage with heated Rocks and Parrifin Casts. Omg not even to toes yet!! I was a walk in. The gal "Lisa" burned my nails repeatedly and cut my skin. She seemed agitated and aggressive. Even when I was getting burned and cut and pulling back slightly due to pain, she never acknowledged it. Yelled at me that it was taking 12 minutes to file my nails. HORRIBLE, painful experience. There was 3 women there and only one could do nails. It hurt when she grinded my nails and continued to hurt after I told her. She argued when I asked for shorter nails and told me they looked better long. They couldn't do French tip in the shellac so I had to get a full set for the wedding I was going to. I regret leaving a tip. It took over two hours for just my friend and I to get our manicures and we both hate them. You can see grind marks all over the pink. The worst gel bail polish job ever. I go get my bails done probably once a month or so and I usually understand that not always they will do a great job. My first time at this salon was horrific. Very nice people but the quality was terrible. Gel polish all over my cuticles and fingers. It felt like my nails were stuck to my skin since the polish was overflowing onto the cuticles... I asked the girl to fix it, she gave me a file to take home and fix it at home never going back. If I will spend $25 +tip then I expect them to be respectful enough to pay attention and not paint my skin... very disappointing experience read more

When I first started going to Nails Only I was so happy to find a place that had great prices and the best pedicures! The nails were ok for the price, but lately they have not been good! Lisa now rushes and does a sloppy job. I took my granddaughter who was visiting from Las Vegas after making our appointments at least a week prior, again the pedicures were wonderful but when it came to her full set, Lisa rushed them because another lady (without an appointment) came in for nails, my fill was also rushed. My granddaughter was immediately dissatisfied we showed Lisa the bubbles and uneven polish and bad shaping. She quickly polished over the bad polish. We decided to leave and come back the next day because my granddaughter was preparing to go home. Later that evening one of her nails broke then the following morning another. We went back to Nails Only and Lisa basically acted as if we were invisible. I have had minor issues with her nails before like forgetting to put rhinestones on each nail and problems with her shaping. The main reason I went was for the pedicure! When Lisa did acknowledge us she said she was too busy, come back tomorrow, that was not an option being that my granddaughter was leaving that night. Lisa then handed my granddaughter $20 and told her to go somewhere and get the nails fixed...OK but she paid $27.00 for nails that ended up all coming off within the day! Lisa has basically gotten greedy and rushes. My niece went about the same time we did and felt the same way, rushed with nails that are less than average! She will not go back!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! You lost a faithful every 2 week customer when I was in town! I can't praise the service enough. Tony, who did my nails is an artist, and very gentle. No nail grinding. I have very, very, very thin nails and usually end up having to take ibuprofen for the next few days. Not this time. And the pedi. Amazing. The deluxe is 25.00 and very complete. Hot wax, massage with sea salt, callus removal (I've never seen anything quite like this callus removal, kinda gross, but my feet sure are pretty now), heated massage chair that went the whole time we sat there. I have had a lot of pedicures, but never quite as through as this one. The ladies were very gentle. They are also artists. My friend got the french manicure on her toes. That is hard to get right, but she looked great. Also, due to unavoidable circumstances, we ended up being late for our appt. The ladies stayed an hour late for us, never rushed, never made us feel like we were a problem, and I almost think they went out of their way to do more.One thing, their website says appointment only, but the window says walk-ins welcome. They are such sweet women. They offer 4 different pedicures for any price range. I got the $25 pedicure which was wonderful and well worth the money. My feet feel smooth and soft. The massage was great and long. I opted for the french tips for $4 extra. My toes look great! I also got an acrylic full set with french tips. $24 total. Nails look lovely. Nice shape, not too thick and no air bubbles :) My nail technician was very nice, attentive and made sure each nail matched it's partner on the opposite hand as well as making sure I was ok with the shape, length and width. I will be coming here again in a couple weeks. Again, they are so sweet. I don't know if the people with the negative reviews worked with someone who is no longer at this shop, but I have nothing to complain about.
