I use to go to see Annie (she was so sweet but she's no longer there) and she always did my nails perfectly! Some of the other staff members aren't very inviting at all! I went here a few weeks ago to treat my sister to a Galantines Day manicure, and I was impressed. A year ago I had acrylic nails professionally applied for the first time at a different salon and it was so painful that I was afraid to try again. After watching the technician work, I decided to go with acrylic rather than just polish. My nails turned out wonderful and most importantly pain free. I went in here from a recommendation of my friend and the service was terrible. I waited two hours for Kathy for a simple ombré on one finger sideways and she said it was too hard and gave me attitude. She told me to pick a color and threw them on the table in front me and then kept saying to pick a color as she was aggressively going through them and so at this point I'm annoyed and just want them done. I wouldn't even give this place one star! I've been getting my nails done here for years, literally years, I try to come early in the morning when they first open bc I know they are usually busy. But I came during the week around 6. I waited 2 hours just to be rushed out of there and have my nails look shitty bc it was already after closing and Kathy was trying​ to rush me out. Also Kathy's teenage daughter was there and doing nails, why,Idk but between her and her mom Idk who has the bigger attitude. attitude. They made it seem like they didn't even want me in there or my business. They were rude since the second I walked in the door. To me, I feel like I'm paying you To do my nails, you should be happy to have so much business but it doesn't seem like it. Like I said I went there for years and I will never go back bc of how I was treated that day. And you know what it sad? I recommend them to everyone bc I always get complements on my nails. This was my very last time visiting this place and not because a the tech's are bad. Just the white girl and that probably sounds so crazy but I gave her two chances and she sucks. Her pedicures are horrible, she doesn't remove any dead skin doesn't give any type of massage and doesn't even clean your nails well. She also gave me a horrible manicure and it was nochip so I thought I would be good for weeks and here I am one week later and the paint is chipped off the nail completely. Never again!!! read more

I don't even know where to begin. This was my first time here, and I am NEVER going back. First off, the daughter of the owner did my pedicure, and she was mouthy, snotty & rude! And then the owner was complaining out loud about a customer that paid for the services they got BUT didn't tip! Are you kidding me??? Tips are NOT a must, and who knows, she probably didn't tip because of the shitty attitude at the salon! Ok, so it's time for me to pay for my pedicure and then I get charged an extra $3 for processing fee using my debit card??? I was pissed! I came here on 12/29/17 Friday around 2:15pm . I came in for a fill in . Waited a little over an hour to be sat at a chair . Once I sat down the owners daughter explained that they do not do powder dipped nails ( which is what I had prior ) she went over my options for me and I decided to get a soak off & fresh new set since it was hard to get off my polish (dipped) and then I waited what seemed like forever for a soak off and she took care of someone else while I waited with my fingers in the hott ass water and when she came back maybe 20 mins later she explained that I'd have to wait for her mom ( Kathy ) to do my fullset I quickly grew frustred because she had one person in her chair and another girl waiting for hers so that would of meant I'd wait another hour for my nails . Ummmm no . As if no one else in that establishment can do a fresh gel fullset ? Long story short , I waited 2 hrs just for a soak off ! Lots of attitude came from the daughter too . I felt rushed and not even appreciated. Never again. I'd advise take your business else where seeing as there is no professionalism and their signs at the door are rude ! read more

This place was recommended so I went on their Instagram page and saw all the awesome designs they had. I got a shellac manicure ( manicure costs extra) and my friend needed a fill. Girl: what do you want? Me: I want stones and some design. Girl: you can't get stones on shellac, they fall off Me: oh. Can I get those tiny pearl beads? Girl: no they fall off Me: oh ok?!?! Can I do black glitter? Girl: no the black glitter doesn't show Me: oh ok?!?! Can you mix the black glitter with another color so it's more vibrant? Girl: well those are Ann's glitter and I can't mix them. She won't let me. Me: oh ok!?!?! Well what can you do??? Girl: chrome Me: I don't want chrome. That's it?!?!? (If I knew this beforehand I could have been more prepared with a doable design! ) Me: don't I get a hand massage after? Girl: no that's only for manicures. Needless to say I walked out with a plain shellac manicure. 1) I am a licensed manicurist for over 20 years and I KNOW you can put whatever stones etc.. you want on shellac 2) I could have done my own plain nails for free at home 3) those "designs" on Instagram seem shady, because you, the customer have to have a design in mind before you get them done. So where is the imagination, creativity come from on those Instagram pictures ? Customer? Don't think so! The nail techs? No! Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Waited three hours just to be told I'd have to wait another 1-2 while Kathy (the owner I'm guessing from her attitude) was spending the whole time on one person. All have unprofessional attitudes and will respond with sarcasm or any kind of rude remark to anything you say. Some times the nails are great and others they've popped off in a matter of 2 days from doing minimal to nothing that would risk ruining the nails. The service was awful. I was just getting my gel nails removed and the wait was very long. I was about to get up and leave but the lady took me and soaked my nails (which took about another 30 minutes because she was helping another customer as well) so i couldn't even leave, even though i wanted to. BLAME IT ON A RACE OF PEOPLE WHY DON'T YOU!!!!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE...owner and staff! My daughter and I went for fill-ins and toe nail polish change. Let me first say, I have NEVER had my polish to totally dissappear off my toes in 4 days like the doll polish I used as a kid. Second, the guy cut my daughters nails without confirming what length she wanted and then charged extra because he defined length as LONG. Owner came over and sided immediately with him and he then refused to finish her nails. I intervened and said "we don't mind paying, but an option and professional treatment would have been appreciated". No one even acknowledged me. Last, while making payment, the owners daughter apologized and said " we are used to doing white people nails, and it's irritating that they get tips on and get them short". I went to this place for the first time last week with my 7 year old. The very youth girl that did her nails and toes was insanely rude to her. A couple things over the top she called a guy working a dick. She told another she was going to hit him in the balls. She asked my 7 year old if she was wondering what they are saying. Well of course my 7 year old said yes. Her response was well that's how I felt when I came to America. Many more things said. So rude and unprofessional! Horrible experience! I had a NoChip done by Luu and i told him i didnt like the way he didnt paint the nails all the way, and i had some polish on my skin, so i asked him to color it nicely. He got so upset, started throwing nail polish around as he was applying more color to my nails. He made them to fat and thick, it looked horrible and not natural. Owner and him started arguing in Vietnamese and i asked to speak English so i can understand, they didn't. He got upset and left with other client and some other lady came in and took my color off. OK, I tried to be fair but on my third visit I've absolutely had enough. The first visit was decent but the customer service was horrible. I thought well maybe its a bad day. Second visit, angry lady in first seat seems to add extra fees for everything...my nail tech was very good but that one rude lady up front makes me want to scream! Shes horrible to any and everybody. News flash lady just because you're good at the designs doesn't mean you treat customers like garbage! If I could give this place a negative one star I would. Beware all customers expecting to get decent customer service! Although this place is clean and does decent work they're lack of professionalism is appalling. They charge an additional $3.00 to use your debit/credit card.(Not sure if that's even legal)..they even advised me that they'd be charging me an extra $5.00 to remove toenail polish they put on at my previous visit and I was there for a pedicure! And they have no problem speaking to each other in another language while you sit there wondering whats going on. They are very very rude and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. No reason for any paying customer to have to accept this type of service. My last visit I headed for the door..AFTER i was told there's a fee to remove previous toenail polish for a pedicure! .If you cant be bothered to treat me decently as a paying customer I cant be bothered to put up with your nasty,unprofessional, down right disgusting customer service. read more

I went to this nail place to get a fill in. I will never go back to this establishment ever again. I've been to this location three times. I found out about Kathy through her Instagram & was extremely excited to get my nails done by her. But as much as I've loved my nails each time; her attitude SUCKS. I almost got out of my chair yesterday. The minute I sat down she didn't make eye contact with me, she rushed me when finding a specific color and also wouldn't even help me find it on the nail polish rack. When I asked her advice about nail shape she was completely disrespectful & unhelpful. She also is very forceful when doing your nails, like throws your hands away and pulls them hard when grabbing the other. Not to mention while she was using the buffer she was intentionally being super rough and getting my skin more than the darn nail. She rolled her eyes I don't know how many times each visit I've seen her. I'm not sure what her problem is but she lost me as a customer. Never dealing with that BS again. I only stayed because I waited an hour just to have her. I wonder if she's drunk when doing nails because there is always a bottle of liquor right by the kiddie pedicure chair?! read more
