I had an appointment but after my text reminder that I had an appointment for Sunday and they still got my name wrong after I spelled it to the girl on the phone goes to show that they either don't care or they really don't understand English and I speak proper clear English and am very articulate in speaking but seeing a place that can not get your name right after spelling it 5 times shows the language barrier I was born here you were not learn to speak English I do not need to change or speak your language but you on the other hand do, I've been to many nail salons in my city since I was 15 years old I'm 44 and still get my nails done and from now on will only go to the best of the best of places that will not sit their and speak their language and talk shit behind the customers back yes I speak multiple languages but choose not because it's rude they think because we are American that we don't know what they are saying im fluent in Korean Vietnamese Filipino I learned this language because of the men I dated and learning to communicate with their families I also speak Spanish read more

I will never come here again! I always get hard gel on my real nails. I got my nails done by skylar. She was very nice and welcoming. She started doing the hard gel noticed she only used primer And did not put a base coat she assured me that it didn't need it. She finished my full set in less then 30 minutes and I felt very rushed. I believe it was because she had someone else waiting. My sister in law had also just got her nails done a few days before me and told me about a promotion that she received which was 10 dollars off your full service. When I mentioned the promotion to the nail tech she said she only gave her 5 off not 10. I didn't make a big deal about it. When I looked at my nails they seemed very paper thin but she assured me that they were strong. The very next day the corners of two nails broke and the hard gel begins. To lift off my nails I knew it was because she didnt apply the base coat like I told her. The same day that I noticed they broke I called the owner but the name of Jenny. I told her about the situation and she wanted me to come in at that very moment to fix them. I told her I was not able to go at that moment due to having both my younger children with me and my husband was at work but told her that I wanted to stop by so she can see my nails for her self so she wouldn't think I was making it up, I went to show her she never apologized she gave me weird looks and told me just to make it back when I had time. I told her that I wouldn't have time until the end of week I scheduled an appointment and then returned to the same nail tech who never greeted me had an attitude and then recommended that I get an acrylic full set Instead of gel so that it wouldn't happened again. Keep in mind a full set hard get cost double the amount of a full acrylic set. She did not say one word to me and finished my nails in 15 minutes. When I looked at my nails I can tell that the acrylic was very bumpy and told her she then tried to fix them rushed. By this point I just wanted to leave I was so upset. After I washed my hands I sat down and she told me you can leave you are done. I said I'm not done I want gel color. She said you didn't get gel color last time, then I told her I also didn't get acrylic last time I got hard gel double the price. The owner then came and tried to resolve the problem told the nail tech just to do my gel color and never apologized. When the nails tech did my gel she did not put the base coat before gel the next day I noticed all my cuticles dry and they hurt really bad. I also noticed the gel was peeling off my acrylic. I was so disappointment I will not be coming to this nails salon again. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Point blank. The staff is exciting and engaging. They put so much effort into making the costumers happy and doing what it is that you want so that you leave blissful every time. I've tried several other nail places and they never compare. Nails with love is by far my favorite and I will continue to come here every 2 weeks. I recommend getting Tina or Jenny to do your nails (they're the ones who have been working the longest and practically run the place). This time Jasmine did my nail set and it was fantastic. Not the salon I typically go to but tried it because it is closest to my house and I don't work close to where my normal salon is anymore. Made an appointment online, got in right away as it wasn't very busy at all (it was a Wed afternoon). I booked a deluxe gel pedicure and a gel full set. Cute shop, fairly clean, nice enough people. For 110.00 the pedicure was average, I have had better. I would have also expected the nail technician to have listened to what I wanted. Wanted just the tip of my nail painted but he ended up doing the entire nail, not a huge deal but it still makes a difference. All in all, it was ok but probably won't be back. I would give my experience a 2.7/5 read more

Honestly came here because the reviews were good and needed somewhere a little closer than my usual.well I called set an appointment for gel X and a pedicure basic gel pedicure. I get there and they didn't have the cloudy white that I wanted the front girl was trying to get me to do acrylics I don't like acrylic so I said no I'll just do the regular white and then they sent me down for my pedicure with a lady that didn't speak English at all which I mean I'm fine with except that she was understanding what I was asking of her. I asked for a basic toe extension and I guess what you call it, they didn't have the hard shell so they decided to put a tip on, the lady that was doing my toes had no clue what to do with it the nice tall gentleman in the back told her to put the hard gel on and that she was going to do two coats I didn't think that would be enough but that's what he said. She put the first coat and then she went to paint over after the first coat and then when I corrected her and told her she supposed to two she was visibly annoyed and was just not exactly friendly from that point on. She didn't do any of the lotion after she ended up having to walk away because the paint was just not coming out smooth and you could see the line from the tip that they put on my toes. I was there an hour and a half and about 40 minutes of that was them trying to get my toes to look decent. The tall gentleman who took over was able to get them to look semi-decent honestly if he would've just done it from the beginning he probably could've gotten them nice. Then I get up and he's like telling me thank you like I have to leave, and I was like oh well my gel X? And he was like oh and ask the lady on front and she said to him that I was going to get acrylic not gel X and I was like no, was very clear that I wanted Joe X when I called and when I spoke with her when I got here. And it just seemed like it was a whole ordeal so I just said never mind paid him for my toes even though I didn't feel like I should have because they do not look good, and now I am rushing to get to Luxe nail spa where I know they will give me excellent service as alway. This was my first visit here. I recently moved to the area and I'm looking for my new "nail lady" and for those of you who get your nails done regularly you know how hard that can be. Clean place, comfy chairs, cute chandeliers above the pedi seats. The girls in there all seem nice, my appt was with Milinda. She was super sweet and made feel comfortable. I got a gel polish over acrylic nails with a coffin shaping. Nails aren't even close to what I showed her I wanted but they came out ok. I was quoted $45 for a new set on the phone but was charged $50, not a big deal and could be due to the fact that we used two colors, not just one. Overall I'm not sold but I'm not ruling them out just yet. read more

I read several good reviews of this place so I really wanted to try it. The first time I went, they were all booked and couldn't get me in. I went back later and I got in. I think the guy did an ok job. I liked the length but my nails went smaller as they went down and that bugged me. I had to file them quite a bit to make them look normal. I was a little bugged that my nail guy was on the phone the entire time. Just kind of rude. I doubt I will be back just because I didn't like the shape of the nail. read more

Seriously in love with this place! My nails are PERFECT! Jenny paid such great attention to detail while doing my nails. And she's so sweet! Got a gel fill here done by Jimmy! I just moved out here about 6 months ago from san jose and used to get my nails done every 2 weeks. I was reluctant to try a new nail spot out here because I am so picky about the length and thickness of my fills. No one could ever shape my nails perfectly enough...until now! I could tell from when he started laying down the acrylic powder that the thickness was going to be perfect. He was also very tedious about shaping my nails without me even asking him to fix anything. My nails look like natural nails and I feel like it's so difficult to get this look especially with short nails. Definitely found my go-to spot! read more

Nessie has been my main nail technician & she does an amazing job every single time! I have also seen several of the other technicians including Lena, Marisol & Rose who all also do a great job! Most of the technicians are very quiet, you have to be the one to spark a conversation, but there is nothing wrong with that. They all do a fantastic job! & the prices are very reasonable. I went in on Sunday morning at 11 and the place didn t have a soul in there! (LITERALLY NOT 1 CUSTOMER!) Should have been a red flag for me! The young guy working was texting on his phone then looked up and said do you have an appt. I said no he then rolled his eyes and walked over to the appt book as if I was bothering him and was telling me he didn't have any openings. I turned around and just walked out. Such a joke bc they're wasn't 1 customer in there!!!! He lost out on business bc they're 3 other salons in the direct area. They should really Consider higher better staff who's professional.
