DO NOT GO HERE! I went and got an acrylic set about a month ago and because I had a horrible experience I decided to go somewhere else to get a new set. When I got my nails done here the nail tech cut and burned me numerous times. She was annoyed that I would tell her it hurt and kept going. Flash forward to today... I just left the urgent care because my nails did not look normal. It turns out I have a fungal infection due to uncleanliness of the tools used. Also after starting the nail removal process we found that the acrylic powder used contained mms... a dental product that is cheaper and also illegal to use in California... STAY AWAY!!!! read more

Pedicure was mostly fine - the one star is mostly for service/management. I have a regular salon I go to in PS but I was in the area and needed a pedicure badly so I figured I could trust this one. For the record, I never post negative reviews, but holy cow. Service was downright rude. Super unfriendly from the jump, and I could tell the way the owner was speaking to other clients/walk ins that this was a normal occurrence. Again, my pedi was fine. Other than the fact that I said no to callous remover and it was done anyway and that my pedicurist was trying to smack flies on my leg. I was willing to take the callous remover as a loss and just let the fly thing go. When it came time to check out, I handed them cash and told them how much I wanted to tip my pedicurist and to just give me back a certain amount in change. They gave me too much change back, and before I could even say something, the owner goes "Did you tip her?!" And I said I was intending for them to include my tip before handing me change back that's why I was wondering and the manager goes "well that's why I was counting it backwards for you" uh what? What's the point in even arguing at this point? Anyways, there's so many other better nail salons out here for the same price. Just go anywhere else. read more

I scheduled with Tammy and when I arrived at the salon I was told she was on vacation. I ended up getting my nails done by someone else which is completely fine! All of the drill attachments, files, towels, and brushes looked previously used and unclean. My nails came out sloppy and five days later are already lifting. In my opinion not worth $65. Ok...my feet were a MESS! I was soooo lucky to get Heather. She never complained about the condition of my feet after me doing much apologizing. She just said I can fix it....don't worry....and she did! A year later I am a happy customer and still seeing Heather. She is a miracle worker and the best. My hands and feet are in great hands. Got in for a last minute mani & pedi, went with the $50 pedicure. It was $15 extra for gel polish. The nail tech was sweet and attentive; she saw I was tired and told me I should relax and sleep. The reflexology and hot stone massage were amazing. They had relaxing music on, and seemed to be over-staffed so everyone was well taken care of. They gave me the option to have my manicure at the same time as pedicure, which I was on board with. Overall great experience and I will be back next time we're in town. read more

I'm out in Coachella for work/festival this weekend and didn't have a second prior to get my nails done. I popped in here to check it out since they had great reviews. I get nervous going to shops because my normal girl does acrylic on my natural nails and shops usually pry it off. Thus destroying my nails. That did not happen here. John, my nail tech, shaved them down and soaked them. Made sure I loved the shape plenty of times (trying coffin for the first time). Annddd they look fabulous. The first time we came here two of the workers were literally screaming at eachother and our nail tech kept stopping in between to run to the back and argue. We decided to give it another chance and maybe they were just having a bad day and the second time we called ahead to make an appointment. They asked if we could come by at 4:30 and i got there at 4:20 just to be early. They had me wait until 5:15 to go back even though i had already made an appointment with kien. She is really rough and short with her customers. Will definitely not be coming back. read more

A well run and busy establishment. Ample parking and ground level. In the same pad as a favorite poke place. I'm used to choosing the nail polish by the bottle. Here they have the samples on strips of samples. No problem. Just different. I wish they had a menu of services that I could read over. I think they do but I was never handed one. They seemed quite organized and definitely busy. I think there were 13+ nail stylists working on the day I was there which was a Sunday. Now everyone is open on a Sunday so that is part of the reason along with geography as to why I went there. I would definitely return. read more

Jeannie is the best nail tech in this area!!! Every time I see her, my nails are flawless. She is amazing at dip powder (knows how to make it super thin and it lasts at least 4 weeks). She pays so much attention to detail, you know you are in good hands with her. For pedicures, Helen is my go to woman. She is funny, sociable and also takes her time on your feet. Amazing foot massage and flawless pedicure by her every time. Tammy, the owner I think? is also super communicative and very responsive via phone and texts and will get you scheduled ASAP. I typically do not write negative reviews but after the experience I just had I feel the need to. I asked for a very simple design, black matte nails with thin white designs. The matte smeared the white likes looking like someone tried to erase a chalkboard. After I asked to just have that take off it was sadly attempted to re do the design but with a shiny top coat. I asked then to just have it removed and do plain black. The lady then just kept putting on more top coat to even out the lumps. It looks awful, I have cuts around the cuticles with black polish left all around the edges of my fingers. I was still charged $100 to walk out upset and now have to go find another nail salon to fix this. read more

don't mind my really blotchy self tanner lol, that's on me. BUT this was the worst pedicure i've ever had. literally had to ask her multiple times to clean up my nails because they were so sloppy, and they still never really got better. it was gel but never would cure and it all wrinkly like you can see, so i don't know what kind of polish they were putting on. they cut me and my sister in law multiple times. tried not to do my massage and then when i asked about it they agreed to, but she was so rough and scratching me with her nails then putting the hot stones on me so hot that i was flinching away and she was still trying to push them on to me. i left in PAIN. not relaxing. and so frustrating when all you want is to get a simple pedicure. cost $48 and i just paid so i could leave because i needed to start heading home to get ready for a wedding, and they had the nerve to argue with me about giving a tip. definitely not tipping and i told them that. ridiculous. save your stress and money and don't even go here. read more

Best manicure I've gotten! Place was busy but they are very attentive. Clean often and abide by COVID regulations. I felt safe and that everything was sanitized properly. I've always had a hard time with finding someone that shapes my nails how I want them and does them even. Not only did V do that but the nail color was perfectly even my nails looked like press ons! She was very detailed and would redo a nail if she didn't think it looked good. I got a gel manicure and perdicure and they both look amazing! I was here 2 weeks ago and got a gel manicure with Brian who also did an amazing job! I live about 30 minutes away and it was well worth the drive! Highly reccommend! read more
