No additional manicurist was available and it was gonna be at least another 15 to 20 maybe 30 minute wait until everyone else was done. I would not recommend this place if you are trying to schedule an appointment during your workday as they will not be on time and will not be able to take you when they said they would. Super unfortunate as this was my first experience with this place .

I paid the amount and was told to return at 6:30 p.m., out of respect for myself and the business. I showed up at 6:20 p.m. It seemed like a standard procedure. I waited. 6:30 p.m. Still nothing. 6:35 p.m. Still nothing. 6:40 p.m. Still nothing. At 6:42 p.m., I asked, "What's the point of paying 20 percent of your bill if they don't respect their own '20 percent policy' when you're late? They keep your money and then bump you." It's incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional to ask for 20 percent upfront and then be lazy about keeping track of their own appointments, especially when they charge 20 percent upfront for them. In all my years of getting pedicures and manicures, I have never been charged a 20 percent fee upfront. And on top of that, I'm left wondering what the point of the fee and the appointment is if they don't honor the time. If they are this lax with appointments, I can only speculate on the shortcuts they employ in providing service and maintaining quality. When you charge a fee for a service upfront, you must deliver on your promises. This is not only disappointing, but also problematic.
