I have been so busy lately, and I am a bit embarrassed to say that I couldn't come in for five weeks for a fill. 5 WEEKS... I desperately needed to get my nails done, pronto. & Annie rearranged her schedule to do my nails, and I am SO GRATEFUL. Even with the five week gap, My nails were still in very good shape, and the builder gel held up so well, thanks to my amazing nail tech, Annie. I have been a client of hers since I first started going to this salon, and I will continue to go to her. She's meticulous, professional, and overall a lovely person. The girls here are great! But this review is for the management. Not having your Ac running at all times is unacceptable. Nobody wants to sit and pay $100+ for a luxury service in a stuffy hot salon. I feel terrible for the girls working because with a mask on and working a physically demanding job the last thing you want to be doing is sweating while doing it and as a client I surely cannot relax and enjoy my service if I am HOT. Also they never have any up to date trendy gel polish colors anymore. They are out of everything to the point of you needing to bring in your own gel colors. Unacceptable. With the cost rising everywhere now a days management needs to stay on top of these things or their long time clients will find another salon that doesn't drop the ball. read more

I walked in for a quick, affordable manicure. The staff was nice, but the service was lacking. The massage included was barely a few fingers, which I didn't expect much given how inexpensive the service is. However, I do expect at least a decent polish application. The polish was uneven, messy, and painted over the cuticles. You get what you pay for. read more

Came here to get a gel manicure and pedicure with my friends. I asked the manicure lady for gel-x tips but she kept pushing me to do gel builder. She didn't do the best job and some of my nails were uneven and the French tip looked a little messy. The lady who did my pedicure was great though. read more

I've been going here for several months and they are a top notch nail salon. I now do hot gel and while that is the newest product that I'm aware of, it is here that I started doing it. I now do a nail fill every three weeks instead of every two weeks. The hot gel never breaks, it rarely chips, and is a superior product to anything I've done in the past and I've been doing manicures for over 40 years now! They have experienced people who are very good and will even help you pick out the best colors. The only disadvantage of this place is if you can find parking as this happens to share a very busy parking lot. I just book at times it's easier to find parking ie because there are many restaurants here I took away from lunch and dinner times. read more

I just want to warn people about this business. They're busy and have a lot of nail technicians. It was on my way home from work so I thought it would be convenient. However, I've been getting my nails done for many years and have never had anyone damage them like they did with their turbo polish remover that's absolutely too strong for natural nails. You can see from the photo how long it's taken to grow them to get them healthy again, with a lot of TLCat home. I noticed it immediately when they removed my polish and saw my toenails were white and chalky. I asked what they did and she tried to convince me it was from wearing polish. It's not, they were fried from the acetone. I've always used acetone but this is dangerous stuff. Beware, they don't take your health seriously and just cranking people in and out all day. read more

Do not come here!! I came in asking for a manicure to replace a broken nail. The nail tech did a horrible job, charging me full price for a filler repair. The nails looked broken still. After requesting she redo the job with replacement acrylics like I paid for, she just plastered acrylic tips over the old broken nail without removing them first. I went in thinking it was going to be a little pricier due to location (didn't mind as long as they did a good job) but came out completely dissatisfied and disgusted. DO NOT COME HERE. Unless you want to be scammed and stolen from. First I got in and was greeted rudely by one of the nail techs with a full right side of the salon definitely not social distanced. I don't mind because I have gotten Covid but for those being cautious. Next I am told to pick a color even though I wanted dip no one asked me so I sat down and waited. I am then told to grab the basket from the counter which was pretty weird then sat down. I showed them the nails I wanted and was met with "no we will do gel not dip." And "If no one is busy they can do the design it'll be ten dollars" reminding me more than three times how much it was going to be assuming I wouldn't be okay with it??? I said okay then they added on more money because of the length and whatnot. I really wanted the design but the lady insisted I just do one color or ombré so I just went with ombré because I wanted to leave. Then a lady comes over and offers me a massage and doesn't tell me the price just goes. I assume it's going to be more money but others probably wouldn't. She stops at 15 minutes and asks if I want to keep going (failing to mention the time and price) I say yes (good massage so I didn't mind paying) but then at 30 I finally ask how much it is and she says 1$ per minute and insists I go to 45. Which was also weird. I said no. I had accidentally bumped my left hand in my sweater. I told the lady she said shed fix it. Then I look at my nails after we're done and theres lint in the gel on 3 nails and a big piece of hair in the gel on my pinky and the lady says oh it's okay. I said no can you please fix it and she says and redo the whole thing??? It was a piece of hair that was visible on my pinky so yes and she does but that's the only one she fixes. What great customer service. The only reason I'd give this place even 1 star is because the pedicure was decent. Quick and thorough. This place is awful I won't be returning. They did a mediocre job and had horrible customer service to match the awful nails. Please treat your customers with more respect and maybe get some training on regular customer service standards oh and also don't steal from your customers if you want people to come back. It seems like this place really just looks for how much money they can get out of little service. read more
