When I did she was very apologetic about my experience & wanted me to come back to fix my nails at no charge! I just went back today & she was super nice & welcoming! She had one of her best staff Hannah to fix my nails with anything I wanted. Hannah did a great job! Annie kept checking on me to make sure I was happy. At the end I was very satisfied & happy with my nails! That's what I call an outstanding customer service! She even gave me a $20 gift card for next time. Thank you Annie! The man who did my pedicure was polite, but the massage was the issue. He kept rubbing my shins even after I told him multiple times please no shins, only feet because my shins are sensitive. He just smiled and kept doing it, and when he finally stopped there was only like 2 minutes left of the massage. Then for my nails, I originally asked for a dip set with extensions. The extensions would not stick at all. The lady tried for over 20 minutes and they kept popping off. I told her to just do gel instead, and that's when the owner came and said they would "try a different glue." At this point I just wanted to keep it simple. She also kept trying to upsell everything, even something as small as cleaning cuticles for $8 more. I said no, but she kept insisting because she didn't understand. It was really hard to communicate because no one seemed to speak English well enough to understand what I was asking. I asked for almond shape and ended up with oval. Also she was very rude towards the end would grab my hands aggressively It sucks because the place looks really pretty but the communication was just not there, and I didn't get what I wanted. I personally will not be returning. By the way they have No wifi, and did not offer wine like i seen the reviews .
