Honestly, this was such a disappointment. I usually don't get this disappointed with food, but this was a new low I ordered their signature hu tieu and tell me why the portion was literally the size of a kid's meal?? WOW!! SO UNDERRATED! Ordered the #1 Dac Biet Hu Tieu Nam Vang (Special Cambodian Noodle) and got it DRY, which means the soup comes seperately. Hu Tieu Dai, Kho (Combination noodles w/ transparent tapioca based noodles, dry (or you can request with soup): The bowl is big enough for hubby to mix his noodles. He says the noodles were cooked well, nice, firm, and chewey. The sauce is flavorful and not too salty. Hubby says the protein could be more. There were a few slices of pork, 2 shrimp, 1 small piece of squid, 1 thin slice of pork heart & 1 small piece of liver. This dish is accompanied with a vegetable plate and a bowl of soup on the side. The vegtable plate had a small portion of blanched bean sprouts and a couple pieces of cut up Chinese celery. For my husband who loves veggies in his food, that was not enough. There was a sign that basically showed a "no strollers" picture and but they didn't say anything to us when we walked in with ours. Probably because it wasn't a packed day.
