HORRIBLE, all the carpet upstairs started buckling within a year. They said to call them if it happened again. Well it did but my cat has high blood pressure and gets stressed so we just lived with buckling carpet. Fast forward one year later and we want to sell our home, we call Jon McGrabin to stretch and said it was out of warranty so it will be a minimum of $300. Point is, it was NEVER installed correctly in the first place and wasn't stretched correctly again. AVOID this place if you want nicely installed carpet. INCOMPETENT and rude!! He tried to say the buckling carpet was our fault somehow. Give me a break! read more

Terrible company. Hopefully they go out of business and can't cause anymore harm. They installed our carpet and lvp planks. Carpet started to wrinkle all over and the lvp is buckling up. It's clear that Nampa floors just want to hurry the job and they don't care about making sure it's done right. Stay far away from them when looking to hire a floor company. read more

I had a bad experience with them and the carpet was cheap and started rippling soon after installed and also my husband foot was cut because they left the tack strips to out. they also did nothing to help this issue. my stairs look like they are missing carpet on the side I believe it was not cut wide enough. overall pay more somewhere else for better quality. Worst floors I have ever purchased, spent cash over 10s of thousands spent ,I bought there tuff core vinyl floors and all the color and print came complete off in spots,the floors were supposed too have a life time warranty and are industrial grade and we have them in our home. We had carpet and prefinished hardwood floors installed throughout our whole house. The floors look pretty good, there are a few areas that could be better, but we didn't notice it immediately, so we didn't contact them (unfortunately). What was completely devastating was how to crew, who was hired to install our floors, treated our house. They needed to remove our trim in order to put in the wood flooring. Now, we understood through our contract that some damage was to be expected because it's hard to take trim off. However, the crew treated our house like trash. They ripped them off without caring what they did to the walls or existing trim. There has been some back and forth with the sales rep, and while he had someone "fix" two pieces, it didn't really help. He got his money from the sale, and we really don't feel like they cared what happened to our house. Instead of just calking our trim and painting again, we need to fix pieces of our walls, pieces of our door trims, pieces of our trim, etc. It just looks awful, and I just don't feel like the sales rep cared. It was a total bummer. read more

The quality of the laminate floors and carpet installed in our home was good quality, but the desired work was not completed. We wanted a slightly larger area covered and part of the floor repaired to make it not sag, which was not done. We have been using Nampa floors and interiors for a long time, in fact I had family who worked here. We TRUSTED them because of this. We set up to have our kitchen countertops redone by them, we met with a sales representative who did the measurements and gave us a bid, she was incredibly professional and punctual on everything. Since we trusted them, we allowed them to do the job while we were away for Christmas. We gave them a garage code to get into our house. Day one, they use the ring at our front door, they act as though they have no idea about using a garage code. We give them the garage code and they go inside. We find out not long after this, that they had cut the granite to incorrect measurements and so they leave. They also leave our front door OPEN, not unlocked, OPEN. Not only that, they left the garage door open as well (we closed it through our app). We had our parents come over to check the house who confirmed that the front door was open and the house was ice cold. We called our saleswoman who was in shock and embarrassed (that was all the sales department was during this whole thing). They returned to do the granite, during that time they flipped two different breakers while working, they did not notify us nor did they reset them. One breaker had our freezer attached to it, full of meat, including a large amount of wild game. The other had our refrigerator on it. They AGAIN left the door open (parents checked again) if we had not decided to cut our trip significantly short we would have lost all the meat in the freezer and everything in the refrigerator. Also, our furnace quit after the first day the door was left open. We had to borrow space heaters to heat our house up warm enough for them to install the tile when we came back. The two guys who did the tile were heaven sent, they were courteous, kind, and did an amazing job correctly the first time. The others treated our home with such absolute disrespect that we wanted to talk with the foreman of the granite shop. He didn't wait for our meeting, instead he called my wife during the day and told her that she was being very emotional over this, she shouldn't have gone out of town, this was a stupid thing to do. He also then stated that he KNEW that the workers had left the doors open and flipped the breakers (yet did nothing?). He then threatened her to pay the rest of our bill or else he would put a lien on our property. The remaining balance of our invoice was only five hundred dollars. Not once did he apologize, he treated my wife like she was garbage. We TRUSTED Nampa Floors, never again. read more

A friend of mine had carpet installed from this location. Carpet came out great. Installers made huge black scuffs along 3/4 of the brand newly installed white trim. When she attempted to take this up with the manager she was advised she swabbed her rights when she signed the install paperwork. So she spent hours scrubbing the white trim this morning with a magic eraser. Guess what? If the manager can't resolve this your SOL because the next in line is the owner. Oh well I guess when you're getting carpet installed you should EXPECT damage to your property without company repercussions! Oh and to top it off they were late for their appointment time. I've been to Nampa Floors and Interiors 3 times now. The first visit was fine. The salesperson was helpful. The 2nd visit there, the staff had pizza delivered and I was walking around looking for a particular flooring for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to my assistance. Today, I did get help quite quickly, but when I asked the salesman a question about one type of flooring was on the floor, he stated that they used to be labeled. He didn't know nor did he attempt to ask another team member. I don't know where custome service was, but it sure wasn't at this place. They will no longer get my business. Save money and go to RC Willey. These people are lying used car salesman. They order things that they say they don't make anymore then charge you for them after you cancel the order. I cancelled the job...3 weeks later they call and tell me that my order came in. What am I going to do with transition pieces we could never use??? They came out and measured and gave written quotes. I can't wait to do the carpet in Spring. I went to the flooring store on State in Boise for luxury vinyl plank for a bathroom. Jessica, the sales woman, was helpful and very nice. She got the Nampa store to get my purchase to Boise since I didn't know I was supposed to drive there. Do want to mention there was no offer to come to my home for the free home estimate (just saw that on the site). It was not a huge sale, but I live super close to the store. She likely would have done a better pick than I did. She has a talent for color, I don't...The flooring was meant to lay in stripes. I didn't know that, nor do I like that look. The transition didn't seem to match the vinyl tiles. I didn't care for that, and it was also scratched. When asked if I could return, she said they don't normally take returns. I told her it was damaged and she was happy to take care of me. She's wonderful. However, the store policy is to write a check not put it back on my card. I waited almost 3 weeks for that check, but what was SO WRONG is they deducted a re-stocking fee for a DAMAGED item. That is not right! In addition, after I bought it, I stumbled onto the same flooring at RC Willey for over $100 less for the same square footage and pattern. I will never shop Nampa Flooring again. Nampa Floors helped to remodel my kitchen with quartz countertops, tile backsplash and hardwood floors. That was more than six years ago. About four months ago, we had a board that kept slipping because of too much play in the floor. I called them and they sent Lou out and he fixed the floor with a smile and such respect for my house and me. After having such a positive experience with my kitchen remodel, I purchased carpet from them to replace the 15 year-old white stuff we had in the house. During the same visit, Lou stretched and re-glued my carpeting down. Lou used care and was so clean in his repairs - again respect for my home and me. Wonderful customer service! Unfortunately, I used an outside vendor for tile installation and the tile work done by Knight Plumbing and Construction was substandard. This review concerns the Nampa store. In our experience, their customer service has been terrible. Problems began as soon as we made a deposit (flooring install). Workers showed up over 3 hrs late, did not install tile well (careless pattern matching). The floor was a mess...Left grout film and dried grout smudges. We called/ emailed 3x, told "wait for them to come back so we don't void warranty." After a month I gave up , called the mfr. & cleaned it myself. Now 3 months gone by and still they have not finished the job- no trim installed. Stay away! read more

I can't address cost comparisons but from a service standpoint this store is terrible. We went in looking for carpet about 6 weeks ago. We spent some time finding 3 carpet samples that we wanted to see in something larger than a 2" X 2" patch so asked to order samples. A somewhat distracted salesman wrote down the info about the carpet and our contact info and we never heard back. When I called a month later I was assured that this was a rare and unacceptable event and the woman I spoke with said she'd track everything down and get back to me in a day or so. Well, that was over 2 weeks ago and we've still not heard anything. We'll go someplace else. read more

sale went well, had very good service and followup from shaw flooring, had 88 yards, $4183 worth of new rc willey's karastan carpet removed and hauled to the dump, (flawed and very poor installation) all is good with the new carpet except one doorway that they said i would have to pay them to correct.
