This place gets - 5 stars!!! We would order from there all the time and today they told us that they don't deliver to our address. We are located 10 mins down the street. Our address is an unincorporated address. We tried to explain that we are located right down the street right off Weber they we so rude to us. We than asked to speak to the manager. The Chicago style "stuffed" pizza was awesome! But it was a bit more expensive for just four pieces. Sauce is great and they deliver fast.

I had a taste for deep dish pizza and, although I went to Nancys Pizza several years ago and didn't like their regular pizza, I decided to go there and try again. I ordered a medium cheese and sausage deep dish pizza and was pleasantly surprised. It was a little pricey but was very good. I will probably return in the future to try other items on their varied menus. read more

I love the food -- nothing wrong with the food at all. But my major issue is the sassy staff. They have slowly began to staff their store with snotty teenagers with pretty horrible attitudes. The last time I was in there, a young lady whose name starts with the letter C was complaining about me and another customer within earshot of us. Absolutely unprofessional. Her sass on the phone is intolerable and I cannot begin to explain how much she looks like she hates what she is doing. We have been coming to this Nancy's since it opened. The phone number they have on file is one that we got rid of about 8 years ago -- that's how long we've been coming here. But the past few times we've used Nancy's we have been left feeling disrespected and annoyed because of the steady flow of unprofessional kids working there. read more

BEST STUFFED PIZZA EVER! The only problem is that it is, also, the most expensive stuffed pizza ever. While Nancy's has long been a favorite of mine, I have twice put it to a blind taste test with out-of-town relatives who were visiting. The competition was Nancy's versus, Giordano's, Lou Malnati's, and Connie's. Each person was given four, thin slices of pizza, one from each place. Eight of the 13 people who participated in the test were from other parts of the country, and no one was told which pizzerias the pies were from. All eight of the people who were from out-of-town rated Nancy's as the best. Four of the five from Naperville, also, rated it the best. One of those five is a die-hard Giordano's fan, recognized the Giordano's slice, and voted for it. When all votes were in, it was Nancy's first, Lou's second, Connie's third, and Giordano's last. But, no one disliked any of these pizzas. While we LOVE this pizza, we usually save a few bucks by ordering from Lou Malnati's. It is take-out or delivery, only. read more

Ordered delivery from local hotel. Service was fast and pizza was better than chain pizza stores.

My first time ordering and I wasn't impressed. Very overpriced! A group of us ordered from work and one lady put her portion on her debit and the rest of us paid cash. They charged us two delivery charges! When we called back to inquire the guy was a complete jerk about it and said "that's how it is!" We explained it was all one delivery and he didn't care. Pizza is great but God forbid an employee hasn't had adequate training to answer a question. Yes, a half baked is not often ordered but he should have at least been able to say "Let me ask". Nope...had to ask for a supervisor. Called after I got the pizza - WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS - and called to ask. Kid who answered again didn't have a clue, I had to ask for a supervisor. When I said to the supervisor the employee needed additional training I was told I WAS RUDE! Really? I asked why I was rude and she had nothing. Stuffed pizza but not really. I used to love Nancy's but they aren't same. I ordered a stuffed sausage and peperoni pizza. What I got wasnt a stuffed pizza at all. I noticed that there wasnt a top layer of dough to make it stuffed. I wouldnt call it deep dish because it wasnt a deep dis crust. I should have know something would be wrong when i called to order and whoever answered didnt quite get it. I called to let them know it wasnt a stuffed pizza (trademark pizza) They asked if I wanted another. Um yeah thats why I called. They said they would send a new replacement and asked for the other one back. Thats not a problem but now I have to wait another 45 minutes and no compensation for my disatisfaction. poor managnment which would explain the poor service who took the order and those that make the pizza.Well the replacment arrives and before they would hand it over they insisted on the first ppizza. I make the exchange, open the pizza and its exactly like the first, not a stuffed pizza. OK they have poor managmnet and employees that dont know how to make their own trademarked pizza, they dont know how to treat a customer and are way over priced.Service bad and kitchen even worse. With Lou Malnati's down the street I think that as the last time for nancys. I do not recomend them at all. read more

Have been ordering pizza from here for years and recently placed an order for delivery and paid by phone with credit card. NEVER AGAIN! After waiting 2hrs for the delivery that never showed up I called and got a snotty attitude from the person on the phone insisting that the pizza was delivered and signed for. They also have a practice of writing your credit card number on the receipt. So now somebody has my card info and I needed to cancel and replace my card over this. They were unapologetic. read more

Yes, they are on the pricey side as far as pizza places go, but sometimes you get what you pay for, and they have coupons all the time. Their Chicago-style deep dish pizza (available in 1.5" or 2.5" thickness) is absolutely superb, about on par with Giordano's and Gino's East -- definitely many steps ahead of Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Little Caesar's, etc. read more

I would have given this "business" zero stars if it were available. My wife has attempted to order from this place twice, once when we first moved to Bolingbrook in 2005, she received terrible service at that time. The staff, according to her, was clueless. They did not conduct themselves in a professional manner. They could not, or did not know how to answer any questions that she had for them about their products. So, she left frustrated. Fast forward 8 years to 2013. She decided to give them a try again (by the way, there are plenty of other pizza restaurants in Bolingbrook: Lou Malnati's, Home Run Inn, Rosati's, Salerno's, Papa's, Pizza Hut, Little Ceasar's, not to mention the Naperville pizza joints within delivery range: Giordano's, Gino's East to name a few), so, back to the review...she decided to try them again. She walked in and there was a kid behind the counter, no 'hello' or any kind of greeting, my wife thought it was just her until the next customer came in behind her, same thing! This time the kid didn't even look up from whatever he was doing, no greeting. So anyway, my wife noticed coupons on the counter that were laid out, so she inquired about using one of them and the kid responds with 'Oh, sorry ma'am but we're mailing those out, you can't use them...WHAAAT?!!. My wife's response, 'So are you telling me that I would have to go home, wait for this coupon to be mailed and then come back here with it?! The kid did not no how to respond to that so my wife left never to return again. I only found out about these 2 experiences because I had suggested ordering from Nancy's, since I've never tried it. I've never had a problem with their customer service and I agree that you will probably pay more for their pizza than you would ordering from Pizza Hut, Papa Johns or Little Caesar's. That being said, I am happy to pay for the quality of pizza I get from Nancy's. Growing up in an Italian family that was in the restaurant business, I know what real deal pizza is supposed to taste like and Nancy's is as close to the real deal that you'll get out in the suburbs. With the big pizza chains you get a lot more dough than anything else and the quality of their cheeses and meats is questionable. If I want to eat dough, I'll buy a loaf of bread. Plus, they've got a lot more than just great pizza-great salads, appetizers, sandwiches and desserts. read more

Zero stars! I was so maaaaad. My friends and I ordered delivery after a looong time that we had not had Nancys. We had such a craving for that great pizza and lasagna and we got crap. First the order taker over the phone had no clue what she was doing, coupon did not help since lasagna is $21 bucks for a dish for 2 and pizza was $33 bucks. Seriously we spent $55 with tip got a crappy pizza that made us all literally sick to our stomachs. If the pizza had tasted good getting sick may have been worth it but it had no flavor. The pizza and lasagna are not the same like they used to be. I, we will never order from there again. I recommend Michael's Pizza in Romeoville, IL waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. This place has been added to my list of places to never visit. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I recently visited a HomeRun Inn pizza where the manager felt my pizza was a little burned. She gave me that pizza for free and made me an entirely new pizza and I didn't have to ask for anything. Well DON'T EXPECT THAT TYPE OF MANAGEMENT OR SERVICE HERE. I had the pleasure of opening my email to coupons that were sent to me by Nancy. There was a "typo" as Greg the awful manager said to me. The coupon said "small pizza" at the top but the details of the coupon say "$6.99 large thin 14" inch pizza with 2 toppings". Greg knew that I had called in with that coupon and the young lady I spoke with sounded a little apprehensive about the coupon but told me to bring it in. Instead of these jackasses reviewing what they had sent out to customers, I was told to bring the coupon as if I wouldn't have it. Then upon my driving ALL THE WAY across town to receive my pizza, I receive some jackass who has no sense of how to conduct business and doesn't believe in honorary relationships between businesses and customers. I was told by Greg that he can't honor that coupon. Now any other smart business minded person would have taken that hit for the sake of future business BUT NOT GREG. He turned away a customer that has been coming to this establishment for YEARS for the sake of a few dollars and it WAS NOT MY FAULT. So now I will no longer visit Nancy's Pizza EVERRRRR. I'll be sure to make anyone who mentions Nancy's Pizza aware of the poor service they are sure to receive if they go there. I see the other reviews aren't too hot either. despite enjoying my order, I had a problem with the manager where I placed an order using hotel bucks, and after realizing (within a literal minute after making the first order) that I used the hotel bucks for a different pizza place, immediately called back to cancel the first order and placed a new one this time using my credit card, this time using my credit card. all seemed well until the manager called the hotel and claimed that the first order (the one I cancelled) was already made, I go on the phone with her and despite explaining that I called back the moment I finished making the first order, she rudely cut me off multiple times then hung up but not before threatening that they would blacklist the location to not be able to use the hotel bucks. though I didn't expect it my second order arrived and the pizza was good. overall however I was dissatisfied with how rude the manager was and the fact that they wouldn't let me cancel an order despite making it a minute prior. read more

If possible to give less than one star this is what I would do. The last two times I ordered a pizza I ordered a super thin crust with sausage bacon and hot giardinera peppers and both times I received jalapenos so I called and let them know that this is the second time I got jalapenos this time I got only on half the pizza someone who claimed to be the manager by the name of Greg got on the phone and told me that jalapeno peppers are in Giardinier peppers I've never heard of this I bought jars and jars and jars of hot jardineros everywhere and usually there's a mix of carrots and sometimes cauliflower and celery and bell peppers and sport peppers but never have I seen jalapeno peppers in on the pizza there are no carrots there are no celery there's nothing but jalapenos this guy told me I was wrong I got what I ordered and basically I should go f*** myself then he hung up on me not once but twice and he threaten me after paying $35 for a pizza I figured I should get what I asked for and it wasn't even super thin crust the crust was thick it was it the whole thing was just god awful I will never again order from this place. read more
