Lunch C (2 ground beef tacos, rice, and beans)
    James H.

greeted immediately upon arrival, service was great, they brought out chips and salsa and a side of hot sauce. tacos had a crispy shell and fresh ingredients, the ground beef wasnt very flavorful but overall tacos were decent. I would be aware that happy hour for food is from 3-6pm despite the signage outside the door saying 11-6pm we had issue with this as we were charged full price for an appetizer and found that out! very misleading but management did refund the difference once we realized the issue. overall it was a great vibe, nice music and ambiance. staff was helpful and kind.

Arrived on a Saturday at about 1:30pm, we were greeted and seated immediately. Short time later we were served chips and salsa. Pro tip: The habanero hot sauce is only serve if requested. Give it a try if you like it hot! We both ordered the lunch steak fajitas, swap the rice for mixed vegetables. And my friend requested a dairy free plate, so refried beans were swapped for whole pinto beans. The decor is rustic with lots of stone and tiles adding a pop of color. Food was delicious although seems the portions were smaller than in the past. Still a good value and definitely look forward to returning and sharing my next experience at Nando's! Recommend!

Enchiladas Del Mar are by far the best thing on the menu, give it a try next time you're there. The salsa and chips are always so good, but my only complaint is that they are pretty hit or miss, sometimes they will be stale or and broken. I've definitely preferred this location over the Gilbert one lately. (See my other review lol)

Truly the worst experience we have had in a long time!!! We had a reservation for party of 10 people to celebrate a birthday. We were seated right at 5 pm and we had all arrived at the same time. Our server Samantha P. took a good 40 minutes before she even took our order, which was very frustrating. When our food finally arrived at almost 6:05 pm, half the food was luke warm and had obviously been sitting. My husband had ordered the chile verde, which came with only 3 little cubes of meat. He complained and they rectified this by bringing a separate bowl for him. Our drinks were all empty by then and we had to flag her down for refills. Our bill was $270.29 and they had automatically included a $42.20 tip, because we were a large group. Honestly, the service was not deserving of a tip like that. I suppose she knew she was automatically getting a good tip & was therefore not making a big effort. We have been to this restaurant many times before over the last several years, but if this had been our first experience, we would never go back! Way to ruin somebody's birthday!

    Bar area. Deconstructed Nachos

If you don't like this place we can't be friends. I would choose Nando's over most of my friendships anyways. Maybe I don't even need friends, I just need Nando's. The food is delicious and everything you could ask for from a Mexican restaurant. The margs are amazing. The nachos can turn around anyone's bad day. And don't get me started on the service and happy hour! Ok I'll get started. I went during happy hour and I'm fairly sure they never heard about inflation, because their prices were from pre 2020. The bartender Bob was also the best, guiding me to order deconstructed nachos which would be perfect leftovers (unfortunately I ate them all so no leftovers). Also the atmosphere is great, especially with the nice weather the patio is perfect

    Mexican pizza no meat

I had never eaten at Nandos and in all honesty, I was pretty surprised. I had the bean tostada and cheese enchilada. Also shared a Mexican pizza, it was all really good. My friend had the red beef chili and it looked authentic (it's kind of rare to see the beef in chunks rather than shredded, like most restaurants serve now) he said it was good. It's a pretty busy restaurant but we were seated fairly quickly. The only downside we experienced was that we were sat in a booth which was serviced by the bartender. He was pleasant but was very busy so I was hard to get napkins, our bill, etc Overall it was a good experience with yummy food. Definitely recommend

Is the pasta dish very spicy? I am a wimp when it comes to spice so I tend to not order anything that indicates spicy.

Request it not spice and it will come that way. Better yet order the polo Rico. Not spicy and loaded with chicken breast. Thank me later.😋

The nachos ended up being the star of the night. They were loaded, flavorful, and very satisfying. There was plenty of food and they were more than enough for both of us to share. My husband ordered the burrito and finished it pretty quickly because it was on the smaller side. After that we both ended up just sharing the nachos and we were completely full. Since this was a delivery order I cannot speak to the dine in atmosphere or service, but the food was packaged really well and everything arrived intact and still fresh. Nothing was soggy and the portions held up well for delivery, which I always appreciate. The nachos were definitely the highlight and something I would absolutely order again. I heard that there are new owners which makes sense. All the old workers are gone along with the welcoming atmosphere and delicious food we had come to know and love. On our last visit, some in our party got birria tacos and they all came with decently sized chopped bones in them! When we told the server about it, there was no apology - he actually said that is how they make it?!?!? Let me get this straight, you put choking hazard sized bones in your tacos and don't tell anyone to watch out for them? I've included pics and video so you can see what I am talking about. Tacos are my favorite food on the planet and I've had birria tacos at many, many places (including Mexico) and have never encountered multiple bones in any kind of taco for that matter. Unfortunately their carnitas tacos are dry and flavorless. The Super Taco is still pretty good (no bones), but this and our recent experiences here are making us cross this place off of our rotation going forward. Tortas, thanks for the memories, it was a helluva run, pero no mas.

My wife can be pretty particular when it comes to carne asada, so she was a little hesitant when I suggested we share it. After a few bites, she couldn't get enough! The carne asada was flavorful, tender, and clearly high quality, and the burrito itself was packed with great ingredients and balanced flavors. The added guacamole was the perfect finishing touch. As much as we loved the burrito, Espo's has become a go-to spot for our family because of their Taco Tuesday special. Their 10-taco plate for around $12 is an incredible value, especially for families. We love that you can mix and match between carne asada, carnitas, ground beef, chicken, and shredded beef, making it easy to get something everyone will enjoy. The restaurant also has that fun, authentic hole-in-the-wall feel while still being a well-established local favorite. It's the kind of place that locals know and love for good reason. They offer a nice self serve topping bar that includes a generous selection, three sauces, pickled red onions, cabbage, lettuce, limes. Freshly made corn tortillas give the tacos a home made flavor. Although the tacos are small, sharing 10 provided a satisfying meal for us. They have table inside and on the patio. We opted for the patio as it was nice weather. Mexican music played in the background was pleasant and set a relaxing mood on the patio. Highly recommended!
