I doubt a company is selling a product that come different every single time .. or the Other excuse was " sometimes they come folded in the box differently making it harder to install " i was told one hour, it took nearly 8 hours. After calling and hearing your truck will be ready in 35 mins, I showered up 2 hours later only to wait in the lobby another 50 minutes. Now I have I to go get it uninstalled for a refund, wasting Even more of my time .. what a horrible experience. Pretty sure I see marks on my truck as well, near the install area that weren't there before . I will be video documenting every inch of my truck before putting it in their hands again for another " hour"

First price quoted for it was $157.65, after telling him nothing wrong with my battery, he proceeded to throw my battery away so if I wanted to drive away, had to buy battery from him for $170.00 now!! Turns out battery was stolen with a date on it if 4/25. Working with Daniel at Muldoon O'Reilly's, can't find where battery was ever purchased, so not only is s he a liar, but a thief and hopefully not employed there anymore after 5/7/26 when I was given a free replacement battery by Daniel!!

I stopped by Six Robblees'inc on Old Seward after trying to fix it at home. A young man named Cody jumped up and helped us out--at no cost!! He was quick, efficient and kind. He didn't mind my son watching so that we could learn from him. He had a cheerful, friendly disposition and knew what he was doing. Thank you Six Robblees and thank you Cody!!! The young man there was so very helpful and showed me which blade I needed and even how to replace it. He said I should keep the original for emergencies. I went on my way out of town and my ABS light came on so I stopped at the Tesoro near the Palmer oreillys and the young lady there said that I should check with so and so at oreillys next door if I was unsure about needing brake fluid because I had been lingering at the auto stuff awhile looking confused. I did go next door and the guy was just like my own dad and checked and made sure everything was up to par and put the fluid in even tho he said I probably didn't need it, and explained ABS to me... he went out of his way to be helpful, once I said I was traveling to Tok alone. I truly appreciate customer service like this because it's very rare. Offering advice and tips to make the fixes easier. Buying a battery, the boy behind the counter didn't even wait, he just volunteered to help me and brought my battery to my car without prompt. Yesterday, (I am here... A LOT) An older woman came in, and the staff went out of their way to be sure her vehicle was safe for her ride to Fairbanks (6+ hour drive) The store is smaller than some, but perfectly suiting for our small community. They have never had an issue getting what I needed, and even having to get some.in from Seattle, I still get many things the next day. My store of choice :-D
