Called 7/16 for a quote, called back 7/21 (no answer) and 7/23 (answered). On the phone, he said "next week" he could see my car and I'm like great! He says to text him my information and car troubles, so I did that same day. Didn't receive any type of communication for almost a week until today (7/30), I was still open to working with him until he offers me a slot and takes it away in less than 3 hours. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, considering he didn't get back to me for almost a week. Then he hearted the message which seemed petty. Immediately my husband knew there was an issue with the rotors, so we took the car back. We asked for confirmation about our rotors and their status. They claimed they were fine.
