Not only did the staff try three different brands to get me back on the road during a rainshower...they actually installed them in the parking low for free. Above and beyond. Large off street parking lot. Big metal trash cans for you to dump your old parts in, too. They have staffers who know where each item is, and if they don't have an item in stock, they call right then and try to get it sent to the store same day. To top it off, their parts delivery vehicles wear NAPA baseball caps. Not sure why I have always liked that, but I do. Not all parts places are the same. Go to NAPA and know you're getting solid service and quality parts.

If you're a AAA member, don't forget to show your card for a 10% discount on most items. Really the only problem I've ever had was with the Napa brand wiper blade "Curve." It was supposed to curve and hug you windshield, but for whatever reason, they never worked. But their "Vista" line is much better!

While out running around like a crazy person to prepare for my daughter's out of town soccer…read moretournament, we got a flat tire :( I brought it here fully expecting to pay and arm and a leg and wait a million years to get it fixed. This store exceeded any and every expectation I had for this inconvenient situation. The manager, Todd, is amazing and showed compassion, and a true interest in helping me the best he could. Todd made every effort to save me time and money, and made sure we were taken care of during our wait as well. We will be new regulars here for any of our auto service needs!

Maybe I went in with different expectations with "The Napa Know How" and all!...however when I did…read morewalk in getting help from an associate was painful. I brought my car manual in with me and thought they'd certainly be able to help me from there. He offered very little advise in helping me make the proper fuse selection for my vehicle and had to google it myself. Long and short, Autozone is literally across the street and they'll come out to the car and offer as much help as possible. Not sure what made me change my mind on giving Napa a try this time, but certainly never again!

Went to here to recycle used motor oil, something I thought was something every auto parts store…read morewas required to accept. I was told, we don't take used oil here, the city won't let us. Anyway, now I have to make another trip and it certainly won't be to come here again.
