They've got a great attitude, and if you're a car guy this is one of the few places where you will be understood and know from the beginning that you belong... There's always a kabillion different things going on in there, and the quality of work on their finished cars is absolutely astounding. If you need engine work done on your 'rod.... If you need fabrication work done.... Hell, if you want him to restore that rusting heap of garbage in your barn out back... He can do that, too. I've seen some pretty amazing things done at this place, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him so long as you've got the money to burn. That's the only place I can ding him... We are retired- we live in Palm Desert, CA and summer in Dublin, OH. Go Bucks! The generator in our motorhome wouldn't start and needed the 500-hour service. Nick Platounaris checked me in quickly and explained what they would do. Nick called me the next day and told me the grounding strap had deteriorated and wasn't providing a ground for the generator. Two days later the motorhome was finished- new grounding strap and the 500-hour service completed. The paperwork was very clear with what was done, and the generator is operating like it did when new. The Cummins facility in Hilliard is very clean and organized. It is also a huge facility, and very busy. I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, and it wasn't cheap, but the end result was great. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my motorhome.

(Because of past experiences) I was Told it was, I asked gal for estimated time of completion, she told me she would have someone from shop call me back with status, no one returned call. I had to call them back next day Thursday only to find out , I was lied too it was sitting in shop, Its not been worked on they had to pull service guys to another vehicle because they are down techs per Dante. Since they are down techs they have no idea when the work will be complete. Poorly managed shop, poor communication and long process and procedures just to get truck into service! My hands are tied and this is now affecting my small business. I would not recommend this business unless you have time to just let your vehicle sit for long periods. I'm Finding out much of the calls go to a call center where the people I have talked too have no clue on the reality of status.... Make sure you are talking to someone that actually has a clue. I hope this review will merely serve as a way to better improve customer relations and change the way call center employees handle calls. The call center employees apparently don't truly know what is happening in shop. They mislead and mishandled their communication with myself and this makes Cummings service look incredibly bad. I hope this problem gets fixed in the future!

I called to speak with the manager Dave and he apologized and asked what he could do to make it right I said he could pay for a detail because the smell was so bad. Dave agreed gave me the number to a detail shop right beside his company, I called Ed and asked what he recommended he suggested a full detail of the inside. I called another detail company which stated the same suggestions. When I arrived for my detail I was informed that Dave gave a $50 budget as he didn't want to pay for a full detail however I wasn't made aware of this until my appointment on Saturday of course when Reynoldsburg Car Care company was closed, I will never go back for anything or recommend anyone! DON'T SMOKE IN MY CAR!
