When I asked why the work was done, the lady behind the counter said, "I don't know, I just started my shift." She gave me a lot of attitude and finally went and talked to the mechanic. They both couldn't figure out why the work wasn't done and told me to come back the next day. When I asked why they didn't bother to call me and let me know that they found a defective TPMS sensor, I was told their employees are not trained to make those types of phone calls. This is incompetence on a whole other level.
