Great to have another choice in my area for parts, pieces, and automotive sundries. The few times I've been in have been straight forward, simple, easy in and out. Greeted with a hello most of the time but each time has I've been helped by happy staff. It's not very often I need a special tool for a specific purpose. Some of the other parts houses around have tool loaner programs but my experience has been that the tool I need is missing or already loaned out. I with 3 friends had broke down after rounding the corner at the Crossroads shopping center. A nice young woman appeared out of nowhere and offered her help. She was on her way to work and saw us drift to a stop. She said "Hello, "can I help you?" My name is Naomi I work at Auto Zone in the corner of this shopping center. We were having battery issues but we're in 2 cars, we just had to jump it. All 4 of us were stunned, random acts of kindness are few and far between. She should be commended for being such a caring and kind person she is an amazing employee and brand ambassador even not on the clock! Her exceptional kindness on her own time will never be forgotten. She pointed to her location in the shopping center and said if we need anything just walk over. Went in for some oil change supplies. Whole staff had their masks pulled under their noses, some took them off when customers were far enough. A customer came in with no mask, and was chatting up a staff member. Staff was super disorganized and took calls while helping me, didn't end up having what I needed. Would not recommend if you have any concern for your health. read more

This place has fantastic customer service. My car's battery died, so I had my housemate help me jump my car and drove over here to get a new battery. The salesperson was a veteran and extremely helpful. He talked me through the process and helped me decide on the best value battery to buy. Then he installed it for me, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that because I have no clue how to do any of that. Down on my luck, I somehow got my 2002 beetle to this heaven sent place with a completely dead battery in the middle of an intersection. I was helped immediately even though the site of a sweaty crying anxiety ridden 23 year old is rather off putting. They charged my battery and checked my alternator which was bad lol sat outside till 8pm fixing my car and they even brought us waters. I had a less than pleasant experience here earlier. Stood around patiently waiting for the cashier and customer to chat for about 10 mins before i was helped. No "I'll be right with you" or anything like that. Told the cashier i needed a headlight, he pulled up some, recommended some 65 dollar headlights, I told him i just needed a basic headlight and that was all I could afford ($21). He grabs them for me, says "I've never sold this kind before...I don't recommend them." And on the way out he tells me "don't work too hard on putting the light in." Okay so #1. He assumed I had no clue what I was doing. #2. He totally tried to rip me off on some fancy "asshole bright" headlights, his words, not mine. I just need a headlight so i don't get pulled over! And no, I don't know what I'm doing, and I don't have a man in my life to help me. So thank you very much, this was the most unpleasant sexist experience I've ever had. read more

I needed a new battery this morning so I called Auto Zone. Jesse answered and I told him what I needed. He quickly found the battery I needed and got my information so he could hold it for me. When I went in Jesse was there to greet me and remembered me calling and got the battery I needed. He went right out and first tested my battery before selling me a new one. He then proceeded to take the old one out and put the new one in at no extra charge! He took his time, was very careful to not force the old one out in any way.
