When you walk up, there's a very cute patio area, good signage, and the ambience is clean, inviting and tropical I rate this section of 4.8/5. The service was absolutely incredible. I was engaged with by multiple staff, the lady at the register, taking my order was so friendly, so sweet and very encouraging with the different dishes that I wanted to try the waiter made sure that I knew that there were specials on the wall and that if I had any questions at all, they were willing to help and answer. But my favorite was they encouraged me to bring my dog because there was a gentleman sitting in there with a service dog, and when I asked about it, they said service dogs were welcome, which immediately warmed my heart 5/5 for service. Now let's move onto the food... this place has quite a vast menu, they even do a little bit of Asian fusion. I ordered the prawn tostada de ceviche, a white wine, shrimp taco with beans and rice, and the Asian veggies, spring rolls. The star of the show, was absolutely the prawn ceviche!! talk about super fresh and organic ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and there were massive huge chunks of prawns in the ceviche. It was absolutely phenomenal and the tostada shells they served with it came with two and they were perfectly fried how I like... HARD 4.8/5. Next is the white wine shrimp taco! The flavor and cook of the shrimp in the taco was phenomenal, that belongs in pasta, on tacos, in a Poboy, and anything else that shrimp can be in that white wine should be in, 4.9/5. The beans were a little bland for me, but when mixed with the rice (very very delicious), they hit perfectly, so much so that you can tell that the reason why they don't overseas the beans is because they expect people to mix it with the rice and I actually appreciated that it wasn't overly seasoned with the rice and so that gets 4/5 for me. Now for the spring rolls, as an Asian person who does a lot of Asian cooking, it was nice to see that the egg rolls were properly and appropriately fried, the crisp was good and they were cooked all the way through. That being said, the inside was missing that umami flavor that typically comes from Asian cooking, but this could be easily corrected with a pinch of salt or soy sauce, and some vinegar, still good, but just not fully on brand for an Asian veggie spring roll, I give this a 2.8/5. Overall, I rate this establishment a 4.4/5!

While talking with them, I got the sense that they put a lot of thought into their food. They had three distinct sauces, and everything felt genuine rather than forced. I had heard about Alabama white BBQ sauce before but had never tried it, so ordering the Bama Chicken Sandwich was an easy decision. My partner got the ribs, and we shared a side of potato salad. The Bama Chicken Sandwich was a hit with both of us. The ribs were also excellent: tender, moist, and full of flavor. I've had a lot of BBQ over the years, and this was definitely some of the best. I checked their Facebook to get their location today and took a day trip from Dublin up to Napa. My girlfriend got the Wood Oven Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich. It came on a really good fresh roll (I believe a french roll). The mozzarella was fresh and the chicken was juicy and succulent. It was outstanding! I got the Curried Chicken and Vegetable Sandwich. The chicken curry was perfectly spiced, and again, everything was freshly bought and made. The pomegranate-nectarine chutney on top went perfectly with the sandwich. It's the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Both sandwiches came with a great arugula salad tossed in a white wine dressing. I talked with the 2 guys that run the truck for a bit.
