NEVER order from this Wingstop. This is by far the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. The only person who was actually helpful was the young woman working at the front. I placed an order through the Wingstop app and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told my order wasn't in their system. I showed them my confirmation email, but the older gentleman in the back kept asking if I had the correct location--even after seeing the confirmation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they repeatedly told me they couldn't make my order because it wasn't showing in their system. They even asked for a receipt, despite my confirmation email clearly showing my order details and payment method. I asked to speak with the manager. After explaining everything, his response was simply, "I don't know. You'll have to call customer service. Maybe it was a system error." I asked, "So Wingstop is just randomly sending customers order confirmations and telling them their food is ready when no order exists?" His only response was, "Yeah... I don't know." To make matters worse, when I asked for the customer service number, no one could even provide it. At that point, I had already paid for my food and wasn't leaving without a resolution. Thankfully, the young woman at the front took the initiative to call the owner. Within minutes, the owner confirmed that my order was in their system the entire time. Suddenly, they were able to make my food. The issue wasn't the app--it was the complete lack of competence and problem-solving from the staff and manager. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled is what matters. Instead of investigating or trying to help, they dismissed me, gave me the runaround, and acted like it wasn't their problem. This Wingstop is also partnered up next-door with an Einstein bagel shop. I noticed they had a 20 wings for $20 special online which had me coming here. Despite having two dining tables inside, this is more of a to go operation. My walk-in order only took 15 minutes. As for the wings, I don't really recommend the boneless ones because they're previously frozen and too salty. I have to admit I was surprised after they ran my card that the tip screen was not there to greet me. Staff behind the counter were busy, yet friendly. Definitely worth a trip back. Unsanitary Serving food from the side door & going back & forth opening the outside door that's dirty cause they locked & closed the front door early at 11pm when online it says they close at 12am thinking I could go inside but I couldn't go inside to grab napkins or anything, then another customer comes & they open the front door for them, what kind of service is that. Wing stop employees gotta do better, Napa wing stop is the worst might as well close this place down if the service is going to be that bad. Everything has been great, I'm a frequent customer until tonight. I paid for 2 extra ranches; did not have them in my bag. I went to ask for them since I had paid for 2, they gave them to me, then I was chased outside. The employee went through my bag and didn't see them. Didn't even apologize after realizing it was their mistake. Literally chased me outside; for 2 ranches.... That I had paid for.. Tilted the bag and oil spilled all over. Sad. I was so excited to see that a wingstop was coming to my town. That excitement quickly diminished due to the prices of their items compared to the American Canyon Shop 10 minutes away. I would much rather drive a bit more for a better price. I have given this place enough tries to give it an honest review. Food is a hit or miss here so you have to take your chances. Food may come out hot, cold, or lukewarm. Service also varies here. Most of the time, the workers seem so stressed and just seem dismissive toward the customers. I've had once good and by good I mean normal as expected experience here. I've given them three attempts since the first experience went ok and every time something has gone wrong. I've had orders not the right flavors. I've had orders missing pieces. I've had orders I didn't place because the website/app was glitching. Decided to give this place a try because we were excited that they are in Napa and we don't have to travel to American Canyon (sadly after my order I would have rather traveled to AC). We ordered the 75 piece bundle you get the 5 sauces so I split the 75 by 5 and got 15 wings per sauce. When the ordered arrived I got 3 sauces (probably should have counted the wings because they probably shorted us) honestly they probably just gave us the wrong order as I traded each fry order for the corn as the fries would get cold and soggy. Guess what? We received only one order of cold soggy fries and no corn. Also ordered 4 ranch dressing and 2 blue cheese and we received no blue cheese. Unless this is corrected we will never order from the Napa wingstop again as paying almost 200 on a meal and not getting it right is really irritating. Made the mistake of coming here after seeing all the bad reviews, and hoping our experience would be better. It wasn't. Halfway through eating, I found a LIVE bug in my French fries that crawled out from underneath the pile of fries. Disgusting. I arrived at 1pm expecting a wait. The gentleman up front was very kind and took my order of 20 boneless wings and voodoo fries. After I paid, he told me it would be a 40-minute wait. Definitely long enough that a warning should be given ahead of time. So I waited. When my name was called, I was given my food. I asked if there was ranch in the bag and was informed they were out of ranch. As Wingstop is well known for their ranch, a heads-up during the ordering process would have been nice as I probably wouldn't have eaten there. I go home to open my food and discover the real issues. Of the 3 flavors I ordered, 1 was correct. The other 2 boxes contained 7 plain boneless wings, and the final box contained a bowl of bbq sauce. After a bit of prodding, i found the 7 wings in there. My "Voodoo Fries" were also missing the Cajun seasoning. That wouldn't have been the worst thing ever if the fries were even edible. They were so undercooked that it felt like they were cooked by pouring hot water over some frozen fries. They had barely more structure to them then pudding. I understand this location just opened up, and there are going to be some growing pains while they figure out staffing and inventory. I will most likely give this place another shot in a couple of months when the hype has settled a bit. I will update my review then. In the meantime, I would avoid this place. read more

I placed an order online on 7/19, a week after opening. I placed my order online at 8:20PM, and we didn't receive our order until 10:25PM. I understand that this is a new restaurant; however this is completely unacceptable when the website tells you your order will be ready in 16-20 minutes. They had nobody working the front counter, so the only way to know if your order was ready was to wait until they called your name, which causes confusion and frustration when you are waiting hours for your food. They had people asking for refunds, because orders had already been paid for and they got tired of waiting. It was an absolute zoo inside. When we finally received our food, they had no ice in the drink machine, and our soda was warm. They also forgot our corn, but we refused to go back there. The "boneless wings" I had were so so small, it looked like popcorn chicken, or even smaller. McDonalds has chicken nuggets bigger than what I had received. On top of that, everything was cold.
