Following our wine tasting, my husband and I saw an advertisement - Bourbon Latte. I'm always down to try something unique, at least to me. I was curious to taste the composition of flavors the bourbon latte had potential to bring. Inside, we were immediately greeted with a 'welcome in' and friendly smile. The cashier was prompt to take our order - large bourbon latte ($10). The latte was available as iced and hot. The cashier shared the hot version highlighted the bourbon greater than iced, so hot it was. The drink arrived promptly. The composition of the bourbon latte was perfection, well balanced espresso selection to complement and highlight the bourbon flavor. The drink was insane - amazingly delicious. I was sad when it ended, that good! The store itself is a unique shop offering a selection of uniquely flavored vinaigrettes, espressos, small bites, trinkets along with additional merchandise. If I were a local, Napastäk would be routine my day included. Indoor and outdoor seating was available to stay a while. read more

We wanted to grab a quick matcha and coffee before heading to the Napa Valley Wine Train so this location was perfect! My husband got a bourbon latte which was very good; he said it kinda reminded him of a Vietnamese coffee due to the sweetness! I got a huge Kyoto matcha latte sweetened with lavender. The outdoor seating was perfect and lovely on a beautiful day. Only downside was my matcha took super long to come out for whatever reason so I was waiting for quite some time even though my husband got his latte quick. TERRIBLE MATCHA and the service was even worse - no smile and a stank ass attitude while she was just on her phone at the register (the seemingly mixed looking woman with curly hair. I noticed there were other reviews of the staff being rude and I wish I listened). There's always rumors about napa being racist/prejudice so it's hard to feel like I can't get good service if i'm not blonde and pale especially from a cashier who is also a person of color...She seemed to be so preoccupied with other matters instead of..her job? Worst $11 of my life. There's not a lot of great matcha places in all of 707 (Benicia, Vallejo, Fairfield, etc) and this experience had to be the most expensive and least inviting..with the least flavoring. Right in the heart of downtown Napa, this is a nice place to grab a drink as you walk around the area (not that much seating available). I got their Kyoto Matcha Tea with oat milk and it had pretty good matcha flavor! Not overpowering and good balance with the amount of milk. Service was quick and friendly. Stumbled upon this cute coffee shop while staying at the Andaz. Their menu looked delicious. How unfortunate we were unable to try anything, because no one greeted or acknowledged us. The entrance where the menu is wasn't the ordering counter and many patrons came in after us, so the line was growing. We made direct eye contact with the two beautiful employees there to which none said hello or hi or explained where to order. We were so excited to try their wonderful offerings however rude baristas is so off putting. Napa is regarded on being friendly and this was the worst experience we've had on the whole trip. But not to fret, the lovely Starbucks down the street was so friendly and greeted us immediately. read more

Excellent service, the baristas are so kind and accommodating. I originally ordered the San Francisco Fog but it turned out watery so I was offered another drink. The barista suggested the Bourbon Iced Latte. Absolutely delicious. Has a slightly Smokey honey taste, almost like a toasted toffee. Definitely a must try! Such a cute little boutique shop with coffee and wine tasting. I came in for some coffee. While I was placing the order I got distracted by the pastry case so I also got a mini chocolate croissant. The cappuccino is decent. I love the little chubby cup it comes in. Very cute. The mini chocolate croissant is from Winston's. It's a little bit oily and dense. But bad but I've had better~ Service is friendly and good. The shop is beautifully decorated. I think it would be a fun place to do some tasting so I definitely wanna come back for that. read more

Do not go here for matcha. I ordered the Kyoto Matcha with sweetener, and it straight up tasted like milk with vanilla sweeter. It was such a pale color of green and I did not taste any matcha whatsoever - and this is coming from someone who often tries various matcha places in the Bay Area and is used to amazing matcha like Academic coffee. In fact, your staff were rude and dismissive and acted like I was a bother, despite my ALWAYS friendly disposition. Perhaps be better instead of dismissive. Me and my boyfriend was looking all over for somewhere to eat but all the restaurants was closed so they could transfer to dinner, we walked by this place and luckily decided to go in they have sandwiches pre made which was shockingly good I say this cause normally I'm not a big fan of premade sandwiches but man this one was sooooo good. We also got drinks, I got the earl grey iced and my boyfriend got the peach iced tea (I forgot the actual name sorry ) both are amazing! Leaving this review here because I just witnessed the most appalling customer behavior, a large, obnoxious, and entitled family was blocking the door way. I witnessed one of the younger female worker (who looks VERY young, if she didn't have tattoos and piercings you would have thought she was a minor.) ask to keep the door/walkway clear for people to enter and exit safely because they all clearly had air in their heads. Then a rude, assumably Spanish because his lisp, old man (one who looked most likely to expire soon) then tried to berate her for setting kind and polite boundaries as businesses and people need to work together. Then a botched thing (assuming his daughter because she had sun damage) came up and the worker politely (way too politely) reiterated it was for safety and business practices. Then as I was departing two more used carpets came in and asked for her name and threatened a bad review, well maybe review your social etiquette and decorum when out of the house! As for the drinks and food, BEYOND TASTY and worth the value IMO. The seasonal drinks are always the best and I can't stress what a tasty fun place this is, bring your family!! (Just don't be rude and entitled, nobody cares you're a customer with an atrociously horrible attitude!) read more

A quaint, whimsical and beautiful shop on First street in Napa. Did you know that Napastäk means rabbit in Armenian? It's an epicurean boutique that serves up delicious coffee and wine. There are oodles of other foodie delights to peruse through at the shop. It was cold outside on a drizzling December morning, so we selected the specialty drink of bourbon latte. Chefspresso and the House blended bourbon syrup! No alcohol in the drink : ). Our barista was bright and cheerful and informative. This shop takes you to another place while your sipping your delicious latte and looking at all the items they have. We will return! read more

Anytime I see anything Armenian-owned, I will stop by to show support. I visited a lot of great spots while out in Napa and this was one of them. It's a super cute shop that offers coffee, wine, and lots of cute merch. I enjoyed the drink I got but I must say I was disappointed with the service. The two girls working were distracted and talking to each other. I asked them for suggestions on a couple of things both drink and merch related and they seemed eager to give me a short answer just so they could go back to talking to each other. It was my last day there and and I'm sure the owners are lovely and I would've been glad to be able to meet them, but overall, I'm just happy I was able to at least stop by. While picking up a snack with my toddler daughter, I experienced terrible customer service at Napastak. In deciding what snack to buy my daughter, I asked the young woman taking orders (blonde highlights, hoop earrings, black sweatshirt) a few questions about the pastry selection. With each question, the woman responded in the least helpful way possible (saying as little as possible with the most unfriendly tone). I was shocked by her responses, and I could tell she was annoyed by my questions. All I wanted was to learn about the selection to pick out a nice treat for my daughter, but I was met by a grumpy attitude.
