This place was not a fave of mine but I am a very big foodie. At Naples flatbread we all got sandwiches . Bad move. Four were horrible and onE was wretched. The bread was soggy . The chicken caprese was great. The best of the five. And by best I mean not the worst thing I've my grandma and I have tasted. Was going to Ford's but the wait was too long. Tried Naples Flat bread and an alternative. Turned out to be a good move. Good food and a nice atmosphere. Flatbread are good but the burger was unreal. They wrapped the burger in pizza dough which keep all the juices inside but didn't get soggy. A must try for any burger lover. A different concept that really worked out. The wings on the other hand would be a pass, they cook them in the pizza oven but they just are not done enough. Drinks were on point. Overall, I would still recommend a visit. read more

Located at the front entrance to Miromar Outlets and in an area where you can watch and listen to local artists. The food is fresh, cooked well, and has great seasoning. The meatball appetizer is delicious and comes with hearty portions of ricotta cheese and pita bread. The southwest salad is littered with fresh avocados and crunchy strips of tortilla chips. This by far is the best place to eat. Great value for the food & portions and everything was delicious. We ordered the Turkey avocado wrap & the key west burger with flatbread instead of bun. The turkey avocado wrap was flavorful, refreshing and overall a great combination of flavors. The burger was really enjoyable & so different in the flatbread -- beware it will be hott because it's cooked in the flatbread but if you like dense bread or pizza do yourself a favor and try the flatbread bun swap. It also is served with guacamole and it's one of my favorite guacamole's I've ever had. We'll definitely be back soon because we're local but I would recommend to locals too vacationers 10/10 would recommend. PS This is the one in Mercato I was contemplating whether to write this review or not, but since I did end up getting very sick from it, I thought maybe they need to be more careful/sensitive of people that don't eat meat. This happened couple of weeks ago. I am a Hindu, so beef is considered holy and I also don't eat meat. I told my server to get me the burger with the veggie patty. When the patty came in, it was beef patty. I have never eaten beef in my life before, so didn't realize it until I ate it, I took a few bites since I couldn't figure what the taste was and was wondering if this was the Beyond Meat patty. She said she is sorry and that the chef messed up. And got my order right the second time. However, the damage was already done. They didn't even bother removing it off of the check. What made me angrier was how casually they passed this off like it was not a big deal. I got sick from eating the patty within a couple of days. My stomach does not process red meat, I am allergic to it. YOU GUYS NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL !!!! Some of us can't do meat and get sick from consuming it. I posted this review this morning "We came here around 5PM to take advantage of the happy hour, and the place was dead. No hostess and the waitress sat us inside as it was quite cold on the patio and the tables were strewn around and a big mess. So asked our server for the happy hour menu and she disclosed you have to sit on patio or at bar. Being that my elderly mother and young daughter were on the way, we asked if they would allow us to make an exception and remain seated in the dining area, and order the half off happy hour apps, as we were placing a dinner order off the regular menu and had drinks. Manager unbelievably, flat out said NO and that we had to move. Mind you the place was nearly empty, with a man at the bar and another occupied table, and place was swimming with staff. So we told the waitress we were leaving and went elsewhere as it was so rude and unaccommodating on the part of the manager, who didn't even have the decency to come over to our table and explain why" AND THE PATHETIC MANAGER RESPONDED AS FOLLOWS: "Comment from Ralph D. of Naples Flatbread and Wine Bar Business Owner 11/29/2018 We did seat Cheri and her guest at one of our inside cocktail tables to take advantage of our deeply discounted appetizers. There was no mention of any additional guests (elderly mother or young daughter). Like most restaurants that have bar/patio specials, they were free to have cocktails, bar specials, and half price appetizers at these cocktail tables (inside) and move to a dining room table afterwards if they preferred. Would not have normally responded to this, but don't appreciate when guests like to take shots and call us "dead" and "empty" at 5pm when most restaurants are "quiet". If they prefer to come to a busy restaurant, then they could have come one hour later at 6pm when we were full! There is a reason we are a top rated restaurant in every market we serve, and it is because we DO accomodate our guests and we see them come back over and over again: SO IN RESPONSE TO THIS FALSITY: We sat at a booth, (not a cocktail table/high top), and my mother and daughter arrived while we were still seated there..Manager NEVER came by our booth or even looked our way... completely lying...At the booth we were told by the red-head waitress that we could not take advantage of any happy hour options...Why would I lie...Look at all of my past reviews, I am not out to create a problem when there is none...So maybe Mr. Busniess Mgr. you should invest more time in accommodating your guests vs. going on Yelp to fight with them when you do not like a review....Or better yet, approach them and explain your reasonings when they are still in your restaurant instead of turning into a nasty keyboard warrior! read more

Great food and awesome drink specials! Naples Flatbread is a crowd pleaser! I was excited to get back to dining in restaurant and the staff here are all taking every precaution to help their guests social distance and keep the experience sanitary. Hand sanitizer is delivered by a staff member after your table is seated, all staff members are wearing masks, flatwear is wrapped in plastic, tables sanitized after guests leave and all who are dining are spread out. We've enjoyed Naples Flatbread several times. It's always a bit chaotic, but decent, and the self-serve taps are a fun feature, BUT, tonight we got charged for a drink we didn't have and were refused the opportunity to view our receipt. We denied one of the charges and were told we were wrong. When we stated that we hadn't had the drink we were charged for, we were ignored and the server disappeared. Over ONE DRINK this restaurant has lost our repeat business and all of the referral business we would have sent. read more

Happy hour special is 1/2 price appetizers, when ordering told waitress that was why we were there. We selected wings - which are in the starters/appetizers section of the menu. When she brought the bill the wings were full price. She checked with the owner/manager and he told her to tell us "wings don't qualify for happy hour special." I told her we took exception to that because there were no exceptions listed, and to check with him again. She was too afraid to return, another waitress brought the bill back and whewas still not price-adjusted. So this one star review was well deserved. (Probably too generous.) PS - the wings weren't even very good. They just take already baked plain wings and slather them with sauce. PSS for Ralph - even our drinks weren't happy hour discounted until we asked, it doesn't matter whether you are deceptive or your staff is careless (or in this case both), the real fact is you offered a patron a one-star experience. You are right, I won't be back, my expectation is for a five star experience at every establishment I patronize, and I only offer a one star review when my experience is beyond the pale. Since I've only reviewed a few establishments in my lifetime, you now know yours is among the worst. We were unhappy with our experience, but still spent a lot of money in your restaurant last night.
