Accidental find that worked out quite well! I was planning to meet my friend at a nearby restaurant, but we decided to checkout Napolean's instead. I stared with a cup of smoked chicken corn chowder. Very hearty soup. It was served warm, and I would have preferred it to be hotter. The fried shrimp platter had a well-seasoned breading and were a nice size. Our waiter, Marty, was a sweetheart and hard a great playful attitude. Ample free parking available in the parking lot. I would definitely return especially to hear the live music.

Delicious food and great fun when there is live music. We came to watch the bands but ended up having a delicious dinner too. My wife had some sort of Thai coconut shrimp bowl. I had the Mediterranean salmon. We enjoyed both. I love that they have Alagash White on tap too. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure how I didn't get more photos... actually yes I am. My food was so delicious as soon as it hit the table, I devoured it! We came to Napoleon's to hear Ansley Stewart. She put on an amazing performance! For my entree, I had the smoked wings in the house sauce and the bacon blue cheese tater tots. Both were amazing!!! The sauce was so good and I'm sure I was eating the wings as though I was at home eating them in private. I also shared a margarita pitcher with 2 others and it was more than enough. The restaurant is ample parking and I believe they have live music on a regular. We reserved a table ahead of time and it was perfect. I would definitely return.

First time trying this place out after driving by several times. We were looking for a laid back place that had music so decided on Napoleon's. We had the burgers which weren't bad nor great. I was shocked when I asked for mayonnaise that it came in a cup of about a tablespoon and charged $1! Who charges extra for a regular condiment!! The band was really good and had a good time. I'll be back but not going to order anything that requires a condiment.

Great food and service. Thursday's they have a live band. Watched Atlanta's own, Michelle Malone.

Napoleon's is an Italian restaurant located in a small shopping plaza in Decatur. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed the patio. The restaurant has affordable Italian staples and wine. The decor is trendy but the restaurant has a nice mom and pop vibe. We shared bottles of champagne($20-30 per bottle) and artichoke dip. The dip seemed to be freshly made, not your chain restaurant version. They have a large patio that is great for groups. There is also a music venue attached to it for life music fans. Service was great!

We had a really pleasant beer and lunch here. All the wait staff was really friendly and the food was good. The atmosphere was just what we wanted - a dark but clean and pleasant bar. It was late afternoon and the crowd was older which was nice. We will be back.

On a cold afternoon, I finally decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did. I ordered the 50/50 burger and a Caesar salad. The burger is essentially a smash-style setup with onions, bacon, two patties, and cheese. I was genuinely impressed. I didn't put it down once I started. After that, we shared an 8-inch Margherita pizza, which was the perfect size to split without feeling overstuffed. I washed it all down with their house-made lemonade, which was so good a refill felt mandatory. The service was friendly and quick. The dimly lit dining room sets a cozy tone, yet you can still catch the game on one of the many TVs. Everything felt organized and well run. I'll definitely be back. .

My girlfriend came for pizza. I believe she had a Margarita pizza maybe "beam me up Scotty" I'm not sure. I came for what I remembered to be seven lamps's old burger. Or at least something similar. My burger came with a Caesar salad which I love. I also enjoyed an old-fashioned. Our server was lovely and informative. However, my old-fashioned was yummy, but on the sweeter side. Next time, and I think there will be a next time, I will ask if they can make it less sweet. Also, the cherry was completely wrong. At least it wasn't good. I take my cherries very seriously in my old-fashioned. My burger was good and the Caesar salad was delicious. However, it just didn't hit the way that I had hoped. The restaurant was also out of Tabasco. They gave me a buffalo sauce which in my opinion was gross. I hope this restaurant finds its bold audacious way of telling the neighborhood who they are and what they offer. I feel like they're trying to figure out what the neighborhood wants. I'll give it a few months and come back. I work in the area. I was Just disappointed by the lack of WOW.

The bar/ drinks are even better. I felt like everything was a good value. For me, the starters were a high light. Arancini was the best I've ever had at a restaurant! I normally don't order it, but I'm SO glad we got it! Totally worth it! I KILL for Artichokes anywhere I can get them; these are prepared as halved hearts (larger than a canned artichoke heart, but smaller than a full artichoke, halved): with amazing and refreshing flavors that combine the whipped ricotta, seamlessly. Warning: at first taste, the cauliflower was delicious and we thought it would steal the show as the BEST dish of the night! But it does have a fishy/ sardine-y after-taste: probably something written in plain sight on the menu, that we just missed! Our service was the best part. Loved our friendly, helpful bartender/ server, Katie! We had so many questions and she knowledgeably and patiently served us, educating us on broader knowledge about pizza and even beverage/ alcohol histories! Can't wait to dine-in at the bar again.

Parking is $20 and $21 if you have to use a card. Definitely a turn off BUT the staff were nice. Once inside: greeter was amazing! Actually, all the staff were really nice. Even the owner herself came out and was very nice. The place itself was nice, but I was expecting warmer lighting like online and it didn't give the sleek, and sexy ambience. It gave, Pinterest idea coming to life on budget. Not over, not completely under. But on budget lol Nonetheless, color combos were beautiful and the seats themselves were very comfortable. The live performer did come out but she had to work her way through both the restaurant, the lounge, and karaoke I believe in the back. Now, the reason for the 3 stars - there was just not enough staff and this is truly just a tip for the owner. The staff were AMAZING. Lovely, friendly, knew their menu. Everything was perfect. BUT to have 2 servers on Valentine's Day weekend serving two restaurant/lounge establishments seemed impossible. I didn't get water until 22 minutes later. And the food took about 1.5 hours. I got the jackfruit, fried okra, and mashed potatoes. Food was good - but that wait time was just unfair to customers. As a new restaurant, it would probably be easier to have the restaurant or the lounge open at one time and then stagger the other. Or close one during certain hours. I'm not sure but it didn't seem to work well. And it's unfair to the staff because they were super nice! I did love that the hookah and drinks were on the lounge side so you weren't being absorbed with smoke - this was definitely a plus! I would definitely return, but I need to see some improvement with staffing but overall, the experience was decent.

We really appreciated the conversation. I ordered their seafood gumbo for an appetizer and the Mississippi Catfish for my entree. My husband opted for the Country Fried Chicken Biscuit. The seafood gumbo was plentiful and my husband and I shared. The roux was amazing, and the gumbo portion was just right. I loved the sausage, crawfish, crab, rice and shrimp.
