Accidental find that worked out quite well! I was planning to meet my friend at a nearby restaurant, but we decided to checkout Napolean's instead. I stared with a cup of smoked chicken corn chowder. Very hearty soup. It was served warm, and I would have preferred it to be hotter. The fried shrimp platter had a well-seasoned breading and were a nice size. Our waiter, Marty, was a sweetheart and hard a great playful attitude. Ample free parking available in the parking lot. I would definitely return especially to hear the live music.

The Flying Saucers playing some amazing surf music. Wow!!

Delicious food and great fun when there is live music. We came to watch the bands but ended up having a delicious dinner too. My wife had some sort of Thai coconut shrimp bowl. I had the Mediterranean salmon. We enjoyed both. I love that they have Alagash White on tap too. Highly recommended.

First time to this restaurant. Absolutely fantastic! Food great, service great, atmosphere great!!! Ben,the general manager was so courteous. He gave us a free piece of Oreo cheesecake!! It was so delicious. Ordered take out too!! Definitely will be back!! 5 out 5stars

I'm not sure how I didn't get more photos... actually yes I am. My food was so delicious as soon as it hit the table, I devoured it! We came to Napoleon's to hear Ansley Stewart. She put on an amazing performance! For my entree, I had the smoked wings in the house sauce and the bacon blue cheese tater tots. Both were amazing!!! The sauce was so good and I'm sure I was eating the wings as though I was at home eating them in private. I also shared a margarita pitcher with 2 others and it was more than enough. The restaurant is ample parking and I believe they have live music on a regular. We reserved a table ahead of time and it was perfect. I would definitely return.

First time trying this place out after driving by several times. We were looking for a laid back place that had music so decided on Napoleon's. We had the burgers which weren't bad nor great. I was shocked when I asked for mayonnaise that it came in a cup of about a tablespoon and charged $1! Who charges extra for a regular condiment!! The band was really good and had a good time. I'll be back but not going to order anything that requires a condiment.

Great food and service. Thursday's they have a live band. Watched Atlanta's own, Michelle Malone.

Napoleon's is an Italian restaurant located in a small shopping plaza in Decatur. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed the patio. The restaurant has affordable Italian staples and wine. The decor is trendy but the restaurant has a nice mom and pop vibe. We shared bottles of champagne($20-30 per bottle) and artichoke dip. The dip seemed to be freshly made, not your chain restaurant version. They have a large patio that is great for groups. There is also a music venue attached to it for life music fans. Service was great!

We had a really pleasant beer and lunch here. All the wait staff was really friendly and the food was good. The atmosphere was just what we wanted - a dark but clean and pleasant bar. It was late afternoon and the crowd was older which was nice. We will be back.

Our server was Robin. He was pleasant and had really good service. He told us to relax and not worry about the restaurant closing. That made us feel better. Maya and Robin told us to come back for brunch so we did. The food during during was amazing. We got the ahi tuna tacos and the edamame and shared the burger and the salad. Everything was colorful and full of flavor. There isn't one item that left us disappointed. For brunch we came back and had the tuna tacos again. My husband loved them so much he ordered them two more times. We also had the bao Benedict and the tuna toast, which came recommended by Maya. All amazing. Also try the fruit salad and the nachos! For drinks we had the cold brew martini and the Caribbean Coffee made by Jess who was also very kind. I told my husband that the good, colorful food combined with the ambience and amazing service made me feel like I was on a vacation. I love this place and have added to one of my favorites. Cheers!

The bad weather left us with a change of plans last minute from being fully outdoor to fully indoor and she went above and beyond for us. I haven't even gotten to the food and drinks yet. It was phenomenal. Absolutely incredible. My mouths watering just typing this. My girlfriend came for pizza. I believe she had a Margarita pizza maybe "beam me up Scotty" I'm not sure. I came for what I remembered to be seven lamps's old burger. Or at least something similar. My burger came with a Caesar salad which I love. I also enjoyed an old-fashioned. Our server was lovely and informative. However, my old-fashioned was yummy, but on the sweeter side. Next time, and I think there will be a next time, I will ask if they can make it less sweet. Also, the cherry was completely wrong. At least it wasn't good. I take my cherries very seriously in my old-fashioned. My burger was good and the Caesar salad was delicious. However, it just didn't hit the way that I had hoped. The restaurant was also out of Tabasco. They gave me a buffalo sauce which in my opinion was gross. I hope this restaurant finds its bold audacious way of telling the neighborhood who they are and what they offer. I feel like they're trying to figure out what the neighborhood wants. I'll give it a few months and come back. I work in the area. I was Just disappointed by the lack of WOW.

I cannot say a single thing that I was disappointed in concerning the service. They were there when I needed them, and were not, when I didn't. They offered great suggestions and were pleasant at the table. Several of the staff waited on me as I had my meal. All of them were superb. I had a very nice espresso martini to start. It was very good, but I wouldn't say it was great. Then I had a wonderful bottle of Bordeaux wine and it was also extremely pleasant to drink. My food was delicious, exciting to look at, wonderful to taste, and everything I had hoped it would be. I had the leek salad and the duck entrée. I also had some of their homemade bread and it was perfect. Everything melted in my mouth. The only thing I was ever so slightly disappointed with was it was an evening meal, I was seated along the wall, and there was no tablecloth. A small thing, but it bothered me. If you prefer a tablecloth for your evening dining, when making your reservation ask not to be seated on the wall. Once I could see again, I was able to take in the modern decor - hotel chic or art gallery without the art. A quick perusal of the menu and I was left a bit disappointed since several of the items I was banking on are no longer on the menu, new chef yada yada. So we elected for the 'bread service' and cheese. The 'bread service' was a single yeast roll, to share for two. What a joke! I get it's $5 pp but at least serve two rolls. Our server said something along the lines of sharing when the 'bread service' did arrive, which we did. And then promptly ordered another roll, to share. The cheese over a fruit bread was rich and heavy and an odd choice. The favorite dish of the evening by far was the corn agnolotti and braised lobster, it was beautiful. But, the teeny tiny agnolotti were laughable. It would have been such a complete dish if it was reasonably sized stuffed pasta. The filet was tender and perfectly prepared and came with a side of giant fries. The fries being the most unexpected proportioned item of the evening. Would have prepared a couple stalks of broccolini with the filet, and maybe still a few fries. Overall, it was a nice meal, but nothing that seared into my memory like the sudden light to dark shock of entering the establishment. We were left so meh, we opted to skip dessert altogether and explore a second location for sweets.

Sorry, future Terra Terroir patrons, that table is ours now. We'll let you use it when we're not there. ;-) Our server was very pleasant. Sorry didn't catch her name. Our dinner included the Oysters and Okra appetizer. Proof you can fry anything and make it good. But the mustard dip/sauce that came with it was excellent (I say this as a non-mustard person). My husband's entree was the scallops. He enjoyed them. I had the KC strip steak with smashed yukon potatoes and forest mushrooms with a sauce and broccolini. I was not a fan of the broccolini (a bit bitter), but the flavors /seasoning of the rest of the meal made up for it. I had a citrus and a hibiscus mocktail. Not bad, but probably would just get a Coke next time. I cannot say enough about the fresh bread and butter. Heavenly. But why only 3 slices for two people? Some describe this place as charming, but we felt the opposite; the interiors seem tired and could use some polish and updates, and most table florals were wilted. The garden area has potential, but the mix of faux plants, dated light fixtures, and inexpensive tables gives it a less refined vibe. Menu-wise, prices don't align with plating, flavor, or overall experience. Even the wine list leans heavily toward entry-level bottles rather than thoughtful pairings. On the positive side, the host greeted us warmly, and we were seated right away (only two other tables were occupied on a Thurs @ 6p). Unfortunately, service lagged after that. Our server was pleasant but offered little guidance when asked about menu highlights ("everything" was the answer), water refills were sparse, and empty plates lingered well into the next course until we finally stacked them ourselves. Food notes: * Scallop & corn fritters - 6/10 ($18). Moist and flavorful but over-fried; plating felt amateur for the price, and the sauce was thick and dull. Honestly, LaGarde & Confab down the street both do significantly better fritters for less ($11), with a better vibe * Jumbo crab cake - 6/10 ($21). Nice flavor, but again, not worth the price. (Even Chops Lobster Bar charges just a few dollars more for a far superior experience.) The jicama slaw was fresh but overly soaked in sugar water * Burger - 9/10. The highlight of the night! * Salmon - 4/10. Overcooked, overly salty, served on plain couscous with the saltiest green beans I've ever had, all topped with a syrupy blueberry sauce. * Grapefruit & pomegranate salad - 6/10. Overdressed, with too much sweetness from the pomegranate-honey vinaigrette; the grapefruit tasted canned. Grilled shrimp were cooked nicely. Not sure how this earned an OpenTable Diners' Choice 2025 badge... it wouldn't crack my top 100 spots in Atlanta. And yes, a cat ran across the rafters mid-meal.
