I had heard the murmer about how awesome this place was and knew I had to try it. We were headed to Loaded and this was next door so we popped in here first to get drinks. The menu is diverse and they had 2 drinks I was interested in (that's great because I am picky lol). I ended up with the Chocolate Mudslide. It was served with whip cream and chocolate shavings which were a bonus! The drink had plenty of alcohol, a great taste and I really liked the texture too. I was concerned the texture may be a problem for me. I will absolutely be back for another one of these drinks! Hubby ordered a beer and they asked if we would be dining. We were so they served it in a glass. I'm not sure how else it is served... I really liked the decor inside and that it is connected to Loaded, but the connection was a bit confusing. The employee said you could order for both restaurants at either and it would be brought out together but he didn't say how or offer to take our order for Loaded. So I was confused with that. ( I learned later over at Loaded that you order with a QR code and you still have to pay separately but they send it through a window to be served together). I was also disappointed that the patio is reservation only. There was no-one else there when we were there, but there was a big sign about the reservations. So we just sat and ate next door at Loaded. read more

I love Narwhals so so much and going to their St. Charles location had the same great tasting alcoholic slushies as their other location off Vandeventer in the city, just a larger space! They also having the awesome option of getting food from next door (Loaded Elevated Nachos) delivered right to your table with the same ease of QR ordering you do for the drinks. Narwhals is a fun place to grab drinks any night! I came here with friends on a Friday and we made a reservation. The reservations are only for 2 hours just so you know in advanced. The staff is friendly and rather than having waiters you order everything at your table with your phone using a QR code. The drinks also come out fast which is nice. Every drink we had was good! We also ordered some loaded nachos next door. They were also very good. read more

Absolutely love the options of flavors and the seasonal changes! I used to regularly go for trivia when in college at the midtown location and now this is one of my favorite spots to take out of town guests. These drinks are the perfect slushy texture that freeze beautifully when you get too much for take out and need to stick them in the fridge! My sister and I went to Narwhal's for a drink. We ordered the flights and were able to be seated right away. We ordered the flights and I had the banana dave, chocolate mudslide and the strawberry basil drinks! Absolutely delicious! Brought my friend here to celebrate her 21st birthday over the weekend, and we had a lot of fun. The fall flavors are lovely! I am specifically wanting to shout out one of the hostesses - I forgot you needed a table reservation (whoops!), but we were totally fine standing. A bit later she came up and offered us a table from a cancellation! It was a little thing I'm sure, but it made the night a lot sweeter for my friend's celebration. Thank you Narwhals! read more

Narwhals is a great place to have drinks. They have great seasonal frozen drinks and the ones on the menus all year around are great too. I got the salted Carmel White Russian. It was so good, it had a slight alcohol taste but wasn't over powering. It was sweet and the cartel they have is so good, it's one of my favorite Carmel's I have ever had. The drinks came out extremely fast after I ordered, this is our friends groups top drinking spot when we want to get some drinks. read more

Absolutely amazing! I wish I had pictures....but It was my 21st birthday when I went and I was having a bit too much fun. lol. My favorite menu item had to be "the flight" because it lets you get a taste of 3 different drinks. I have to say...the blueberry gooey butter cake frozen cocktail was soo delicious !! Narwhals is also connected to "loaded nachos" so you can get some yummy food during your night out. I personally loved how the restaurant worked. Very calm atmosphere with couches and comfy chairs. Then to order, you just scan the QR code!! Payment and everything is taken care of with just a few clicks. I definitely plan on going back and once I do.... I'll add my photos to the review. Ok I'll admit I had no clue as to what we were coming here for other than to get some drinks. We had just had a great lunch... And my daughter had promised her brother a flight here if he helped move her W/D. He definitely got a good deal out of that. They each got a flight.... Which is 3 small alcohol slushy drinks with fruit and whipped cream type toppings. I got a single 8 oz. Key lime pie drink. I tasted their cherry blossom and a hibiscus drink. They loved their choices and my son bought a hurricane flavored one to go in a much larger size. Wonderful atmosphere. We had a good time. For busier times they take reservations. They have both inside and outside seating. I didn't pay but this is a pricy party... But then I don't really know what drinks out cost anymore since that is not something I do anymore. This is my go-to bar for good drinks and food. I love their frozen flights and the nachos you can get from Elevated Nachos next door. The service is always great since you can place your order right at your table and it is brought to you. This was a welcome change brought on by the pandemic and I am glad they kept it. How amazing that St. Charles finally has its own Narwhal's! I came on opening day and it was packed. Great variety of frozen drinks just like at the original location in the Central West End. This is a very fun place to come hang out with friends. The service was spot on. I was able to order right away and the drink was made within 5 minutes. You can even sample a few flavors before you order them. I tried the seasonal Mayan Jungle Bird and it was too strong for what I wanted at the time but it was good. There is plenty of parking all around, and there's a parking lot in the back. There's also free parking in the parking garage by the AMC theaters. Narwhal's does not serve food but you can bring food to this place! I believe they are also looking to expand the patio area. I commend them for using reusable silicone cups instead of plastic to be more environmentally friendly. I went with my usual drink choice, the Prickly Pear Margarita. It is one of their sweeter fruity drinks, but not too sweet. Overall, a great experience and I will be back! read more

Guess who's back? Back again. Stacey's back. Tell a friend. I've got a serious problem and it's my obsession with Narwhal's. Don't tell anyone but I'm easily dropping $40 bucks here with every drive up purchase. I've had almost all of the drinks, less the mudslide because I know it's gonna be too filling. My current favorite is the strawberry frosé but I also highly recommend the Chipotle mezcal if you like spice or the banana Dave if you like bourbon. I love the variety of drinks and the sophisticated flavors. Try and stop in during happy hour for a discount. And, if you know what's good for you, always get the 24 oz., it's got the most bang for your buck! Put this on your summer bucket list. It is a must try in St. Louis. read more

Woot woot! So happy Narwhals made it to the Streets of St. Charles. I've been to the location in Midtown and never disappoint....except the one in Midtown does not have convenient parking. Im normally not a "sweets with alcohol" person, but I wanted it to keep on coming. My friends and I got the flight (comes in 3) and comes in good portion wise. I got the creamsicle, Bellini, and the watermelon. Every single one was delicious and got a good buzz out of it. Drink the watermelon first. Less sweet and the other drinks may over power the taste. Creamsicle was my favorite. Dangerous! Reasonable price! Love the adorable garnish for each drink. Beautiful presentation and not messy. Long island table (if you prefer standing), high top tables, couches, outside seating, and low top in the back. They do not have food, but PYOF is allowed. read more

Went to Narwahls after meeting up with my family and it was great. This location is more in the college area but we were already in the area so it was close. We went kind of early do was able to walk in and seat ourselves. Food is not served here so you are allowed to enrich in outside food. We did a quick order at the city foundry and brought it in. I ordered the flight so was able to try 3 different gmavir drinks. I had the strawberry peach bellini, mango margarita, and the thai Collins. I have to say the thai Collins was my favorite. It was fruity, sweet, and I could definitely taste the alcohol. I had to get a Thai con.vllins to go. This place has indoor and outdoor seating which is great. You can order over the QR code and your items come to.yjevtable in about 5 minutes. Service is great. If you are in the area give them a try. read more

Such a unique business that offers a large menu of frozen cocktails. I absolutely love the chic, nautical atmosphere of Narwhal's Crafted. There are many areas (even multiple rooms) to lounge and hang out ranging from bar stools to couches to large tables. They even provide outdoor seating with fire pits! Narwhal's doesn't have a food menu, but they offer a really unique option to make up for it. They encourage you to order delivery or take out from restaurants around the area to enjoy with your drinks. I have ordered the Mayan Junglebird, Chocolate Mudslide, Strawberry Peach Bellini, Thai Collins, and Spiked Apple Cider so far (I hope to eventually try all of the drinks)! So far, I think the Mayan Junglebird is my favorite just because I love tequila. P.S. the flight with three mini drinks makes trying more than one drink super convenient. read more

This new location is SO CUTE! Lots of indoor seating with a couple different rooms and some really great outdoor seating with firepits. Outdoor seating allows you to people watch on Main Street! I wish this place wasn't so popular; everytime we've been here in the St Charles location, it has been popping. There has been barely any room to move around inside, there have been so many people! Other than that, Narwhal's is a great spot to hang out and enjoy some sweet chilled smoothie drinks. They have limited seating and a couple high top long benches at this location. I would definitely suggest coming here early or not during a prime time because it gets extremely packed and loud! Everyone has different tastes but my personal favorites are the Chocolate Mudslide and the Strawberry Peach. We love this place, definitely will be back read more

Curbside pick-up is easy enough. Be sure to place your order on the dot of their opening if you want to pick up food on the first half hour or so. They get backed up. To go drinks may not look like those pictured... I think my most recent order was supposed to have a cherry and red coloring in it, but it was just the slush mix. Still good, though. I hate that they use styrofoam... I need to find out whether I can bring my own for them to transfer it into or something. read more

My friend and I stayed to the 5p hr and still no menu changes or drink specials per the ad. The flight i ordered was refreshing, fruity and great sizing. The flatbread pepperoni and sausage pizza were just ok. I'm not sure when the party actually started but to not be prepared and prompt is a bad look in my opinion.

It tasted more like regular sausage gravy with a heavy amount of cayenne pepper and Cajun seasoning added to it. The flavors just didn't balance well. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict. One poached egg was perfect, but the other came out over medium. That's something a trained chef normally wouldn't send out, and it made me feel like the kitchen might have a cook working the line rather than a chef overseeing the dishes. I do want to say the waitress was phenomenal. She was very attentive, friendly, and always made sure our coffee stayed fresh and hot. Her service was definitely the highlight of the visit. We will likely come back again because we know this restaurant can do better. Hopefully the kitchen can correct a few things and bring the consistency back.

Overall an amazing experience and I look forward to enjoying a full meal there next visit.
