we just came in to town and decided to make order for delivery. Wanted to try hot wings but they didn't have any so we ordered a large pizza pepperoni and sausage. They didn't have a veggie salad so I just asked if they could make a salad with just vegetables no meat or cheese on it. We got our delivery and 7:55 unfortunately sad to say the pizza was awful it was not what I had expected from the pictures I saw of the pizzas. The dough was so thick it was over cooked on top and undercooked inside we each tried one piece and left it on our plates the salad had 4 cherry tomatoes and 4 pieces of cucumbers. I called they did refund me my money on the pizza as we were only here for the night. They at least try to offer another pizza they were very nice to try to make things right. A great place to eat a fresh made pizza Hot out of the oven, while dining in the Natili Pizza Shoppe, typically with plenty of indoor seating and they can handle larger groups. Another recommendation is to try their fresh made chips as an appetizer, or served with some of their sandwiches. read more

We had large pizza, meatball hoagie and tossed salad. The meatballs were good or the same as anywhere else and we lied the sauce on the hoagie and pizza as well as the crust. My problem was it was very hard to see any cheese on both the pizza and hoagie. Considering the cost, at least put an average amount of cheese on both. No big complaint on the tossed salad, except it was a bit small and a little more lettuce cost very little. I may go back if they decide to use an average amount of cheese as the rest of the pizza was good. It's a rainy day in PA and I had the hankering for some real good pizza. I'm talking non chain small pizzeria pizza. So I stopped in Natali pizza shop for the first time and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and wing dings to go. The prices are average The server was really friendly. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my order to be completed. After driving in the rain I finally got a chance to eat my pizza. The pizza was pretty decent. The crust wasn't to thick and the pizza wasn't greasy at all. Overall a decent pizza pie. I will try one of their speciality pizzas next time. read more

My friend and I came here to satisfy our pizza cravings. "Best pizza?" he asks me, and I give him the quintessential answer, spoken like a true American, "Pizza Hut." "Oh? You'll never want to eat Pizza Hut again after this." Mmm... nope. Next time I'll go back to Pizza Hut. We ordered a large pizza with green bell peppers, onions, and bacon. There were enough green bell peppers, but it sadly needed more bacon and desperately needed more onion. The crust was okay; nothing special. Kind of bitter compared to other pizzas (but I like the sweetness to a Pizza Hut pizza crust). I ate half of the large pie, but was left hungry for something sweet (and more filling, even though it's pizza!). The sauce wasn't anything special. I can't describe the taste of the sauce because no flavors danced like a true Italian production. The pizza came out hot after about 20 minutes and $22 got us two unlimited fountain drinks and 3 toppings on a pizza. I'd say that the pricing is reasonable, and honestly the combination of affordability and free refills saved this three-star review from being a two-. I appreciate having control of the beverage machine; something so simplistic that requires moving heaven and earth in other establishments. Definitely disappointed, though, that iced tea, even plain, isn't a beverage choice. Something about tea that goes well with a pizza pie. I'd go back to this place for its value proposition; but I'll leave my pizza cravings better left to the local Pizza Hut. Here I go, being from Chicago with the best Pizza in the world, thinking I could get a great pizza in Butler PA?? Well, I looked up all the Yelp reviews and I was in town for a funeral and had to feed about fifteen people at a hotel after the Viewing. I ordered from this Pizza shoppe thinking it was the oldest and best in Butler. Not quite so. Number 1 it was a Friday Night, I called around 7:45 PM to place an order. They said they did not deliver after 8 PM on Fridays ??? That seemed strange to me but I said we would pick it up. It was an 84.00 order. I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza, A Sausage pizza, A Margarita Pizza, and a White Pizza. Also Three Cicero Salads. The Salads were small for 9.50 a piece but fresh. But the Pizza that I received were three Cheese and one Margarita Pizza. Now the crowd was hungry and ate a lot of it but not the right order and they were way overbaked, dry on the top because the cheese was baked and burnt in. I realize that I should have gone back to the restaurant but I had too many people who were hungry so we had to make do but I would not recommend this place to anyone in Butler. read more

The Pizza is certainly worth the little extra price. Typically it's about $12 versus $10 at Pizza Hut. The extra $2 is worth it, trust me!

Since Natili is a pizza hop I should have ordered pizza. Instead I ordered a hot sausage sandwich and an Italian hoagie with onion rings. Very disappointed! The sandwiches were small and lacked the flavor I expected. The onion rings were soaggie. Oh well, live and learn. read more

Tried a deluxe pizza with mushrooms, onions, banana peppers and pepperoni last night. DELICIOUS! Would recommend to anyone. The homemade dough and sauce beat out any of the big chain stores. The pizza was pretty good. Had an old fashion pizza parlor feel to it. Came in on a Friday and met the owner. The owner also had people there; that could of been family being quite loud, and seemed to give me a threatening look. I thought I was in a mafia movie for a second.
