When I brought it back after they "fixed" it you can still see the scratches on the trunk because they said they weren't going to repaint it even though THEY caused the damage. The clear coat is messed up and there is a visible spot above the wheel well where pain has run down. And the cherry on top, we went to put my license plate back in the bracket correctly because apparently that was too hard and they GLUED the screw covers onto the screws so we had to break them off. Mind you these covers pop on. So not only did they damage my car they damaged my license plate bracket as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I reversed my bmw into the top of our garage door and was feeling stupid for doing it. It was suggested that I'd be better off to replace the entire fender. But I stopped by American Way at 3:30 on a Friday and Nick took a look at it. He took my car back to the shop and within 5 minutes, he returned and had buffed out the white paint on my black car. He told me I could bring the touch up paint back to them and they would apply it to complete the job. Best of all, when I asked how much I owed him, he said "nothing". The staff were super professional and took great care in preparing the estimate and telling me how the process worked with insurance.
