They are HORRIBLE. They changed the price of my contract and asked for more money. I asked to speak with Jerry Thomas since he was in the office. He refused to speak with me. I had braces for 20months.the service was good my problem was when the braces came off i got the clear retainers paid for braces and retainer out of back.got braces off on dec 31st 2024, braces maybe 1st week in January 2025 by end of march 2025 the bottom retainer just craked and fell apart. i was unable to wear them when i called back i was told i would have to re buy them again no consideration that it was not my fault that the plastic was no good, then i asked ok can i set up to make monthly payment it was still no and the price went up.for me that was not fair and for all the time and money i payed out.i think it could at least last 6 months before they just cracked, very hard breaking teeth already shifted!! read more

Dr. Thomas is the biggest money gauger there is. Total fraud. The motto is hurry up and wait full waiting room full of people just waiting and everyone is being asked to pay more money. He extends the treatment plan way after you have completed payments on the contract and then wants you to go month to month paying additional 119$ on the 1st of each month. My daughter got her braces on 2 weeks before high school graduation and she was to have 23 month plan she graduated from college in May and still the braces were on. We contacted our lawyer. Dr. Thomas staff refused to let us speak with him regarding her treatment and blocked my daughter from getting her braces off until we paid for additional 2 payments of treatment beyond the contract that was paid in full. Today was the day for the braces to come off and they still tried to charge is another monthly fee and I gave him a piece of my mind. When I confronted him he with his spineless weak self ran and still refused to talk to me like a professional. His staff said I was being rude. They are just gatekeepers for him and they are a total money grab. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO HIM YOU WILL BE SORRY. This is one of the most unprofessional dental facilities I've ever been to. The staff is a revolving door, from one inexperienced tech to the next. To the poor management staff. In addition, you're penalized for having insurance or if you pay on time. They'll milk the length of your services for as long as possible with minimum results. I posted a review about a manager, and to make a long story short, National Orthodontist is now refusing to remove my braces because of that review. Meaning this business is having me keep my braces on with the wire poking me, brackets lose, and untight braces. Not to mention they get amateurs to work on your braces & they don't know what their doing, it's like your the guinea pig. I think that's stupid to have people that our students practicing on you. This is just a petty and unprofessional business. I was told that I would have to find another orthodontist to remove my braces. I highly suggest you strongly think about doing business with them. Backstory: I was going to National Orthodontist for over 3 years for my braces, My contract is fully paid off, The contract was also for 3 years as well, I missed an appointment and was told that I needed to pay about $30.00 otherwise, I won't be able to see the dentist to proceed with the tightening of my braces. So, I paid the balance. But, before I did I spoke the manager and I asked her if the fee could be waived, we were speaking for about 10 minutes. I told her that I just recently lost my employment and I asked if the fee could be waived. I remember she said, "You can't afford $30.00" it was very embarrassing because everyone could hear us, I just felt very belittled and less than, So she told me that there was nothing that I could do, So I ended up paying the $30.00 and I left, I remember telling my sister, So my sister called up to see what happened, The manager named Kim told a lot of my information over the phone, which I wasn't comfortable with because I assumed that any information of mines shouldn't be told to anyone. But, after that day I left a review on google detailing my experience. A week later I was given a call by Kim to "remove the review" I did refuse because it's freedom of speech. After a few days ago, I was given a call by another manager and I was told that I was no longer allowed to return back and that I would need to find another orthodontist to remove my braces, I told her that I fully paid my contract off and that I think that my braces should be removed. But, I remembered that she lied and said that I would have to pay to have my braces removed anyways, which isn't true because I have another sister that haves braces with them and they told her that they would remove her braces because her contract is fully paid. read more

I do not recommend this place. My son hasn't been seen since December and they were claiming he needed 6 months additional time. I dont know how much straight teeth can get since he had them on since 2019. I went and got a second opinion, and of course that doctor advised the braces are ready to come off. So, this place does not care for patients well being. They are money hungry. Thankfully he is able to get his braces removed by another provider. read more

If you are looking for a place to take your kids for braces...don't come here because they have too many patients and they cannot accommodate them...You cant ever schedule your appointments based on the doctors recommendations because they are over booked. Often times even waiting for the next appointment 3-4 weeks after the doctors recommended time frame for a recheck. After my daughter finishes her treatment...I will be taking my other kids to another provider....a provider that cares about quality more than quantity. I just tried to make an appointment and was asked if I wanted to update my account. I told them that I could not make the payment until the 02/15/19 or on the date of the actual appointment date. The payment was due on the first on the month, not like I was over 30 days late and was told, that I could not make the appointment until payment was made. Please note, they are only open on Tuesday and Thursday and if you need a Saturday appointment you will have to pay an extra $20.00 and another $20.00 if you don't pay on the first of the month. They don't accept American Express or CareCredit, so really think about this company before doing business with them. read more

One star is too many! This place is a nightmare, my experience has been horrible. Do not walk, RUN away from this "business." They only see patients twice a week so getting an appointment is very difficult. If your payment is late, they will NOT schedule an appointment until you are current and once you bring it current you have to wait a month before you can get on the schedule. I truly believe their customer service is deplorable because you are locked into a contract so your options are limited. If customers had the option to go elsewhere, I am sure they would value their customers more. I really regret ever bring my children here for braces. I would refer my family, friends, and co workers to this office for braces. My payments were what I needed them to be, and the office staff were amazing. I had to wait 6 months before I did this review because I seen a few of the reviews on here.I had to make sure I was being far in writing my review. It was only a few offices out there that offered the gold braces. I decided to go with National because they wasn't trying to break my pockets for them. One thing you do have to make sure u don't forget is that there payments are due on the 1st. Its very easy to forget that's because you don't get a statement. I just went ahead and signed up for their ach to come out of my acct. so I wouldn't get charge a fee. I give this office 5 stars. read more
